How to make a claim to Apple

Dear everybody,
After only 2.5 years, my 2.200€ MBP crashed and I had to pay 500€ more for a new logic board.
The laptop was in perfect conditions and nobody in the Apple Store could give a reason why that happened.
I would like to write a claim to Apple for what I consider a very poor quality of this product, asking for a reimbursement.
Does anybody know how could I do it? I live in Germany and I bought the laptop through the Online Apple Store.

As a MacOS X 10.7 (Lion) and iOS 5 user, I have free access to Apple's iCloud services. I have used iCloud successfully in rural Georgia under Windstream DSL but I find no mention of iCloud in my search of the Verizon support forums. As I plan to move to Florida and have arranged for Verizon FiOS Internet, I'd really like to get a better handle on whether and how Verizon supports iCloud. I have 30 days to cancel the Verizon account and make other arrangements if necessary. Thanks in advance for any information on this topic.
It appears that I will not be able to use Apple's authenticated SMTP server (smtp.me.com) and that I must instead use outgoing.verizon.net. Is that correct or is there a way to use yje iCloud SMTP servers?

No, sorry. Why should Apple do that? You bought iPhoto for iOS 7 and it is still working for iOS 7. Apple's AppStore licence does not promise, that the apps will work with future versions of the operating system or on newer hardware. and is not compulsory to update to newer system versions, that render older software obsolete. In the case of iPhoto there should have been a warning, that iPhoto would no longer work after upgrading. Apple - iPhoto - Feedback

How to make rescue email my apple id

My primary email account will be deleted soon and I would like to make my rescue email (gmail) my account ID. However, I cannot figure out how to do this. I deleted this email from the rescue list but that didn't work. I then added another email as a rescue id, but apple still refused to accept the gmail account as the primary email.
Again, my primary email account (university email) will be deleted in a few weeks so I need to change the apple id.

To Undeploy your Web Dynpro application From SDM.
Visual Admin -> Cluster -> Server -> Services -> Deploy -> Server -> Web Dynpro -> Select your App -> Remove.

How to Make iCloud email match Apple ID email

In my iPhone 10S7, I've successfully changed myApple ID's email. However, when I go to delete my old iCloud account so I can create a new one that matches the new Apple ID,, it asks for a password (which I've long forgotten!) to my previous Apple ID. Is there a way to delete the iCloud account without having to log in to the old Apple ID account??

On the mac: apple >> system preferences >> icloud >> sign out. Sign back in with the updated email address. Don't worry about messages about deleting info. It'll return when you sign back in.
On the iOS device: settings >> icloud. Same idea as on the mac.

How to make a warranty claim with BB?

Hi all
I have two BB 9320's with differing faults (charging/scroll button issues)
The devices were purchased off Amazon so making a claim with them is a no-no due to being through a third party who's shirked all responsibility.
I can't seem to find any succinct info on how to make a claim with BB themselves. Can someone point me in the right direction?

The only way is to contact them at 1-800-BLK-BERRY. However, it's $49 per incident.
The usual method is through your carrier. If you buy from other unofficial sources then you usually have no support.

Inkjet Cartridge Warranty - HP DENIES CLAIM - HOW TO FILE A CLAIM?

I have a genuine 75XL cartridge which is 50% full. It no longer prints correctly, and cleaning has not helped in any way.
The date on the cartridge is 6 months in the future.
The HP Web site states that the warranty is as follows:
Ink Cartridges - The coverage lasts until the HP ink is depleted or the “Warranty Ends” date has been reached, whichever occurs first.

The web site says to go to a retailer for service. Staples is a reseller. Denied any process exists to support a defective cartridge unless bought with a printer.
Called HP. After being on hold 15 minutes, was told that warranty replacement MIGHT be possible IF;
- Cartridge installed within 2 months (do you keep track)?
- Was > 75% full
After 20 minutes discussing how the web site had no conditions, the agent kept offering more exceptions. I suppose if it were installed on a Tuesday afternoon, the warranty would apply. You get the picture.
What have others found. Does HP in fact warranty inkjet cartridges? How??
I still have the cartridge, and it's still 6 months until the warranty expires. HP so far has shown no interest in honoring their own published warranty policy on this product.
Time for a Lexmark printer??

I bought a bulk package of HP 901xl black cartridges from Sams club last year. The first cartridge ran out so I replaced it with the second cartridge. The second cartridge would not print at all. Mind you I made sure the protective tab was taken off, I attempted multiple times to clean the cartridge through the printer, I even cleaned the cartridge again when I got on the phone with hp support. Hp told me that I had to buy a NEW cartridge in order to test it in my printer before they would replace the defective one.
The HP ink cartridge warranty is about a good as the ink thats its printed with.

I've developed widgets that use a simple C program. I had no clue how to make it universal. Apple documentation is all about big projects to be developed inside Xcode and so on, but I don't understand even the introductory remarks...
As far as I've read, I have to make a binary for PPC and a binary for i386, and then merge it with lipo. Fine. I get my PPC binary from:
gcc-4.0 prog.c -o prog_ppc -lm -arch ppc -arch ppc64
Now, it seems that I have to use:
gcc-4.0 prog.c -o prog_i386 -lm -arch i386
The latter command didn't work until I added -L/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk/usr/lib/ at the end. With this, it creates a binary file, but with the following message:
/usr/bin/ld: warning fat file: /usr/lib/system/libmathCommon.A.dylib does not contain an architecture that matches the specified -arch flag: i386 (file ignored)
and I guess this is quite an issue if I don't have the common math functions, no?...
Can somebody help me? I googled a lot on this, and found nothing helpful.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
I believe your issues are probably a network issue, which unless you resolve are likely to be repeated again.
