How to make interactive magazines for the ipad

I have just seen this via the web site from Scott Kelby, so how is this interactivity made on the ipad?

I believe its done via Adobe in design and som new software from adobe.com at http://www.adobe.com/solutions/digital-publishing.html but the detail on the adobe web site is a bit sketchy at present as their is a big price tag fo around 500-700 us Dollars a month and I am not sure what that is for, seem very expensive to me.
Are there any lower cost ways to make a magazine like this for the ipad?

there are differences because of the different capabilities of the ipad vs a desktop or laptop. but the workflow is not much different except you test in the emulator and have to do periodic testing on an ipad.
the big difference is when it comes to deploying your app. then you get to deal with apple.

Apple keeps that very tightly wrapped - select Apple employees and "connected" insiders (people who already have established relationships with Apple). There's no real way to apply or let them know you're interested - they chose who to approach.

No, the camera connection kit only supports the copying of photos and videos to the Photos app, it doesn't support copying content off the iPad. For your second camera instead of the SD reader part of the kit, does the iPad to camera cable not work with it for direct transfer to the iPad ?
For Lightroom and Nikon software again no - you can only install apps that are available in the iTunes app store on your computer and the App Store app on the iPad, 'normal' PC and Mac (OS X) software are not compatible with the iPad (iOS). There are some apps that perform fairly basic editing functions that are available in the store, but nothing as sophisticated as, for example, Lightroom.

How to make search string for the searched text containing single quote?

Hi all,
When trying to search some Contacts from Eloqua, I have to make a search string which would list out some specified EmailAddress.
Unfortunately, I meet several emails who have single quote in their spelling.
I got 'invalid format' error when both using them directly and making single quote twice.
Any suggestions?

How to create a digital interactive magazine for HTML5

Hi everybody! I am very new to the inDesign program and have been looking online all day trying to find a solution for us. I want to create and publish a digital interactive magazine for the web using an .indd file. I am wanting to add audio and video that people can click on while flipping through the digital magazine. It has to be html5 based and I can't seem to find a solution for what we need. I have been trying to export an interactive pdf but it never seems to play the audio. I use the media panel to import my audio and link it using the buttons and forms panel.
Im sorry if this is just another repost that you have seen but I truly can't find an answer to my problem. any help would be great!

Make goods receipt for the items w/difference after the proof of delivery

Hello experts,
I do like to know how finish the process of proof of delivery, when I does have items with differences over the quantities that arrived to my client. For example, one sales order for 20 units. I did the delivery note, and posted the goods issue. Then I did the Proof of Delivery, confirming 19 units and the deviation reasons, saving the document. Then I made my billing document for 19 units of material.
The deviation reasons was a damage material, my questions is: How does make goods receipt for the items with difference over the quantities after the confirming of proof of delivery?

Thinking in the process, I have found a solution to do it. If the differences was caused by unknowing reasons, like stolen or whatever reasons and the material will not enter again in the warehouse, we donu2019t need to make any process.
But if the causes was a broken material, a lapsed date expired or unknowing others reasons as a consequence the material will enter again in the warehouse; I have customized a returns order, and a returns item with the option not relevant for billing to conclude the process.

Keep in mind as well that not all apps are "created equal". Some are really good, and others are not very good. You might also want to look at some education sites for recommendations. An example of a general iPads in education forum is

I don't think you can in the native iPad Photos app. It's just where all photos save in camera roll. If I sync folders with pic from my MacBook, it syncs as a separate album in Photos, but I can't move pics between them. I've actually just downloaded an app that allows for sorting photos by creating links to the photos to place them in the folders you create--it does not make duplicates of the photos to do this, so no worries of using up space.
Anyway, the app is Best Album +transfer. Right now on sale for 99€ which was why I decided to get it.

TO make a long story short, a thunderstorm fried my desktop iMac which was the computer I was sharing my Pages documents with. I don't have an AirPrint compatible printer and I need to be able to print documents that I create in Pages. Remember you can only build an iPad app using your Single Edition solution (which is included in your CC membership). So you'd need a Pro or Enterprise version of DPS to be able to create the Android version.
You can create pop-ups in InDesign using the slideshow options and a multi-state object. But it's all manual labour so you'll spend a lot of time on this, also depending on the layout of your design.
