...and 'fly' is just key-framing the scenery so it looks like the object is hovering over all .........

Heay.....this worked for me.
I am able to change the mode programatically from edit to show.
HttpPortletRendererUtil.handleEditAction(portletRenderRequest,"OK");
I removed Apply , OK and Cancel buttons and applied my own Submit and Back button in Personalize mode and then change the mode to show on click of Back button using the above mentioned statement.

How to make a .exe without errors about the costum scaling

Hello everybody,
i'm new with Ni-Labview,
i'm trying to make a .exe file of my application, this is working perfect, but if i make costum scales in my Daq Assist options and i make the vi in a .Exe then there are always errors if i open it on another computer... if i put every Daq Assist box to the ''no scale'' option, then the exe is working on another computer...
it is working good on the computer where i build the vi on...
but of coarse i'm not planning to put the hole software (labview) on that other computer... that's where the .exe file is for i guess...
i have 1 Daq Assist that is programmed with a scale that converts 0-5 volts to 0-3000(rpm) this is a output voltage
and the other daq assist box is programmed with a scale that 0-1volts is 0-3000(rpm) this is a input voltage
everything is working like i want it to work on my computer where i build the application, but if i make a .exe file of it, including all the Daq Mx drivers and so on then this file is not working.... so i made a error box at the end of the daq assist to see what is happening and if i open it then on another computer then it tould me that there where errors with the scaling i made... but i don't see the problem????
is anyone having this problem also? or maybe i do something wrong???? i really don't know how to solve this problem... and it should not be that hard,... i'm sure of it....

i have one more question that i can't figure out....
i have a vi in attachment that you can open hopefully....
in the block diagram you see 1 Dial, this is the left dial in the screen... now this is the setpoint of the PID regulator..
what i want is a Analog input to be the Setpoint of the PID Regulator Also... i prefer to have little button or something so i can choose what i use , or the Dial on the computer(with the mouse) Or a Analog input from external device 0-10V input

I get EXACTALY what "SantosHaHa" posted above. (Ffox 20 Win 7 64).
Zoom doesn't help. Make things bigger or smaller, BUT THE PAGE WIDTH IS STILL CROPED!
Have had this problem for 2 years and several versions.
NOTHING seems to work.
I wander why Ffox keeps changing versions so often, with so many new problems apearing, if Netscape worked fine 15 years ago!!!!

I have tried to create new backups, but every time as they are with a lock on. have deleted itunes on pc n without help. bought a new computer without help. my problem is that I have two girls who have switched phones, the mobile phone that owned the first desired content into the new. Now that it has acquired the old iphone ready and ruin the iphone and I wish to make a backup of it on the new iphone her but each time the backup is locked with a code. there is none of them have made some code!!!!!! only code code they have had is a code to open the phone. we have gone in between all the codes they have used but there is no acting. I've talked with apple suport on several occasions and they say that it is only making a backup without code.
So my question is how the **** do I do it?

You will have to delete ALL of your existing backups. Under preferences in itunes(under the edit menu if using Windows), Devices, delet any and all backups that are listed. Connect your 3GS, right click in the device pane & select backup. You should be able to restore that backup to your iphone 4.

How to make things more compact?

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and made fresh install and when I was at it, I decided to download new Skype as well. But it is unusable for me, the contact list expanded and even when I disable profile pictures (I cannot make them smaller) the contacrts are far away from each other... And the chat bubbles are huge... I like Skype Window small with compact texts but even if I run it in full screen on 1920×1200 monitor I see 90% of empty space and 10% of text... Is there a way to remove all the gaps in chat and contacts without installing old version?

How to make a DVD without menu, just tracks

I don't know where to put this question, under which forum, so I'll try it at DVD SP.
A friend of mine is working as a DVD VJ, using videoclips and music. He uses Music-DVD's with videoclips on it but most DVD's have a menu to start with, in which you can't skip forward or continue. So I ripped the DVD in chapters (the tracks) and now I would like to have them burned again on a DVD. In toaster it creates, after burning, 12 different tracks but you have to go to 'menu' first before getting to another track. I would like to be able to go from track to track as on a CD. Does anyone know how to do that?

I've tried to make the different clips into track 1 with end jumps, or into 4 tracks with end jumps and having one First play. It works in playing and skipping the tracks from 1 to 2 to 3 and to 4, but I can't skip back then or forward again. And being a DVD DJ my friend needs to be able to skip to track 4, and back to 1, or 2...without having to go to the menu. So this options is not working.
Someone has other options?

How to make things other than text hyperlinks

I was looking to make a group of pictures link to some bookmarks but have so far failed. While making a simple box then filling the background with an image, then filling the box with space characters and then selecting the spaces to link to a bookmark, works in iBook Author,
it does not do so when I preview, or export to iTunes.
I'm using an iPad 3/new ipad. Any help in creating images that act as hyperlinks would be grand!
Also while some links work in landscape somehow the link gets messed up and no longer works in portrait orientation.
I miss the days where you could run over to your apple store and have your questions answered, I thought maybe a genius would help, but alas this a new age and they don't know s**t

I did it once before long ago, but can't remember how it worked;
I'm trying to allow all things oitside of the stage peramiters to be visible in the browser screen so certain elements can be longer than the stage and still be shown. Any ideas? Can't remember if it's a flash thing or an html thing.

Hi, Nomad.c. If your Tibook is set for its native (highest) resolution, that's all you can do. Early Tibooks had 1152 x 768 displays; later ones 1280 x 854. No LCD display can be hacked to simulate a higher resolution than the actual number of pixels in the LCD: it is what it is.
I don't know of any way to reduce the size of menubar or menu text, or of the labels for icons on the desktop or in Finder windows or the Dock.

How to make Database calls without directly htting the DB Listener?

I have a frontend end (code sitting on user's PC) application that needs to call the database, say, to look up table data and populate a JTable.
So, I make a call directly to the database, on the default 1521 (yes, it's Oracle!) and get my data. However, I have other server side java code connecting with my application over a Java socket. (sending messages back and forth).
So, I've got two ports open, 3041 (arbitrary ) for the Java socket and 1521 for the DB.
I want to close 1521 and move the sql statements to the server.
I can't work out a way to do this effectively. At the moment, I'm sending a message through 3041 to tell the server side code to perform a DB call. Then the database returns the info and I send a message back to the client PC with the data.
It makes the DB call asynchronous (good or bad thing?), since I have a listener on the client waiting for messages from the server.
It all looks a bit messy....ie sending messages and waiting for replies just for a DB call.
Is there a standard practice for my problem that I can use?

In that version it should print out some lines as it processes which will confirm that you've found the web, list and item before it does anything.
If you hit errors post up the EXACT code you're using, change the URLs a little bit if you want but try to only replace words rather than missing out whole chunks.
