How to make proficiency rating and objective compulsory.

Hi gurus,
Please I need your help, I need to make Proficiency Rating column of appraisal and appraisal objective to be required (i.e compulsory). That is, Appraiser will not be allow to move to step 3, if scores are not awarded to appraisee and objective is not filled. The appraisal template has been designed already and is in use. Is this possible? If yes, how can I achieve this?

hi all,
In attempt to solve this problem i used personalization by selecting
1. Personalized "setup details"
then I select
2. message check box: show competency ratings
3. I changed "Required" field to YES and then clicked on Apply.
But the proficiency rating column which the appraiser MUST filled before moving to next step (3) did not display validation error message to inform the appraiser to supply values for the ratings for appraisee comptencies as expected of message check box with required field set to YES.
Please is this approach correct? if yes what could be the problem? if no please assist.

Try using t.code SHD0, choose your transaction variant here, further choose your screen variant.
Next select your screen variant and in the Menu bar select Variant> change with processing>Make repairs in foreign namespaces only if they are urgent> Continue(Enter)>again 'enter'>Object can only be created in SAP package>continue(enter)> Exit and save >This variant contains other screens, adopt these as well?>enter>enter> scroll down to the entry required by you make the necessary changes(Output only, invisible or required) and save.
The system will prompt to assign a package and request enter the necessary values.

Do you understand how to make the Slider work using code to read its value? You will need to look into that in order to do this.
What you can do is have the yello rectangle be a movieclip that sits over the red rectangle and use the Slider to control the yellow rectangle's alpha property from 0 to 1. That way the yellow will gradually fade as you slide.
What you will then need to do is figure out how to make the number of dots that appear reduce from 15 to 8 over the same range of the slider. You need to use the fractional value from the slider to decide how many dots either appear or do not appear.
You should not start new postings for the same topics that you arlready have postings for. Doing so in the future might result in them being removed.

Change new button order and default content type
set your custom content type to be #1

firstly disconnect the DSL modem for the linksys..
then connect the computer to the linksys router (port 1/2/3/4)..
then access the linksys setup UI
open ur web browser
site: http://192.198.1.1/
username: [blank]
password: admin
now hook up the westell modem.. and goto the status page ...
check Internet IP.
if then Internet IP is 192.168.1.* then,
disconnect the westell from the router and goto the setup page.
change the LOCAL IP address to 192.168.2.1 (notice the 2.1 and not 1.1)
save settings....
connect the westell and viola ur online...
if the Internet IP is 0.0.0.0 then
goto the setup page and change the 'Internet connection Type' to 'PPPoE'
once done the page changes and give u a place to enter a username and a password.. this username and password is given by verizon..
sud be something like '[email protected]'
once done save settings...
goto the status page and hit connect... give it a few moments... u shud get a Internet ip address... if u get one ur online if not then power cycle the entire network. and try check to see if u get an ip..

Really? You take footage of you shooting the video with another camera then you edit it together with shots of the finished project. If you want to show before and after shots of an effect you just put the original footage on top and animate a mask or opacity to reveal the rendered effect below.
If you can't figure out how to make a before and after then you will have a very difficult time doing any effects using AE because there is absolutely nothing in this before and after but very basic editing and masking.

You can't expect Mail to support all the objects of Pages which can include anything up to charts generated from spreadsheet tables.
Even if Mail was a superset of Pages, what would the recipients who don't have either Mail or Pages, make of it?

I was able copy the hardrive of my old macbook from "My Passport" onto the desktop on an older iMac. but i dont know how to make my hardrive and user name be the main one since someone had used it in the past and had their info on the comp. please help!

I recently broke my 2008 macbook. i was able to use an external hardrive to back up my data onto My Passport. I was going to buy a new computer but a friend told me sher had an older version of the iMac. (not sure how old but it doesnt have a camera if that helps) i was able to hook it up and turn it on but i ran into a few problems. 1) the "authentic" user or whatever it says is someone who previously used the computer. i added me as a user but im not sure how to make me the main user. 2) after hooking up My Passport, i was able to drag my files and copy them to the desktop.(i think i did it correctly) now, i dont know how to make my hard drive and applications and iformation the "main " info. The current apps on the iMac are super old versions of iTunes and iPhoto and such. 3) while trying to open the apps from my macbook on the iMac, it said it didnt have the right software to open these apps.
I am so computer illiterate so someone please help!!! Also, i do not have internet in my new apartment yet so if there is a way to make this happen without using the internet that would be preferred. sorry for the horrible spelling and poorly written paragraph.

You are not going to be able to run your old system from the backup on this old computer as the hardware is incompatible.
You need to get a new computer or a refurbished one.

I have to make one group(which consists of some field) visible and hidden on tableselect. Initially that group should not visible and after selecting table those group need to show. How to make it during runtime..Right now i made the table leadselect -1 so it is not selected. So how to make it hidden.

The JTextArea can not enlarge itself when the text in a line is too long that some characters are hidden.When rows grows too many will also see the problem.
