Dear People,
Could you please tell me how you can make a picture, taken at home, stunning, as if it is just out of a magazine.
I know I can use color burn, but when I use that it makes it too dark. My friend is wearing a black dress in the picture.
It has to look like as if it is taken by a professional photographer.
I hope you can help me. It's urgent.

I have a film in a proyect made with a miniDV camera in my old Premiere 6.5
It has 68 minutes and after exporting it with the Microsoft DV AVI compressor in 100 % quality and not compressing the audio, it ended in an AVI of 14 Gigas.
I would like to obtain a DVD of the best quality in audio and video possible. How can I do it? SHOULD I EXPORT IT FROM THE PREMIERE 6.5 WITH ANOTHER COMPRESSOR OR IN LESS THAN 100% QUALITY WITH THE SAME DV AVI COMPRESSOR ? my INTENTION IS TO USE THE NERO VISION AFTERWARDS... I HAVE THE NERO VISION 4...-. FROM 2007- WOULD IT BE OK OR IS THERE A BETTER ONE? - I know there are newer ones...but better?

I have now seen that one of the options for exporting from Premiere 6.5 is Adobe MPEG encoder. So Do you guys think it would be a good idea to do it with that, Or Would it be better AVI or DV AVI compressor from Premiere before making the DVD?
I have the Nero Vision 4.9.6.6 But I may be able to look for another one if you think it is better...

How to Make: Angled Picture

On Apple's own Keynote webpage, they've got three pictures of slides turned at angles that give a sense of depth to the collage. Does anyone know how to do this in Keynote if I'm trying to do the same with three inserted pictures? I can figure out how to rotate but how to you get the pictures to appear 3-D like Apple's attempt. Obviously, I'm not a graphic artist - just would like to try the same for a business presentation. Tnx.

Keynote can't do perspective natively. The most professional way to do this would be to use a graphics application like Photoshop, but that of course is not terribly helpful for most folks. There are very inexpensive shareware applications that will do perspective transformations as well, such as Picturesque ($35), and the free LiveQuartz (you might find other candidates at Apple's imaging and 3-D graphics applications page).
There is, however, a workaround that doesn't involve fancy graphic applications, and that gives reasonable results under appropriate circumstances. The workaround involves putting the graphic you want to angle onto a slide, and applying the Reflection transition to the slide. Next, export this single-slide presentation as a movie, at the highest quality. Open the movie in QuckTime Player, and scrub the timeline until you get to the slide angle that you like. You can now take a screen grab of that image, and paste it into your full Keynote presentation (using a mask to cover the parts you don't want).
This process may seem a bit cumbersome, but it produces fairly nice results. (That said, I am not at all clear why Apple does not offer the ability to manipulate the perspective of images and objects, since obviously the general capability exists in Keynote.)

I have been looking for a way to do this and maybe someone out there knows how to make and iPod touch do it!?
I want what *Steve Jobs* did during the *last keynote* = using the iPod touch and at the same time showing that on a video screen.
For my company I need a device with these capabilities:
Must-have
- Touchscreen
- Dual Video (Display + AV-out simultaneously)
- AV out (S-Video not DVI)
- 12 - 24 volts (in-car voltage)
- DRM Win or AAC
Dual video means that I can choose the files/pics/vids on the iPod Touch screen, and at the same time show the same image simultaneously through video-out on TV.
Current configurations of the iPod Touch only allows one or the other.
NB: There is no other device that can do it. Tablet PCs have no video-out, Archos/PSP et al have the same restrictions as iPods do.

How to make a picture show up on hover over or on click??

So I know this sounds easy but I have been trying it many different ways.
I have inserted in an image and a button and tried both ways. When you click on the image I want a picture to appear. I am using this on a map of a building I want to be able to show pictures of what you would see if you were in the building. The only problem I am running into is that when you click where the picture shows up it will appear. Does anyone have any suggestions on a different way that this can be done? Or how to fix my problem?

After rotobrush, how to make background picture appear in the video when exporting it to PremierePro

I seem to have problems saving/using it with premiere pro. it's a 10 second video of myself with 3 pics: 2 that I put in front of the video and one as a background. In after effects, in the bottom left corner box, the 2 pics are above the video file and the background picture is below it. Still in after effects, the background pic is there behind me and the 2 other pictures are in front of my video which is where everything should be, great. When i save it, then export it to premiere pro, the 2 pics in front are there but not the background pic, the background is just my full video as if I didn't rotobrush it. Help??
Also, how can i export the project as a file in Avi, mpeg, mp4...?

Hello Mylenium, i do apologize about my ambiguous question. I'm starting to learn how to use it and in some way, i didn't even know what i was talking about myself. But thanks to your help, i now got it.
"When you export an After Effects project as an Adobe Premiere Pro project, Adobe Premiere Pro uses the settings from the first composition in the After Effects project for all subsequent sequences. Keyframes, effects, and other properties are converted in the same way as when you paste an After Effects layer into an Adobe Premiere Pro sequence."
so as it says above, it only uses the initial video. What i did was only render using the rotobrush and i didn't "render queue" the whole project afterwards simply because i didn't know i had to do that. I thought rendering it from rotobrushing it and adding the background effects would be enough.
Again, thank you. and i also learned how to save it in different format, since AVI outputs a huge file size.

How to make a picture a radio button?

I am trying to create a drag and drop game using Adobe Flash, AS3. I have a 'select gender' page where I have both a male a female model. I want users to be able to select either the male or female image but then a next button in order to take to the following page; however the following page varies depending on what gender is selected.
Am I able to do this or would I need to change the images to radio buttons or just remove the next button so the images are buttons?

you will somehow have to store their state in a dynamic property or variable (which ever ypu prefer).
so at the beginning
maleModel.clicked = false;
femaleModel.clicked = false;
both will need an extra clickHandler that sets their clicked properties.
The much easier and imo more userfriendly way would be to use the figures as buttons themselves.

68 minutes DV should fit just nice on a single dvd.
Feed the DV file directly into Nero. Nero will transcode everything for you.
You can also use AME from Premiere 6.5 and export the timeline direct to mpeg2-dvd.
Unfortunately i do not know if Nero is going to re-transcode this mpeg file before burning to dvd.
