How to maintain .ppt formatting using Keynote?

I have a .ppt presentation that I open in Keynote. Some of the text overlaps with others and some text boxes inside graphics get out of sync too.
Is there any "one easy click" thing that I can do so that, (when playing .ppt downloaded presentations or CD's) I maintain correct alignment as the original .ppt?

I don't think there is, or at least I haven't found one. Keynote does a pretty good job at reading .ppt files, but I don't think it'll ever be good enough to replace PowerPoint (for those that need to view .ppt files regularly).

How to Maintain documentation (se38) using standard text (SO10)

Hi,
I have created standard text using SO10. Now I want to include the standard text in documentation (SE38) section of my ABAP program.
I tried using /: INCLUDE 'YTEST' OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE EN
But the standard text is not showing up when I click the documentation icon in the selection screen.
Can you please let me know how to maintain documentation for ABAP programs using Standard Texts.

In SO10, which format key has been used (AS, /*, /:, *.... to show up in documentation). when you used insert->text-> did you use 'expand immediately' check box. If expand immediately option is used, it won't serve our purpose.

Hi Mahesh,
This is not possible even in ABAP ALV with any methodoligy(with FM's, OOP's with New and Old classes). Why because if you instert the column like our own format it will distrubr the table functionality. It will be problem for Accessibility rule. I think you know about the Accessibility issue. Its like screen reader must be read the screen and the bilnd people also has to be understood correctly.
Thats why this option is not avilable in SAP.

How to maintain messageId when using proxy services and mq??

I am a novice to oracle service bus and trying few transformations by configuring proxy services.
Let me explain the problem I'm facing:
I have created a business service and a proxy service and configured them in a synchronous way.
I'm using MQ as a transport protocol....and message I'm passing and transforming is in xml format.
these proxy and business services are functioning properly.....but at the another end i have created another pair of busines and proxy service which will be taking request message from earlier business service and putting it into another queue which is reference as a response queue by earlier proxy service.
my second pair is also working properly. now the problem is that it is not maintaining message Id during all the routing.
and that's why im not able to read the response message from the response queue because of message ID mismatch.
Please help!!
tell me if i have to do change any particular configuration settings to maintain the message id for my request message throughout the flow.

How to get currency format using pl sql function

Hi all,
I am a newbee on the forum. currently i am facing an issue with the Format of Currency in an rdf report. This is a field of tax amount & i need to make some conditional formatting on this like if the tax amount is Zero then some static note is to be added before this field.
I have tried a lot of functions on it like the one as below:
IF :cp_org_id = 102
AND :invoice_currency_code <> 'CAD'
AND TO_CHAR (NVL (:cf_tax_amount, 0)) = 0
THEN
RETURN (TRUE);
ELSE
RETURN (FALSE);
This is working fine in case of Zero tax amount But gets error out when there some Tax amount exists. It gives a VALUE ERROR in this format Trigger.
Kindly suggest me how to solve this issue with right function. If possible then write the pseudo Code also.

How to convert file format using bfile datatype

Assume, i has a table BFILE_IMAGE and it table structure is similar like:
SQL> desc bfile_image;
Name Null? Type

Is that impossible if we can use process() function with bfile datatype? similar like:
ordsys.ordimage.process(image,'fileFormat=JPEG contentFormat=24BITRGB');
The line above is work with blob datatype but doesn't with bfile datatype. Can you please give me some idea how to deal with it.

a BFILE is content stored outside the Oracle database. It is a read-only object.
process() is an in-place modification of the image. This is only possible with BLOB stored content.
If you are using BFILE you could use the processCopy() method to create a new copy of the BFILE stored image that has been processed according to your command.

How to retain field formatting using this.getField

I am pulling a phone number from a form field using this.getField("EmailAddress").value and inserting it into an email. Once there, it loses it's formatting as a phone number and becomes a string if 10 digits again. Is there a way to retain or recreate this formatting?

Since a Format script doesn't change the underlying field value, just what gets displayed in the field, you'll have to add something that changes the underlying field value. You can use the Validate event for this and even use the same built-in code that's use by Acrobat to do the formatting. Begin by adding the following function to a document-level JavaScript:

function phoneValidate() {
// Use Acrobat built-in formatting routine for phone numbers
AFSpecial_Format(2);
and call this function with the following custom Validate script:
// Custom Validate script
phoneValidate();
The AFSpecial_Format() function takes what is entered into the field, generates a formatted string, and set event.value to the string. When this is done in a Validate script, it changes the field value.

Utilities-> Table Maintenance Generator
delete the Table maintenance by pressing delete button on menu,
then start creating it again.
Enter Auth.Group as &NC&
Enter function group < some name>
Maintenance Type -> One step
Overview screen -> some Number (1 or 2)
Press create
enter dev class and save, activate.
Go to SM 30 and check again.
Reward if useful

You need to create JCO Destination in the SAP Portal >> Content Administration >> Web dynpro >> Maintain Jco Destinations.
If "Create" button not active,then you need to check SLD running or not and SLD data supplier.

Does anyone know how to maintain the format in a HTML email using the Send E-mail To Recipients From Recordset behavior?
When text only is selected instead of HTML text on the Options tab the format of the input is maintained, but when HTML text is selected the email has no format. I have tried to use a replace \n with
as I have done when hand coding PHP, BUT I am trying to learn to use ADDT. I also tried to use a Custom trigger without success.

The only modification is the possibility to include a dynamic PHP file rather than some static text or a HTML file which will also render textarea contents on one line:

That said, it should be possible to define all the "rendering" options in the external PHP file, what would mean to apply the nl2br function there, e.g.: nl2br($row_queryname['columnname'])
What I´m not sue about is, if you will have to strip the external file´s head and body tags before it´s getting included -- however, please give this a try and tell us how it worked.

Does anyone know how to run a presentation using keynote a large projector? If so what do I need to accomplish this for a large meeting?

You need the proper cable to connect to the projection. The digital AV (HDMI) allows charging the iPad and supports mirroring the iPad's screen. There is also the VGA cable that also supports mirroring. There are also component and pmposit but those do not support mirroring and have poorer resolution.
