How to Make PAP2T Send INVITE With ASCII Codes?

Want to dial #31#22 to activate call forwarding. Want the PAP2T TA to send the To field of the invite with %2331%2322
The %23 in the To is the ASCII conversion of the # symbol. When dialing this on the PAP2T the To field of the invite looks like #31#22.
According to the RFC this is not correct, the # symbols should be sent by the TA as %23.
What do you have to set on the TA to get this ASCII code conversion?

When we first got our new iMac we were able to send e-mail through Safari - somewhere in the last 2-3 years it stopped and we got the failure to deliver message. Having the same problem. I have iCloud setup and I have iOS 5 updated. My girlfriend has the option to send invites with her iCal and we have our iphones synced to the same itunes. The video clip is a single screen capture video clip. This is what I've found by playing around with this more.
The original clip resolution is greater than 640x480. If I use QT Pro to convert the original clip to 640x480 and then use either Flip4Mac or PE7, then the resolution looks good.
Just trying to figure out if should keep all workflow on the MacOS side. There are several different version of Flip4Mac. $49 gives me 640x480, but if I ever want to make it slightly larger then I would need to go with the $99 or HD version.
I also tried to export to AVI with QT Pro and the import with Windows MovieMaker but it didn't work really good. I liked the simplicity (since PE7 hogs a lot of resources especially through VMWare).

I was having the same problem, I backed up my phone and then updated to iOS 5 and then it kept telling me it could not restore from my backup as it had failed. After reading a bunch of forums and posts and trying everything, I did manage to get it to work. I had tried the Time zone, creating a new computer user account, disabling anti-virus, etc.
It took a combination of things, one of which was disabling the anti-virus completely and copying the contents of the backup folder to my desktop and then deleting everything in the backup folder. Then I rebooted the PC, entirely disabled the anti-virus, copied the one backup I wanted to restore from the desktop to the backup folder and then trying to restore. Low and behold the phone said restoring from backup and I am back in business, so when in doubt, trying combining some of the fixes together.

How can I save characters with ascii codes from 128 - 256 into the output file? If I use chr() function, characters are missing in the output file.

Some thoughts:
I assume you've counted the characters in the output and/or used a "hex" text editor so you KNOW these characters are not being written. Are they not written at all, or are blanks being substituted or are NULLs being substituted?
I couldn't find much documentation on htp.prn. Though, one place I found
htp.prn (cbuf IN VARCHAR2 CHARACTER SET ANY_CS DEFAULT NULL);Do you suppose it's affected by the character set used?

If you bought the boxed set of Logic Studio 2.0 which includes LP9, then you cannot download it. You must use the disks that came as part of the boxed set... to install from.
If you bought the App Store version of Logic Pro 9 then go to the Mac App Store App, Sign into the Store using the same Apple ID you used to purchase LP originally, look under the Purchase Tab and you shouldl find LP9 ready and waiting for you to download and install.

what does these mean?? Does this have any effect on replication?? thank you ...

These messages indicate a loss of connectivity between the replication agents. This could be due to one some kind of failure (e.g. network issue). If the messages are infrequent and replication is otherwise working okay they are not a big cause for concern though if I were you I would check the network etc. for anything abnormal.
