my N95-1 with FW V21.0.016 inserted 4GB sandisk SDHC card with abt 50 games installed, I notice in one day when i on my phone, Dictionary icon, WLAN icon & Search icon which originally appeared in phone menu already disappeared...! i known that more games & software installed is causing this problems but after i delete all of them, off & on the phone few times, it never come out the icon already...but when i go to assign shortcut for these three programmes navigate menu , it is still there ...just for our PC , we can easily make a icon on desktop but for this smartphones, how to do it, by reinstalling the programmes ? i scare my phone will hav two "same" programme instead of one ie or phone system will just ask to overwrite the same programme? for WLAN i don found where can resintall it coz it came with phone ori sortware..pls help me.

i mean now my Dictionry icon, WLAN icon & Serach icon which supposed have their icon picture on the phone menu, but the problem now icon not appeared due to more & more games & application i installed but now all 3rd party application & games deleted , icon not appeared like being "eated" but it still inside phone.

Older version has the option to disable Skype Status and get rid of the Skype icon on Android status bar. But latest 4.4.0.31835 could not disable Skype Status in notifications settings. :/

Please bring back the option to disable the Skype icon on Android status bar. This is the main reason I uninstall Skype. :/
Kudos to the team, the apps is really smooth and fluid to use. Would be nice if you guys are following the Android Design Principles and using Google Cloud Messaging for push notification to improve User Experience and battery life.

Long click on this notification a sub menu having field "App info" would appear goto App Info. You can goto there by "Manage Apps">"Skype" also.
Uncheck Option "Show Notifications" A dialog will open. Don't worry about notifications for now just click OK. Now the notification icon skype has also been removed.
Now simply check "Show notification again". After doing this you would get notifications but skype icon would not be shown in the status bar anymore.
Issue: this is just a trick you need to repeat this every time sign out and sign in again. Mostly you don't do that so no need to worry.

At the present time, the only way to clear that is to restore the phone as new. Perhaps a future iOS update will give us the option to clear that cache.

How to deactivate the "left top corner SAP menu" for a particular screen

Hello Friends..
We have a requirement to implement a "Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA)" for one of our SAP systems. NDA screen will have 2 buttons, "I agree" and "I disagree" which pops up when you log in to the system(after filling up our user id and password and hit enter). If we click on "I agree", it will allow you to continue with the log in and takes you to sap easy access screen. If we click on "I disagree", then session will be terminated.
But, the NDA window which is being popped up is also a SAP screen which has SAP menu on top left corner. Without clicking on "I agree" or "I disagree" and if we try to select "Create session" option in SAP menu on top left corner, then it is taking us inside SAP(sap easy access screen) by bypassing the buttons.
Request your help on how to deactivate the "left top corner SAP menu" for this particular NDA screen. (SAP menu to be available with other screens and it should not be available just for the window which is being popped up after log in and before SAP easy access)

Try this if it works -
in your first screen for the NDA screen, on the memnu bar select - EXTRAS - SETTINGS - Select the check box 'Do not display menu, only display favourites'.
on calling the next screen , disable this option in the PBO of the screen.

It may be that you are using non-backward compatible capabilities in your Windows Phone 8.1 app(s).
Developers that want to develop for different OS's usually have platforms with the different OS's on them for developing applications so they work on each platform.
I suppose you developed for Windows phone 8.1 rather than Windows phone 7. Therefore your app runs on a different framework than a Windows phone 7 has as well as probably newer hardware with greater capabilities.
So you will probably need to purchase an older phone that came with Windows phone 7 in order to develop for. I couldn't find documentation like the last link below (App capabilities and hardware requirements for Windows Phone 8) for Windows phone 7
from Microsoft but maybe you can.

I see the option 'Icon name' in 'define logical links' in SPRO. It does not however has an F4. I tried giving the name of image in the relevant skin. But no image appears besides the logical link. Is there something else that needs to be done to get an image besides workcenter link? How to make use of this 'Icon Name' in logical link?

i guess this icon_name is not possible for every skin in CRM70.
We use nova skin - here it is not possible.
With default skin i saw icons for example on the salespro startpage.

Hide icons in applications menu

I am having the problem that the Applications "menu", in grid mode, on the dock is getting stuffed with lots of things I almost or never need.
That, I could accept.
But when you are forced to for example install Microsoft Silverlight, the installer puts some icon in the applications menu that you never click. I have trashed this icon and everything seems fine until now... I hope...
Yesterday, I wanted to try the trial of the new Corel Painter 12. To be able to download it, the website wants you to install some kind of plugin called Akamai. Once installed, you get this subfolder menu Akamai in your applications menu. Then I went back and Akamai started to download the trail and installed it. Now there's another folder in the applications menu called Corel Painter 12, which seem to contain necessary extra brushes and support files for some reason.
1. I don't want to need to see that Akamai is on my system as I will probably never need it again. But I don't want to use the uninstaller inside the Akamai folder because maybe I will need it someday in the future. Trashing the Akamai folder will take away my possibility to use the uninstaller to remove the software cleanly from my mac. The only way out seems moving this folder to anoder place on the disk, while I hope I will remember that I put it there when I need it.
2. I only want the Painter 12 icon in my applications menu, I don't want to click on the Corel Painter 12 folder and then on the subfolder, click on Painter 12. I am not interested in the sub-sub-folders. I know I can move the Painter 12 item upwards but it might give problems. Trashing the sub-subfolders will prevent me from using them if I find use for them. Moving them to ander place on the disk may be a solution, but again, I hope I find it back when I do need it, and maybe the software will not work if I do this.
But these folders make my applications grid UGLY and stuffed. I never use Calculator, I use SpeedCrunch. Still I don't want to trash Calculator because I might want it back and it is standard system software. Again: I want it away until I find need for it.
Is there a proper/nicer way to solve this? Can't I just HIDE an icon from the menu, can I create some kind of symlink Painter 12 to the "hidden" Corel Painter 12 subfolder's Painter 12 app? How?
Sorry for the long text, the reason is that I want you to fully understand my problem before answering with the things that I already suggested.

You can create symlinks and store them at your application folder, not the systems - where all your apps probably live. Then you could add this folder to your sidebar and even tell new Finder windows to open this new location of your symlinked apps. Hit the Terminal.app and type ln -s "original item path (i.e.where it is)" "new link path" (i.e.where you want it to be). Note that you can drag the app to the terminal, bypassing the need to type its location as you can also drag the new destination afterwards.
The only problem I visualize from reading your post, is that you probably wouldn't like for the apps to have the traditional shortcut arrow on its bottom left corner…
BTW, you can trash Akamai via the uninstaller. Next time you need something via this app, simply let it be installed again (it's very lightweight). I tend to use it only when the files/installers I am transferring are too large to take the risk of stopping midway through.
