How to make totally customisable jqueary image slider

Hi, I'm designing a new site and I need an image slider on the home page. I don't want some off the shelf image slider as I want to control every element so it looks like the attached screenshot. I would like the choice of six images to slide, with a button either end to manually slide the images left and right as well as 6 small boxes underneath that can be clicked in order to jump to an image. Does anyone know of a tutorial I could follow to help me build such a thing from scratch? I'm not a coder and I've only got back into this a year ago after a 10 year break so it needs to be simple to follow. Any help would be appreciated as it would be great to get it working.

    How to make a colorful Gif Image for Happy Holi 2014

    Okay, I know this doesn't answer your question, but don't get me wrong. A logo is meant to be the way it was designed - upright, no flipping/ swiveling animation. Why exactly do you want to let your logo turn around?
    If its to grab attention, why dont you consider animating the area on which your logo sits (header)? Or maybe add nice transitive slideshows on your main content area to add more interactivity?

  • How to make a PDF embedded image append a report and send via fax electronically from MS SSRS 2012?

    How can I make a PDF embedded image append a SSRS 2012 report and send via fax all electronically?  Is this possible?
    Thanks in advance for your time!

    Hello,
    1. The report item Image can be used to display the image which  embedded in the report, stored in a database, stored on the report server, or stored elsewhere on the Web.
    For example, you can embedded the PDF image in the report and stored as text in the report definition.
    2.Reporting Services includes an e-mail delivery extension and a file share delivery extension which you can send report to user or group through e-mail or send the report to a shared location on your network.
    If you want to send the report to FAX, you may try to create a custom delivery extension depend on your faxing software.

  • How to make a DVD disk image to be burned from a PC?

    I need to make a DVD with DVD-SP, save a disc image, upload it have someone on a PC download it and burn it.
    Is this possible? Anybody been succesful at this?
    thanks

    If they have a burning program that recognizes VIDEO_TS files, no problem.
    You need to remove two files from VIDEO_TS first called .LAY and .LAYOUT. They are only required by DVD SP and not the final disc.
    To be safe make a top level folder called NAME_OF_FILM (max 32 characters) and put VIDEO_TS in there together with an empty folder named AUDIO_TS.
    Actually, DVD SP should generate this for you it will be where ever the Build folder is set to be saved in Preferences.
    Don't make a Mac disk image. PCs can't read them. A .zip file or ISO (Toast makes them) is probably better.

  • Photoshop cc 2014 How to make one corner of image rounded

    I wish to make an image with one or two rounded corners. Can some one explain how this is done or point me to a tutorial that works.

    Now I see. You have to create a .png file with alpha channels enabled to have transparency on the corners.
    First of all open you image. After that double-click on the Background layer on your layer window to be able to rename it. That will allow you to delete any part of it. After that make a curve with pan tool in the shape you want your round corner to be. After making the path right button -> make selection from path. After you selection is made hit delete. Save you image for web Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S and choose .PNG as a type of file you want to save.
    This is generally.
    If you need details feel free to ask.

  • How to make curved lines in image more smooth and clear

    How do i make this clear its and image, i want to make the lines really clear and smooth

    Quick and dirty:
    Use Gaussian blur to soften the edges, (I used a value of 2).  The use levels, and drag the black and white sliders towards thge center.
    Much better to create from scratch using the rough graphic as a template.  If it is a one off, then just stroke a path for the circular outlines, and use a layer mask for the break in the inner circle.
    For the curved text, the simplest way is to use the type tool, and then the Create warped text tool from the Options bar, but I doubt you'd get a tight enough curve, so you'll need to use Type on a path.  The easiest way to do that in this case would be to drag out a circular selection with the Marquee tool using the Shift and Alt/Opt keys, and then use the Make work path from selection icon at the bottom of the Paths panel.  Hover the Type cursor over the path and type your text.  If you use Center justified and start at the top, to keep it symetrical, but I just get it close, and fix it with Free Transform.  The rest is straight forward.  I used Areil bold for curved text, and Times New Roman bold for the center text. Use a custom shape for the Tick.  If the tick is not quite to your liking, use the Direct selection tool (a) to drag the points to a better shape.
    If you want to use this in a layout program like InDesign, save the layered document as an EPS file, which will be (mostly) vectored and scaleable in InDesign.  You'd need to use Shape layers for the two circles to make it fully vectored.

  • How to make true two-color image from scanned rgb image...

    hello...
    I have 50 scanned images from one book, cyan + black, offset. How to easy make new two color (C+K) from this rgb images? If possible to make action.
    sample:

    How to easy make new two color (C+K) from this rgb images?
    Not at all. They need extensive adjustments long before that - they are scanned wrongly to begin with (double-sided must be scanned against a black background), have fingerprints and whatnot. Once you have them cleaned up, converting to CMYK and cleaning up the colors is anotehr matter. Could be as easy as blanking out the yellow and magenta channels, could entail additiojnal extensive work. in any case, it won#t probably be automatic.

  • How to make "adjustments" to multiple images simultaneously?

    Hi,
    I have several images from a shoot with the incorrect while balance setting. Since these images were all taken under similar lighting conditions, I would like to adjust the white balance for all the shots simultaneously....how do i do this?

    The Lift & Stamp tool will let you do this. Make the adjustments to one, then lift the adjustments from there and stamp the rest. Check out pages 13 & 14 in the "Performing Adjustments" PDF (found in the help menu) for details on how to do this.

  • How to make a fixed background image in Dreamweaver CC

    I'm trying to make my background image fixed so when I scroll down in Dreamweaver CC it stays completely still, could someone please tell me how to do that?

    You've got a lot of code that you don't need.  And I'm very dubious about the file:/// path to your image.  Are you working in a Defined Local Site Folder?  The image path should be pointing to your site, not files:/// on your local hard drive.

  • Can any tell me how to make Collage from selected images

    Hi
    I need to make a Collage of selected Images. Can anybody tell me how to proceed or point me a finger in the right direction. If there is an example then it would be great.
    Thanks in advance
    praveena

    One way you can do this is to override Panel, and set up clips, like this (mind you this is a very crude example. If you used this method, you'd want to set up loops and calculations to set the Polygon dimensions:
      private class MySubPanel  extends Panel {
        private Image[] images;
        private MySubPanel(Image[] _images) {
          images  = _images;
        public void paint(Graphics g) {
    // Just for a test, let's just assume only two Images are past in.
          int[]   xPnts = new int[] { 0,30,50,70,80, 95,75,60,45,30,15, 0},
                  yPnts = new int[] {20,35,15,35,20,110,75,95,70,85,55,30};
          Polygon p     = new Polygon(xPnts, yPnts, 12);
          g.setColor(new Color(50,150,20));
          g.setClip(p);
          g.drawImage(images[0], 0, 0, this);
          xPnts = new int[] { 0,15,30,45,60,75, 95, 80, 70, 50, 30,  0};
          yPnts = new int[] {30,55,85,70,95,75,220,130,145,135,155,130};
          p     = new Polygon(xPnts, yPnts, 12);
          g.setColor(new Color(50,150,20));
          g.setClip(p);
          g.drawImage(images[1], 0, 0, this);

  • How to make a circle from image?

    hello,
    I have an image I created that is sort of straight, but I want to turn it into a circle, so I can make a frame. What's the best way to accomplish that?
    My image is sort of like this:
    Thank you!

    Polar Coordinates
    Use Canvas to make the canvas square. Move the strip just above the center line, then Filter > Distort > Polar coordinates (with rectangular to polar checked).  If you want the circle closed, crop the square canvas fills the full width of the image.

  • Any tutorials on how to make or edit tetxure images for 3d modeling?

    wondering if anybody knew where some tutorials are on this. when I crop an image say for an example a plank image even though the result ion is over 1k it still looks unclear. see how the one furniture image (2048 x 2048 ) looks clear compared to a cropped image that still has a resolution of 1845 x 395
    crop image

    You have to read up on how texturing actually works in the 3D program sense. You know, texture filtering settings, UV parametrization and whatnot. You image probably looks soft because you are forcing it to expand to the full UV range. You will need to tweak you actually mapping just as much as the image.

  • How to make object appear in all slides?

    I'd like to place a logo in the top right of a slide and have it appear in all slides.  If I adjust the logo in one slide, it will adjust the same in all slides.
    Any ideas how to accomplish that?

    Place the logo on the master slide being used in the presentation:   View > Show Masters Sides
