How to make this PS Mock-up work in HTML/CSS

Here's a picture of my basic web page graphic:
Can someone help me work out how to break it up to use as a background for a site please? The main thing that's bothering me is the border around the pale panel. I can take a slice of a third of the guitar and put that as a background in the body with a dark blue background color. Then I was going to take the pale panel only and use that as the background image for the content <div> and add a pale background. The problem is the transparent border which the only way I can think of to keep it is to make the image go on forever. The other alternative, is to lose the border.

Thanks for chipping in.
It's not so much cutting up the image that's the problem it's more what I do with it when I have the pieces.
I've broken it into two. The dark background set as a background image and centered in page and then the pale panel in a content <div> with a top margin and the image set as a background and again, centered.
The thing that's not possible in that simple structure is to make the gray border that gives a sense of transparency continue down the page as the content grows.

I have not yet seen any official response to the question: "Is the Apple AV Composite cable fully supported with 30pin connector devices upgraded with iOS7 - specifically ? - eg. iPad 2, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s"
If it is not currently supported is that then due to a bug / oversight and in that case is it something that will be fixed in the near future?

In a target database such like MySQl, I define a colum role to store the roels in SIM. Then, I want to make a post-workflow that set the account with related role which is defined in the DB after reconciliation and move those accounts from this DB to a specified organzation.
How to make this workflow?

Just a thought... Are you able to run this as activesync? If you use activesync you could just use a form or metaview to merge (or replace) your role value with waveset.roles and set the org for accounts that correlate.

How to make site root-relative links work in DW and Server both?

See details on buggy DW image link behavior, below. My question is:
1) how to make site root-relative links work in DW and Server both? Or…
2) how to reliably automate the change of several hundred legacy root-relative links of the form
/images/image.jpg to document-relative?
That is, to
../images/image.jpg or
../../images/image.jpg or
../../../images/image.jpg etc…depending on where the directory is.
The old format (/images/image.jpg ) used to work fine in my previous DW 8 configuration but appear grey in DW after “upgrading” to DW cs5.5 mac. (they look fine on the server, but it’s hard to edit image-heavy pages locally when they are all grey).
I tried changing the files to how DW creates root relative links now:
/public_html/images/image.jpg, which is a very easy, attractive root flow since there’s a one-to-one mapping. These look great in DW but are broken on the server!
I looked at the “advanced” site setup, and it looked like it might be possible to nuke the /public_html/ part of my server info…but it also looked like there was the potential for doing damage changing these settings, which are automatically generated from our server connection settings, which seem to work.
The “links relative to document/ site root” toggle…does that change how DW interprets existing links, or just change the default when you are adding a link? I have made 80% of the file links document relative…before wondering if root-relative isn’t better?
It sure seems less ambiguous for all those images if theres a way to make root relative work for DW design view, DW link check, and server.

Thanks for jumping on this.
All clear and understood about where publc_html is etc.
No contemplation of nuking the actual public_html directory on the server, just the "/public_html" text string at the start of the DW-generated links.
"/public_html" is automatically added to the front of the link in DW if I create the link with any of the GUI tools, if I have "site root relative" selected. And ""/public_html" ends up in the code, and gets uploaded that way to the server, where it (obviously) doesn't work.
Doesn't sound like it is supposed to work this way. Also, what seems to be the usual root relative format (/images/image.jpg) shows as a broken link in the GUI and an external link in the DW link check. All this togther makes me thinkI have some obscure setting incorrect?
The setting that caught my eye is manage sites/ site setup/ advance settings/ local info/ web url, which is automatically set to http://www.oasisdesign.net/public_html/
it gives an option to change it but it makes every effort to make this NOT look like something users should mess with:
Having gone through the more careful thought process during this post, I'm ready to do the experiment of changing the remote server web URL (why is it wrong by default?)...think I'll eat dinner first so there's 45 min to avert disaster if anyone knows this to be a bad idea!

In YAMAHA01v96i:
Go to DIO/SETUP select Generic DAW. Go to MIDI settings page and set the desired port (personally I use Number 1), Select the same audio frequency you use in your DAW (I use 44.1KhZ)...at this point You should save a scene in you 01V96i to avoid to repeat all the procedure again.
Open studio manager, go to patch and set the input port from 17 to 32 respectively to USB1-USB16 (this will give you the return from you DAW to the 01v96i
Save again the scene overwriting the old one.
in LOGIC
Click on preferences, select Audio then select 01v96i, then click on control surface and select Mackie design Baby HUI and in the midi session set the same port that you've been setting on the Yamaha 01V96i (Port 1 if you follow this example).
That's more or less it.

     I can, with 99.99% certainty, tell you that you are absolutely right in not wanting to download or install this "Helper," whatever it is (but we can be equally certain it would not "help" anything).
     I cannot comment as to Oglethorpe's recommendation of 'adwaremedic'; I am unfamiliar with it. His links to the Apple discussion and support pages warrant your time and attention.
     It might be really simple -- Trying looking in your Downloads folder, trash anything that you don't know with certainty is something you want to keep, and then Secure Empty your Trash. Then remove the AdBlock extension, LastPass, and Web of Trust extensions to Safari and re-boot. If the issue goes away, still be extraordinarily careful in the future.
     Unfortunately, it's probably not going to be that simple to get rid of, in which case I'd then try the line by line editing in HT203987.
     I have no further suggestions (other than a complete wipe and re-install...but that's a pain because trying to restore from Time Machine would simply ... restore the Mal).
   For the rest of us, please post when you find a solution.

There's a lot implied here, but you're not going to get around having to do the following in general:
Use an unmarked map as a background.
Draw shapes on layer(s) above the background and make them partially transparent.
Obviously the key is to draw shapes that express the "cone of uncertainty" exactly as you want it to look, and with a minimum of fuss.
I'd suggest drawing shapes with Path tools, then filling the shapes, applying a stroke (for the edge border), and using masking to hide parts you don't want to show (or which overlap with the other parts you're drawing).
Are you needing to do this over and over or just once?

Keylight what? All I see is some effect similar to Leave Color, a.k.a the Pleasantville effect that made the rounds 10 years ago. It may require additional masking and otehr effects, but definitely not something that is specifically related to Keylight...

Sometimes a patten is defined for some pixel size and may even need to have the document rotated to have the proper orientation for the pattern. For example a frame pattern for a one inch wide strip. An Action can be created to add the pattern to a mitered 1" wide strip at 300 dpi on the left side then rotate the document for the other side rotate back and dupe and flip the frame side added.
If you search the web there are a countless number of patterns that can be downloaded for free textures like woods ,paper, textiles etc.
