How to make apps?

Guys.. can you teach me how to make apps?

The link given above is the place to start. I have developed applications in the Win environment for years, but never in an Apple environment.
I can warn you, it is messy...at least so far. If you have not had much experience in OO development, I would forget it. The learning curve is tremendous.
However, I am giving it a go. I'll let you know how i goes.

In the app press the + icon > Give the folder a name > select the apps from the applist > hit the done icone when finished.

1) How can we give prise tag or "FREE" tag to app on app store.. ..... and
2) i want to make one app like interface which gives links of my all app or which is story albumb ..exactly it has to look like "MARVEL COMIC" apps from apple store...... in which they have one MARVEL COMIC APP and in that they linked their different comics..and they can be free or paid...

You need a Mac and the latest XCode.
The "native" language is Objective-C.
It costs $99 to join the developer program to be able to put Apps in the App store.
You would need to sell a lot of games to pay for a US University!

How to make apps. open full screen at start up in Mavericks?

Last week i just bought a mac & im new to mac osx. i just wanted to know when i put some apps like calendar to start at login,i put them in full screen mode but when i restart osx, it will open in regular window not full screen,interesting thing is, some apps like mail & utorrents open full screen at start up but some apps like safari & calendar dont,
is there any way to make any apps to open in full screen at start up or even when everytime u open app from dock. i searched google but couldnt find any real solution for this issue.

If you want to open all applications you want in full screen, open the apps and put them in full screen. Then, go to System Preferences > General, and untick "Close windows when quitting an application".
By doing this, when you reopen the apps they will open at the point where you left them when you closed them (in full screen)

My app is valid allover the world ,i don't want to show app in france store ,but after deselcting france from countriues list in itunesconnect.apple.com, when i am checking in itunes ,app still available in france store.

How to make an app deleted from iTunes library be deleted from all the iOS devices synced with this library?

I have 3 iOS devices synced with iTunes apps library (OS X 10.10.2)
Can someone tell me how to make not only added but deleted apps be synced also? I mean I want an app deleted in iTunes library be deleted from any iOS devices synced with this library.

But it was working some time before! What and when has changed?
There was even a warning popup window something about "this application will be deleted from all the devices synced with this library"
Now there's opposite message - "This application will not be deleted from any device syncing with this account". Isn't it some kind of clue that there can be conrarily circumstances - when application IS deleted from ANY device synced with this computer?

Forget the Pendrive stategy...
Before attempting any Major Upgrade... get yourself an External Hard Drive... and create a Bootable Clone Backup of your current Hard Drive...
By far the easiest way to make such a Backup, is to use something like
SuperDuper http://www.shirt-pocket.com/
or CCC http://www.bombich.com/
That way, should anything untoward happen during the Upgrade,
you will NOT LOSE ANYTHING.
(Get an EHD that is at least equal to your current Drive...)
Also, Check here for compatibility of 3rd party Software you may be using...

What app have you used to create your ibook? Normally any app will have a menu item like File > Export that will give you the option of PDF, or you can use Print and there will be an option in the Print dialogue to Print to PDF.
