How to make two NT cluster in a same network?

We are having 2NT m/c one clusteer and 2NT M/c in other cluster.Both clusters having same application installed and same configuration.The problem we are facing is some of the requested for a perticular cluster(say firest cluster) is going to other(Second).
How can we dissable communication between these clusters?

Hi,
The iPlanet Application server has two Multicast addresses over which it broadcast registry information for Load-Balancing and Clustering. By default both of the Multicast addresses are same but the port is different. The application server keeps on updating it's host database by detecting all the application servers that has same Multicast address in the same subnet.
Open the iPlanet registry editor and go to Application Server/6.0/GMS/KAS and Application Server/6.0/GMS/KES, you will find an entry called MCastHost in both of these locations. These are the two virtual Multicast address used by the the application server. If your m/c IP address is like abc.def.ghi.xxx then the Multicast address will be like ghi.8.18.71.
In a cluster the Multicast address mentioned under .../KES should be same for each member Application server, and this is the place you need to change your Multicast address to disable the communication between the two cluster in same subnet. Just change the Multicast address in the registry of each Application server of second cluster (for example from ghi.8.18.71 to ghi.8.18.75 or something. It is better if you change both Multicast address for second cluster.
The approach suggested by Vasanth will work till you restart any of the server, if you restart both of the servers whose IP address entry you have deleted in each other's registry, it will update it again after startup.

From your description, you want to group both the matrix and table on the same field and add a page break between the two controls for each instance at run time.
To achieve your goal, we can display the matrix in a list and display the table in a nesting list. Please refer to the steps below:
Drag a “List” to the design surface. Drag the matrix into the top of the list (list1).
Drag a “”List” to the list1, under the matrix. Drag the table into the nesting list (list2).
Select “list1” and open the “Group Properties” from the “Row Groups” pane. Add the field on which you want to group the data. In the “Page Breaks” tab, select the “Between each instance of a group”.
Repeat step 3 to configure the “list2” using the same field. Additionally, please also select the “Also at the start of a group” option.

How to make two Application Modules share the same entity cache?

Hello everyone, I am using JDeveloper 11.1.2.3.0
I have a little problem in my application through using two AppModules that contain also same ViewObjects. So to be clear one VO is declared in two AppModules. When I commit the view by using AppModule1 and then go to another page that uses the same VO but from AppModule2, I have to commit again, even through the row is previously stored in the database.
I understood that this came because different AppModules use different entityCache for database communications.
I am asking if anyone knows any option on how to sync the entity caches from the two appmodules, or how to make them use the same entity cache.

You can make a copy of the app and give it another name, but it will use the same settings files no matter which you open. Settings aren't stored in the app, but in your Preferences.
Firefox, being a Windows derivative, might have the capability to use "Profiles" where you'd set it up different for each profile. I don't use Firefox, so I don't know if that option exists.

How to make two Range Selection at the same time?

In a single clip, at the same time, in two locations, I would like to have Range Selection. Then I would like to switch between the two and play within the range one after the other immedeately. Is this possible? Thanks.

You can mark multiple range selections in a clip by clicking and dragging with the Command key down – or marking in and out points with Shift+Command.
I don't know what you mean when you say "at the same time".

Forward slash plays betweeen the in and out. The only way I know to play them one after the other "immediatelly" is to edit the two selections to the timeline.

Lets assume for a scenario sake we are using an LDAP server as the UME for portals environment...so you would simple need to point for the UME's to the LDAP datasource.

We have a unique situation where i need two machines to stay on the same node. Its a 4 node cluster with 30+ resources but i want to make sure two boxes are ALWAYS on the same now. If one migrates to another node the second needs to follow. Is there
a way to do this?

and the KB that elden showed you is for : "Failover clusters that are running inside of virtual machines (sometimes referred to as “guest clusters”) may have problems with nodes joining the cluster."

I explained in one of my replies that my underlying issue was this exactly what the KB fixed..... A guest cluster failing when moved to different nodes. Thats the only reason why i wanted them on the same node to begin with. While this post didn't solve me

How to make two mono audio tracks into a stereo pair?

My video clip, brought over into Premiere CS6 from Final Cut Pro 5, has the usual left and right audio tracks, but in Premiere they are not linked into a stereo pair. Thus the volume level has to be adjusted separately in each track.
In Final Cut, I can quickly convert two independent audio tracks into a stero pair by selecting the tracks and then going to the menu Modify > Stereo Pair. I can't figure out how to do this in Premiere.
When two audio tracks are not linked, the volume level has to be adjusted separately in each track, which wastes time. But after two tracks are linked into a Stereo Pair in Final Cut, adjusting either track adjusts them both, together. That's what I want to do now in Premiere.
So, how do I make two separate audio tracks into a linked Stereo Pair in Premiere?

I used to think like you do. These aren't workarounds, per se. The issue is that Premiere Pro is a different program, so you have to approach some things slightly differently.
Actually, Premiere Pro's audio capability is more like a DAW than Final Cut was, and more powerful too, so if you know that workflow it makes more sense. A lot of FCP people don't have training in programs like ProTools or Audition, so it's more difficult for folks like yourself (and me, too) to catch on. Again, you can achieve what you want (copying and using items from other projects), you just have to go about it differently. All you do is navigate to the other project files in the Media Browser and import items that you need in this fashion. So, no, you don't have more than one project open at a time, but you got what you wanted, stuff from another projects in your current project. That works for me, anyway.
Again, Premiere Pro is a different program. You can achieve the same goals, but sometimes have to go about it differently. Some things are faster, some slower. Some are easier to learn, some harder. Hopefully, you see my point.
I need video generators to make arrows, circles, squares, etc. and transitions such as edge wipes and clock wipes to animate them, all to point out and emphasize things that I'm demonstrating and explaining in my videos. Premiere has no such generators, nor are there any third-party plug-ins available to add them, that I've been able to find.
Do you know about the Titler? It has a lot of useful shapes. You can also create shapes in After Effects and Photoshop and import them. The shapes you make in those programs can look a lot better than the stock FCP effects.
There are lots of third party effects, some that have generators. Check out Boris Continuum, FX Factory, CoreMelt, Film Impact, and more.
There are pitifully few transitions in Premiere at all (the Mac version) compared to Final Cut.
I'm really not a transitions person, and I find the FCP transitions looking tired anyway. The only one I really need is a white flash and I can either create it, or use a third party flash effect. If you need cool, modern transitions, check out Film Impact or the other third party plug in foundries I mentioned. There is an Edge Wipe transition, called "Wipe." If you need feathering, check out the Wipe Effect, which you can keyframe to look like a transition.
More and more I would like to be moving completely into Premiere, but I keep running into these inadequacies in the program, these roadblocks, for my purposes at least.
The more you work with it, the less you'll be working with FCP. That's what most people are saying anyway. Sure, there are minor annoyances associated with learning a new app, but you also take the good along with it. I suggest you just dive right in. It may take longer at first, but you can get your speed up in time.
I have no doubt that sometime in the future Premiere will become everything that I want it to be, and at that time I can finally abandon Final Cut for good, as I wish I could do right now.
I also came from FCP, taught FCP for nearly a decade, wrote a book about FCP, help start the first FCPUG, worked at Apple on two versions of FC Studio, so I do know what you are going through. Just keep at it and keep posting here. I'll be glad to help you with any workarounds or confusion related to moving over from FCP.

is there any way to make two oracle databases into master/slave relationship? one is hot one is cold, when the hot one is down, the cold one automatically picks up? and of course two databases are in sync all the time.

DataGuard is an enterprise edition feature.
You could roll your own standby database by cloning the production system to a backup server and writing scripts that copy the archived log files from the primary to the standby and that apply the archived logs on the standby. Of course, the transactions that had been applied to the primary that were still in the primary's redo logs would be lost if the primary were to fail. DataGuard provides options to keep the standby more closely in sync with the standby to reduce or eliminate that risk, which is one of the reasons that it's an enterprise edition feature.
If you're on Windows, Oracle FailSafe may also be something to look at.

We need to make the fields in a page grow column wise within that same page.
For example, in a page:

Hi Gurunath, if you steel need a solution on this problem, I think this could help:
1- place two fields on the form (JF01, JF02), one under each other.
2- Make two subform with them (Sline1, Sline2)
3- Make the field JF02 expand on same subform.
4- Modify the preamble in this way:

^define group:JF01!OnOverflow \groupG_Sline2.\fieldJF02.

In the data file put all the text in JF01.
-The first line say:
When JF01 is called, save it's y position (\positionsave,"first_line")
-The second line means:
when the text overflow JF01 put it in JF02.
(cause JF02 overflow on itself all the remaining data is overflowed in JF02)
-The third line means:
if JF02 arrives at the end of the page (OnBOF), restore the saved position ( \positionrestore,"first_line") and move to the right of "3,65" inches (\positionright,"3.65",in).
In other words, when JF02 arrive at the and of the age, the next field JF02 is positioned at the same height of JF01 and is shifted on the right
Take care that in this way JF02 cannot anymore go o a new page.

How to make audio of many clips the same level?

I have a sequence containing many interview clips which all seem to be at different sound levels. Is there any easy way to make all of these the same level? The only way I know how to adjust the level is using the volume level control under audio effects for a particular clip.
Also i'm wondering whether there is a way to filter out background noise?

If the mic was a different distance etc then you'll never be able to make them all sound exactly the same tone. But For the background noise I'd really recommend the effects inside premiere I've already mentioned I have found that 90 percent of the time I don't ever need to use audition for interview type edits. I'm able to get by using a denioser and highpass to remove "most background" noises. However I don't film outside very often most of my background noise problems are usaully from too much gain or AC noise. So your scenario might be different than mine for this reason.
The benifit of the compressor is that it can make your audio stay exactly within whatever range you want without having to keyframe stuff. With the clips you have desribed you'll want to use a different dynamics filter for each group. So put each group on it's own audio track. So group one that you have desribed would go on track 1 since all those clips have similar range etc. Basically with group 1 I wouldn't compress it at all. I'd leave it alone except for lowering it's audio by -2 on the audio track 1. That way all the clips in the first group will be lowered by 2db if you put them all on track 1. You won't have to worry about it's slightly too high peaks as long as you set a dynamics effect with nothing enabled on it besides the limiter on the master track and have the limiter set to -6 since you said that's what you need your max peak to be. If you do this then everything in group one will be handled as far as levels go. (as far as db goes anyways) However if you want to have other things in the project to be higher than -6 then just simply put the -6 limiter turned on track 1 then instead of the master track.
Then for the second group I wouldn't touch them at all I'd put them on track 2 and just let the limter on the master track keep it's peaks from going to high since it's basically already where you want it. Then if the clips have a hissing noise or something you can add a denoiser and set the reduction to -10 and adjust from there.
Then for your final set you are desribing -22 to -12 for these I'd put them on track 3 and use a dynamics filter and keep everything disabled except for the compressor itself. For this I'd start with my ratio at 2 and put my threshold at -20 and set my makeup gain at 9 or so. Then from there if it looks like it's way to loud then try lowering the gain and if it looks like its lows are too quite then add the gain back but if it appears to be to loud then simply raise your ratio or lower the threeshold a bit. But I think the settings I have listed will get your to your desired range.
For the clips that are hitting -0 a lot if they are distorting then you really can't fix distortion but if they are hitting 0 and aren't distorting then you can just simply lower the volume for these you don't need to add any gain since they are already too loud anyways so if you just lower them by like -6 it should get them right within the range you mentioned.
As far as background noise such as hissing you'll really want to just use Premiere's denoiser effect. Start off by setting the reduction to like -10 and adjust from there. Then for cars passing etc try out a highpass filter and set it to 120 to start and move up there if needed. It will take the bass out of the peoples voices but it won't sound bad unless you start going over 160-170 range it also depends on if the person has a deep voice to begin with or not too though.

What do you mean by the 2 CGPoints interfere?
You're changing the location of the balls by pos.x and pos.y, where is the code for those? what is it doing?
Why have two timers? One timer would work , just have the code move both balls.
The refresh rate for the screen is 60hz. (60 time a second) You'll get better animation if you stick as close to this value as you can.

Have a look at the process model options of TestStand. For your task I would use the batch model. If I remember correctly there are also some examples delivered with Teststand. Search for MultiUUT and Processmodell in the examples directory of your Teststand installation.
