How to make your memory ID as unique as possible...

Hello Experts,
I am currently using the EXPORT/IMPORT from memory ID statement in my objects
and my team lead has said that this is not safe as this might be also be used accidentally
by other programmers. So he instead urged me to use a unique memory ID. The memory ID I
am currently using is 3 letters.
So in these cases, what maybe the best generic combination for memory ID.

Usually it doesn't happen as the EXPORTed content will put into ABAP memory the source program with call stack remains.
Any how ID is character type object with maximum length of 60 characters.
If you make full use of 60 characters, you can generate a unique name always.

we are posting pdf into spool the same will retriving for further process.Right now we are passing receipent ID as date and time. we may read wrong spool becz at the same time same program will execute with different data selections.

One way of doing this is making the program wait for 1 second before you go onto submit the program again.,,
This will make sure that the program does not generate multiple spools in the same second...
WAIT UP TO 1 SECONDS.
If you are not using seconds to make the spool name and instead using minutes.. then you need to capture the minute which you are in right now and calculate the left over seconds and then again submit the program ..

Linda, as far as the images go I edited them in Photoshop.
I saved them as jpegs using the quality slider set at 8
(never less for quality reasons).
The actual image "dimensions" in general are 280pixels x 421pixels
depending on orientation and 72 ppi in image "resolution" .
I think if you keep images no larger then 450pixels for general viewing
they should load fine.
The images that are the Page Headers are however W700xH400 which is the size of the default place holders in the templates, or 700x120 for the narrow ones.
I hope this isn't getting too technical, I've even considered doing QuickTime tutorials.
Derekbalsey: I'd say use the shapes and do things like adding strokes to a shape and use white or no fill or a complimenting color to fill it.
I will be updating the site tonight, nothing major, just slight changes to the page headers and adding some photos until I get some more "pro" looking ones I hope.
We'll see ho fast those load as they will be larger.
My goal is to use simple shapes and good colors, as i don't really know how to create animations and the likes.

Simon Tofield draws and animates directly in Adobe Flash. It's frame-by-frame animation aka "cell animation"; that is, Simon creates a new drawing for each frame of the movie (though of course many elements are probably copied from the previous frame. If you don't want to use Flash, there are a number of other animation programs available. See:

However, I don't think you can stop that from happening if you keep on doing it by mistake. If there is, them i can imagine that it would be in settings- general then it would be in one of those. First off, I've read so many threads of people acting really mad that their iphone either doesn't do this or that... People are strange like that. I was even a little upset about the $200 drop, but since it happened I've moved on and I really don't mind.
Anyways, I'm a very proud owner of an iPhone and a pair of Bose QC2's.. I love both of them. I felt bad that the QC2's didn't fit the iPhone, so I purchased the Belkin adapter. Bad choice. Imagine sitting on an airplane with that 3 inch long adapter sticking out of your iphone like an antenna, then your headphones plugged in. The two guys sitting in the row beside me were laughing - I knew they were. So I trashed the belkin adapter. It ***** anyways. Don't buy it.
I got home and took a second look at my QC2's and thought, "what if I cut back the plastic/rubber piece so that it WOULD fit?" So I did, and not only did it look good, but it seated perfectly and it sounded GREAT!
So here's how to do it. All you need is a new strait edge razor... (the kind you would scrape paint off a window)
Begin cutting in very small increments. Cut strait down by pushing down through the plastic/rubber until it hits the metal. it cuts almost like butter. Go all the way around. I cut off the equivalent thickness of a 5 cent nickel. It will take you less than 5 minutes to make this happen.
When you're done, you'll find that it fits perfectly, AND that the structural integrity of the male end is not compromised at all.
I have a photo taken by the iphone. It's a little blurry since I don't know how to get a clear super close up, but the picture shows the results and what it looks like underneath. If anyone can host it for me, that would be great. it that's the case, I'll get out my D100 and get some very good shots of it.

You cannot create a Premiere Elements (any version) DVD Template from scratch using Photoshop Elements (any version). To do that you need Photoshop CS or higher. The reason for "higher" is that earlier Photoshop versions do not support Layers Groups within the Layer Groups.
But, providing you find a version of Photoshop Elements on a given computer operating system that will open the Photoshop Layer Groups in its key structure (.psd file), you can use Photoshop Elements to edit (not create from scratch) the .psd file for the main and scene menus of a given existing Adobe theme. I am careful on my language here since there have been recent difficulties getting Photoshop Elements to do this job which it once did without issue.
The process is easy enough, but very detail dependant, with strict requirements for names files as well as Layer Groups, sublayers groups, and layers in the .psd file. make sure you have the most current version of Media Explorer. (from the website)vision m is actually listed under mp3 players for future ref. i got all my album art from amazon.com.i just used the overall default of 500x500 pixels as the "standard" size to use in transfer.... mainly b/c thats what most album covers where from the site. pics that were smaller then that, i searched google image for the album cover. i used picture it 7.0 to resize image to 500x500 give or take a few pix off either way, keeping resize in proportion to each other. then save the image. *amazing site as well to get album art. again you will need to pic a size for album cover art.http://www.zero.co.nz/music/[color="#000099">?so with the most updated version of media explorer, just bring up the album view and pull over album art on top of blank album cover. it was very time consuming ( have not found way to cut down on time... the more you ahve the longer it takes to load up, ect.. ), that and i had ALOT of albums on there. but i am very very happy with the end result. like i said 500x500 looks great. just just me.

This is how to make your DVD look better & eliminate aliasing.

After trying several different ways on how to get the best from my AVCHD camera to an SD DVD I discovered the following worked best.
1. Import and edit as per normal
2. Export to HD 720p (DON"T share to idvd)
3. Open iDVD and import the HD 720p file directly from the saved folder (idvd will convert it to mpeg 2)
4. Burn dvd.
This way eliminates nearly all of the aliasing problems and overall quality looks much better than just "Sharing" directly to idvd.
Give it a try and let me know if your dvd quality improves.

Thanks Paul. I also archive my AVCHD original footage via the archive function in iMovie '09 (a great new feature, which iMovie '08 lacked).
I just purchased a plug-in for Quick Look which allows you to view the first frame of each AVCHD clip in the Finder - very useful for identifying the clips for importing to iMovie. It's called HD Quick Look and is produced by the same Western Australian company that produces VoltaicHD (Shedworx). The cost is about $8 AUD and the product can be found here:

I'm about to import and edit a wedding video shot in AVCHD format (highest quality setting). I'm still a bit unsure whether to import at the Large or Full setting, given my earlier comments about the "bad" effects. However, as I'll be burning to standard DVDs, it probably won't matter whether I use Large or Full for import - but I'll probably try exporting at 720p, as you've suggested.
I guess my main concern in using your method is that 540 has to be upscaled to 720, hence my reluctance to import at Large. But if I use Full - and any "bad" effects - it will be knocked down to 540 anyway (according to popular wisdom)! Can't win!
It will be interesting to see whether Steve Mullen has any advice on this.

No, you are not the only one, but no, it is not possible with X1 DVRs. X1 is cloud and account based, not box based. So if you want a standalone, then you'll have to "downgrade" to an older DVR.
