Hello!
There is no default user dedicated to Content Administration in EP as far as I know. After installation you should be able to log on with 'Administrator' (Java-only) or 'J2EE_Admin' (Double-Stack) and the master password you set during the installation.

Hi all,
We are implementing the SAP EP 6 KM SP 14 system and I was wondering if there is some standard functionality available to see which users have read a specified document or which documents where read by a specified user.
I looked at the reporting functionality but couldn't find it... maybe some log file?
All I need is the relationship "user x read document y" or vice versa. If I can find this somewhere I could make my own script to put it in a nice overview.

Thanks, you helped me to understand why this simple question is somewhat more complicated.
So there is no standard functionality available to see which user has read a specific document because of the overhead created by such a feature. A report on demand would be the best answer to this problem but is not available out-of-the-box.
I've enough information to explain what we'll have to do when we need this feature after all (we are evaluating the KM system).

I'm notice that we have one machine in our labs that is constantly getting the keyboard damaged by one of the students. We use an Open Directory system to allow the students to log into any available machine, but how can I log which users are using that particular machine??

How to audit which users have logged in to DB?

Hello Gurus,
Is there any way to track the history of which users logged in to DB at what time etc?
Like if a DB has 4 users say user_1, user_2, user_3 and user_4. Is there way to get the details of when any of these have logged on to DB?
I suppose Oracle may be storing the history in some base tables.

How to get the PDF data which i have send to Spool

               My requirement is to display the output which iam getting from a custom report(ZSALARY) in the form of PDF . So now i wanted to display the ALV output on to my desktop (as of now) in PDF format.

if i go and on my desktop it is saying the below error "ADOBE READER COUDNT OPEN 'test.pdf'
because it is either not supported file type or because the file has been damaged.
my aim is to get the data which is there in IT_final in the PDF .....please correct me the parameters which i have given wrong. my doubt is in GUI_download fM in the tables should i pass it_final or
the pdf_table coming from'CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF'...... i tried this option iam able to open and it is just giving message which i kept before this FM i.e WRITE : 'hi this is the test for spool'.
what i should to get my internal table data.

Please tell me how i can get the all the fields which are there in my normal alv output ......
Case 1) .i wanted all the 10 fields in PDF to be displayed without truncated , I have checked in Spool ........ i found all the fields are there .....but however when i check the downloaed PDF i can see some fields are getting truncated.
Case 2) However if on the ALV output if the user hides 2 fields out of 10 fields then only 8 feilds which are appearing on the output before sending the Spool should only be displayed in PDF as well -

We have lab computers and the users have no permissions to load programs. however, Firefox loaded. How is this possible?

Users can always use a portable Firefox version installed on an USB stick.
If you do not want users to have access to internet then you need to block that via a firewall or special proxy.
You can always rename files to circumvent measure that only look at file names.

I am new in Labview. I want to make a code in which i have to detect 3 objects and they are in different shapes (rectangle, triangle etc).
1. How many objects in image.
2. What is the size of each object in image
3. At what position they are laying.
4. Data array of histogram of each object.
5. What is the color of each object.
Please help me out. I am confused with the tool. Which tool i will use for this Vision Assistant or Vision Builder AI or if i use labview directly to make the code what steps should follow to make this code.

this is Vanessa, AE from Germany. I really like to help you with your project but like the other members already told you it would be easier if you have a certain problem.
Using your Shapes.jpg you have several options in the Vision Assistant. For identifiying circular objects of different size the tool "Find circular Edge" from the "Machine Vision" tab is the right choice (see screenshot attached). The result will be the center position and the radius so on. The pattern match function is not the right option because each of your objects has a different shape. In order to use this tool you need several copies of your object.
Do you really need colored images? For most application it is sufficient to use grayscale images. Be aware that some functions are only available for grayscale and your program will speed up.

HT201209 How can someone redeem a track which i have given as a gift

Perhap a stupid question
How can someone redeem a specific track which I have sent as a gift in itunes.
It is nice to read that I could sent tracks , but there is no instruction in which way the receiver can redeem the track,
I'm handing/doing the single give-away for an artist, for the rest I'm not using Itunes. I now notice that the receivers are not redeeming the single.
I just want to know the procedure for the receiver.

She won't be able to redeem that gift unless she moves to Germany and has a German billing address on her account - all gifts are country-specific, they can only be redeemed on accounts that have the same country on them as the person sending them, and they need to be in that country to redeem it. Have a 9.2.0.7 database. today someone made a change to some tables. Is it possible to track which user did this.
Statspack is not running. I understand that logminer will be able to show me the data changes (I think) but what about the user?

We're in a situation where an audit required that we revoke PUBLIC access from a package. The problem is that when we did this the functionality stopped working. Does anybody know a quick way to tell what users have access to any package?
