How to make each bookmark start with page 1 of total in bookmark when merging word files in X

Trying to combine word files so that each bookmark starts with page 1 of <total in bookmark>. I keep getting total pages of entire pdf created. Using word 2010 and acrobat x. Could do this in acrobat 8 by making a book. Is a simple thing but what is required of the legal documents we produce. Cannot find the "Book" command in acrobat x.

As I said in your other thread, themes (AKA lightweight themes, personas) only change the background of toolbars. You need a complete theme if you want to change the background of menus, or the appearance of buttons.

3 column page - how to make each full height of page, with variable content in each?

Hi everyone. . . I'm a relatively unsophisticated page designer, and I appreciate if you excuse my lack of experience. I'm putting together a page for a business. The page has three columns, one of which would be considered to be the main body of the page. . . the one with all the important content. The column on the left is for a navbar and some affiliate badges, and the column on the right will be for an image that describes for the viewer which page they're on.
The question I have is how to, when the content of the center column is very long, make the left and right column divtags extend all the way to the footer, with their borders and background colors, to make a clean page. When the content of the center column is short, like a paragraph or two, the left divtag will have a minimum height due to the presence of the badges, but the right divtag is quite short.

Nevermind the visual appearance of the page. . . the spry widget is all over the place, but that's just because I uploaded a few files onto the server. On my pc it's all copacetic and not an issue. The code source is up there, so is the stylesheet.
I'm hoping I can just add a few attributes to the columns so that they automatically reach down to the bottom extents of the page. Thanks for any advice you can throw my way.

On full keyboards with a numeric keypad, the key above the right shift is "return" & the one on the numeric section is "enter." On a Mac (or Apple IIgs ) they do have separate functions. On the "mini" keyboards, both names are on the same key, but "enter" is written in smaller letters. I'll have to check to see how that works on another Mac later today.

Adobe decided to discontinue development of Spry in August last year, and Dreamweaver CC made the switch to using jQuery UI widgets and effects. One reason for dropping Spry was that it failed to work correctly in some browsers. If you already have a hosting service you won't need a MobileMe account.
There are two ways you can upload your web site to your server: 1 - click on the site icon in iWeb and enter the ftp address path for your server and account in the window.

2 - publish to a folder on the Desktop (set the path in the same window above) and use a 3rd party ftp client like the free CyberDuck (highly regarded in this forum) to upload to your server.
As far as the domain name, go to your domain name provider and setup domain name forwarding to the site on your host server. You'll need to know the URL to the index.html file that is created along with the site folder by iWeb.
