How to make two pictures that are in side by side mode end at the same time?
I have two pictures that I have set up to show side by side. But when that section ends, one of them disappears and the other continues to play for another second. How do I make them end at the same time?

It sounds like you are unable to make any calls, but you can recieve them, and everything else seems to work fine. I recommend you use the troubleshooting in the following article to help you get that resolved, named:
iPhone: Troubleshooting issues making or receiving calls
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue. Please test after each step.
Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
Check your phone settings:
Check your Do Not Disturb settings: Tap Settings > Do Not Disturb.
Check for any blocked phone numbers: Tap Settings > Phone > Blocked.
See if Call Forwarding is turned on: Tap Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding.
Ensure that your software is up to date:
Check for a carrier settings update.
Check for an iOS software update.
Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.
If the iPhone has a SIM card, reseat the SIM card.
If the iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s is on the Verizon network, dial *228 from the iPhone and select option 2 to update the Preferred Roaming List (PRL). The PRL determines the cellular towers the phone uses for cellular service, selecting those with the best signal strength.
Reset the network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Try to make or receive calls in another location.
Attempt to isolate to one network band:
If you're having the issue on LTE, disable LTE, if possible, and try again.
If you're having the issue on 3G/4G, disable 3G/4G, if possible, and try again.
Contact the carrier to check the following:
Your account is properly configured to use the specific iPhone that has the issue.
There are no localized service outages.
Your account doesn't have a billing-related block.
Your calls don't have errors on the carrier system.
Restore the phone as new.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, go to an Apple Retail Store, carrier, Apple Authorized Reseller, or contact AppleCare to send the phone in for service.

Set your inputs on your channel strips and make sure you have one set to input 1 and the other input 2. Arm the 2 audio tracks(the "R" in the track header. They will turn red and flash), then hit the record button.

Connect your iPod to iTunes, click on your device, and then click on the "Photos" page. If you don't want any photos on your iPod, make sure the "Sync photos from [photo application]" checkbox is unchecked. Or, you could select specific photos in that page to sync to your iPod.

I have downloaded pictures to iphoto from my Canon Rebel XTI. I can not email or move any pictures that are vertical. Also, if I double click on the photo to enlarge it, the screen flills with a big exclamation mark. I need to email these photos out. HELP! Also if I do a slide show with the album, those pictures do not show up.

The best way to charge the iPad is with its included AC charger. If it is not doing something energy intensive, it can be charged and used at the same time and not deplete the battery, especially if services that are not being used are turned off.
Can you share more about the situation or environment in which you want to employ the iPad and which model you want to use? The new iPad consumes more energy and takes longer to charge the battery than the iPad 2. -

Has nothing to do with syncing your phone. Determined by what type of email account you have. To keep mail in sync requires an IMAP or Exchange account, not possible with a POP account.

It is annoying because a mask selection turns into layer selection when you select a second layer/folder.Well a layer mask is just that for that layer. If you want to apply that mask to a new layer, you can drag it or alt drag to drag a copy to the new layer. Then it will have its own layer mask. When your done, if needed you can then remove that mask from that new layer, if for some reason you only wanted to see a temporary mask.

That's pretty much what I would like to know so I can stop trying to make endless corrections when Itunes wants to entertain me with Blink 182. I would way that any personalized radio service that means serious business and wants to extend beyond the hit crowd needs an equallly serious algorithm to edit the music.
Unfortunately, the message pretty much says it all.
What it does not tell you is that your Time Machine backups are corrupted and Time Machine cannot repair them, so it wants to delete your entire backup file and start with a new one.
I'm afraid that AppleCare will tell you the same thing, but it's worth checking with them to see if there are any new developments in this regard for this puzzling issue which affects a small percentage of users.
Please post back on your findings if you pickup some additional useful information when you speak to Apple.
