How to manage automatic GL account in PR ans PO ?

Hi gurus,
I work on a ECC6.0.
All the customizing settings are done:
- links between valuation classes and GL accounts.
- links beetween valuation classes and material master
When i create a PR or PO, with a material group or a material master, GL account is not fullfilled automatically. The system asks me to do it.
I did'nt find a thread about this problem. Perhaps an ECC6.0 problem ? Any Idea ?

I've linked the valuation class for the material group (for direct purchasing).
(In the V023_E)
For each valuation class, and for each key (ekg, etc) +/- account has been stored (T030)
I tried the same with a material master, same problem occurs.

Requesting clarification on how to manage network monitoring accounts

I'm writing a script that will automatically install Outlook 2010 if Office 2013, 2010, 2007, or 2003 are not installed. It's part of a script I already have each tech has to run locally due to management decisions(that I have no control over). Right now I prompt the tech if they want to install it. Then test for the installer and install it.

How to Manage Multiple iCloud Accounts?

I've been getting these email notifications saying that my "complimentary iCloud storage upgrade expires" soon. It's prompting me to upgrade my plan, which I did for my main iCloud account, however how do I do this for all my other accounts?
I already went to System Preferences -> iCloud -> Sign Out, but once I click on "Sign Out" it says "do you want to keep a copy of your iCloud contacts on this Mac" (which I responded with "Keep Contacts"), then the next pop up says "If you stop using iCloud for Calendars & Reminders, calendars and reminders stored in iCloud will be deleted from this Mac" with the option of "Cancel" or "Delete from Mac". I don't quite understand what this means and am too scared to click "Delete from Mac", but unless I do this I can't proceed any further. Help! What should I do?
All I want to do is just log out from one iCloud account to another (on my Mac) so I can upgrade my storage plan on a different iCloud account.

You only have the complimentary storage on one iCloud account - the one you migrated to from MobileMe. If you have upgraded the storage then this will work with all your devices logged into that account.
Do you actually have any other iCloud accounts - with different logins and email addresses? These would not be affected by upgrading the ex-MobileMe one.
If you have another iCloud account you want to upgrade you will have to pay for it separately, but in that case you don't have the impending termination of the free storage.
To change the iCloud account in use on any one device, go to the iCloud preference/settings pane and click 'Sign out' or 'Delete account' as applicable. This will not delete the account from the server. If 'Find my iPhone/Mac/Ipad' is running you will have to turn it off first. Do not choose to retain data on the device (it will still be on the server and when you sign back in you will get duplicates when you sign back in).
Then you can sign in with the other account, do whatever is necessary, sign out in the same way and back into the original account, whereupon your data will reappear.
But, once again, the prompt to upgrade your storage applies to only the one account, and will take effect for all devices logged into it without your havint to do anything else.

the assistant of the VP wants to manager the VP's calendars on Outlook 2010, so she can do a side-to-side comparison.
VP has two exchange accounts, one is hosted locally(exchange 2007), and another one is on Office 365. these are two different companies.
I can add the office 365 calender's to her Outlook as Internet calender, but she wants to have edit permissions, so she can manage his calendar(like accept, cancel and change appointments). I also can let her use OWA, but it's not convenient.
she can actually do this on her iPhone by adding VP's exchange account on the phone but just have "calendar" checked. Is is possible to do this on Outlook?

How to manage settings so account are logged out of when browser is closed.

Before the last update, when I closed the browser all of my accounts were logged out of. That is no longer the case and I don't know how to fix the settings to bring it back to the way it used to be.
I am in private browsing and tried the about:config trick where I set browser.sessionstore.privacy_level to either 1 or 2: it didn't work.

There are separate downloads for the two plugins, but Adobe has made updating smoother by installing an auto-updater that handles both. It only seems to run when I restart Windows, but that might be configurable (I haven't checked). Anyway, no worries on interference, they coexist quite happily.
(When downloading any Flash player, be careful not to install unwanted additional software such as security suites...)

How to disable automatic login and to see other accounts?

I bought MacBook Pro Retina with Mac OS X 10.8.2 in a shop, where there already was account "kiosk".
I created new account, gave him Administrator priviliges.
In the Preferences / Users & Groups I see kiosk account as "Managed", and my new account as "Admin".
I set:
System Preferences / Security & Privacy / General / Disable automatic login = Checked.
System Preferences / Users & Groups / Login Options / Automatic login = Off.
But still I have two issues:
1) After start the laptop automatically logins into kiosk account, while I explicitly switched off this option
2) Apart from kiosk account, the OS doesn't see any other accounts, for example my new account.
For example, when I changed login shell for kiosk account into /usr/bin/false, I couldn't login at all. The OS said something like, there are no active accounts. So I had to set login shell back to /bin/bash using single-user mode.
The questions are:
How to disable automatic login into kiosk account?
How to see a choice between kiosk account and my new account in the login dialog?
How to delete kiosk account? Currently the delete option is disabled for kiosk in System Preferences / Users & Groups.
So far after laptop start I automatically login into kiosk, then switch into my new account with entering a password, which is weird.

It is your only option if you want to get rid of that other user account. It seems the system is Hard Set to boot to that account. How and why I have not Idea but the first thing you should of done was Restoring it to the Original OS, if it was not Mt Lion to begin with, in doing so getting rid of all other accounts and files from that other account.
Time to Bit the Bullet and Erase the drive completely and reinstall the original shipping version of OS X on that system.

The other question is: Can I set one to go to vmail automatically while the other receives calls? For instance, after hours I want to "turn off" the business number and leave the home number accepting calls. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, Skype Numbers do not work as you describe.
While we are allowed to start up to ten (10) Skype Number subscriptions per Skype account, being affiliated with the same account, will behave as if all ten numbers are actually only one number. What to do?

Create a new Skype account to use for Skype Number intended for business use, and use another Skype Number as a personal or home account. Nothing changes as far as the cost of the Skype Numbers is concerned, however what changes by using each Skype Number on a different Skype Account is that you can control each number separately.
All that said, unfortunately Skype's mobile platforms do not support being logged in to two Skype accounts simultaneously. The Windows Desktop platform does, however doing the same on a Mac is not supported, and the work-around is messy at best.

How can I manage six email accounts WITHOUT them all appearing (twice) in the Folders column?
All I need is ONE INBOX (like Windows Mail used to do) ...
I can see in the 'Account' column of each message which email account it's using.
Then, I either junk or read the message, followed by delete or file to one of my created folders.
As it is, half my page is depth is taken up by 12 lines of Account names !!!

That still leaves SIX lines of Account names down the side. All I want is ONE INBOX ... (I can see which account each message belongs to in the 'Account' column...)

How can I manage two different accounts on itunes

Ok both my husband and I have Ipod touched (he also has an iphone). My issue is with Itunes.... I do not want his music sync'd on my ipod as im sure he does not want mine on his. However, if I delete any songs from my account it automatically deletes them from his and vice versa with adding songs. How do we keep our accounts/music separate and stop the syncing of unwanted songs?!?!

Launch iTunes with the Shift key held down and create a new library, or use separate Windows user accounts.

i am trying to solve one problem. I have one iMAC where i have two user profiles connected to different AppleIDs. Next to it there are two iPhones and two iPads. I am trying to find out, how to manage photos from all these devices using one account on iMAC. Second question is if there is any finction in iPhoto that can publish images to NAS server? Second alternative for me is to byu iCloud drive space and use Family sharing for publishing photos. Bellow text schema is attached, it is only my idea and i dont know if this could work like this. Did anyone somehow solved this configuration? Thanks

The client requirement is
In A/R the customer accounts are not automatically clearing when a payment is posted for that account. We are still seeing all open items and all paid or cleared items when we go to FBL5N and select open items for viewing. Please make account clearing automatic for customer payments.

Maintain for your Chart Of Account, acct type "D", From and to customer accounts and then add the critera you want. Pls note you cannot define more than 5 criteria.
Then schedule the clearing program job F.13 in the background.

How to change myself to account manager from account member?

Hi,
I've been to the Verizion store where me and my dad activated our cellphones to change my role to account manager(since me and my dad's phones were activated by my uncle-in-law, which means my phone lines are his sub-account or something).
we went there since i'm moving to Louisiana and just wanted to change the billing address, so we talked to the employee at there and she simply put me as an account manager or something, but when i checked my verizon today, i'm still an account member.
Can anybody tell me what i have to be an account manager? or just wanna know how to change the billing address..

Hey Mrpark121,
Being an account manager is extremely convenient. It allows you to view the bill and make account changes without the account owner present. It also means you are doing something right, because the account owner has placed that trust in you to make those changes.
If you are listed on the account as an account manager you can call in and have the ability to discuss the account in complete detail and make changes. The only changes you cannot make are adding or removing an account manager as well as add, change or delete the billing system password.
You would have to be given that same access online. Right now you are an account member so the information you are allowed to see is limited. For steps on how to make you an account manage through My Verizon, visit http://vz.to/ZIaxkY.
