How to make the outbound call in the CCA

HI everyone,
i have opened the CCA URL and they are agents and supervisor.now i want to make the outbound cal to the mobile no inside india.
when i make call i am getting this error "currently unable to reach the phone try again later"
and my port for TCPI bus "8888" is blocked for this reason i am getting this error
can any have the documents how the outbound and inbound cal are configured in the CCA
Please do the needful help

That error means that the call center server thinks that it cant ring the agents phone.
The call center log file should show the cause.

    Could you please clarify your question? Do you mean you need to call some business system from PI via SOAP? Or do you need to test integration model using SOAP client?
    If the requirement is to make a SOAP call to PI (send SOAP request to PI system), please refer to the guide which Stefan suggested in his post. The general procedure is the following:
    1. generate concrete WSDL in PI (you can do it via PI's Integration Directory);
    2. import generated WSDL to SOAP client (e.g. XML Spy described in the guide or soapUI which is free SOAP client);
    3. create SOAP request message in the SOAP client and send it to the endpoint (in this case, it will be sent to PI).
    This is general procedure for making SOAP calls to SAP PI using external SOAP clients. Please advise if specified steps should be described in more details or if there are any questions from your side regarding them.
    If the question is about calling business system from PI via SOAP, then please refer to SAP Help, configuration of SOAP receiver::

    I do this all the time. I call one for the combobox that has a list of the people, a
    and another with that data about the people filling a datagrid. Then use the combobox to filter the datagrid.
    In your sample though mak another  result="getDataListener(event)" and name it getDataListener2, so there is a dataprovider for the first and a seperat for the second.
    If your going to the same event the second one will replace the first one.

    Without knowing your version, I just picked 11.2, so you made need to look for that chapter in the documentation for your version to find applicable information.

    When you upload a photo, it has an arrow in the asset panel. How do you use this as an asset?

  • Cannot pick up calls on wait, Cannot make a second call holding the first call

    I have a really weird problem with my iPhone 5S. (iOS 7.1)
    1. When I am on a call, I am not able to pick up a second call that is on wait. I can see the second call, I can hear the beep sounds but as soon as I pick up, the call freezes in 00.00 time, and My first caller is still active, not on hold.
    2. When I am on a call, I am not able to make a second call placing the first call on hold. The second call disconnects immediately with 3 beeps.
    3. I am able to see the incoming calls on wait, when I am already on a call. I am able to hear the beeps coming in. SO it means the call waiting is on (Tried turning it on/off/on too.) But when I pick up the call, the above problem comes in.
    What have I tried to solve this: (None of them helped)
    1. I tried a hard reset of my iPhone (Holding Power and Home button)
    2. I tried toggling the Call waiting button
    3. I tried resetting network settings.
    4. I called my Operator for assistance. I am using Airtel, India. They told me to dial this code - *43# . I tried it and it gave me this screen. But the problem is not solved yet.
    Is there anybody here who is facing the same issue with your iPhone? I never had this problem with my iPhone 4.

    Make sure you do not have "Do Not Disturb" turned on. This feature will block the first call, but is someone calls right back it will be put through.
    On the iPhone, go to Settings/Do Not Disturb
    Make sure you do not have Do Not Disturb turned on manual or scheduled.

    I was wondering if anyone could help me on this problem: I need to set up a break column on a classic report (I ma required to use classic report only), and it works, but I do not know how to make every break column on the top of the rows in the same subgroup.     Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?
    We have a number of reports that we schedule to various locations in Excel and PDF. We are frequently getting problems which are manifesting themselves as empty data providers and if we run them as Web Intelligence reports it says Partial Results. Re running the reports normally fixes the problem and returns the data correctly but the problem is that the scheduler reports them as successful and the emails or files get distributed (causing our customers to complain!!!).
    Currently using XIr2 +SAP integration Kit migrating to XI 3.1 in July 2009
    Any ideas/suggestion would be appreciated...
    I did find reference to the adapt case ADAPT01122128 which may help but when and if are unkowns so not much help.

    You can't; not natively, anyway, since the iPad is not a phone. If you want to make a call, you'll need to use some third-party Voice-Over-IP service such as Skype.
    I'm not sure what you're asking when you ask about sending a message. If you mean a text message, you can either use iMessage, which can send messages to other users also running iMessage, or you can look in the iTunes Store for SMS apps, a few of which are available. They use separate services to actually send the message and so require an Internet connection, either WiFi or 3G.

    Call them toll free from another phone. You should have got the Global Plan on your device before you went to Mexico.
    If you have a device with a Sim tray, get a local carriers Sim and use their service. It will cost money in either case.
