How to manage failed update to Photoshop CS6

When I run the latest update to Photoshop CS6 using the Creative Cloud updater I get the error message:
There was a problem updating Photoshop CS6
Update Failed
Errors encountered during installation.(U44M1P7)

Thank you. I read the steps and looked at the log and this is the key error:
ERROR: DF045: File corruption detected. Re-install the product & then apply the patch again.
To re-install the product do I first uninstall using the Windows facility?
Do I need to re-install from the original product disk? If not then where will I find a link to download the product and re-install? (I can only find links to CC).

The installation of Adobe Extension Manager CS6 failed - while 2 others update for Photoshop CS6 did intall. I was installing Adobe Reader X .
That's why I discovered the notication from the application manager about updates for CS6 - and I just confirmed that as well.
Apparently the Reader installation blocked only the update installation of Adobe Extension Manager CS6 - saying another installation process was running ... such stuff happens sometimes.
However, it seems Adobes Application Manager update module does not track its failed installations? It does not automatically advertise that update has not been installed and notifiying me again to install it. At least not immediately ...
So how do I rerun the Adobe Application Manager update moduel to check for updates manually?

How could I update from photoshop cs6 standard to photoshop cs6 extended?

I'd like to update my photoshop cs6 standard to photoshop cs6 extended to work with the 3d features. I've looked on adobe's website but I can only buy the update from photoshop cs5 standard and not cs6. Is there any solution?

CS6 cannot be upgraded. If you join the Creative Cloud and download PhotoshopCC2014 you get it with the 3D features.

Tasc_redleader which update exactly are you trying to apply? Your screen shot indicates an update to Photoshop CS6 but your installation log appears to be for Extension Manager CS6.

Unable to update, uninstall photoshop cs6

I am trying to open a video to edit in CS6 and I get this error: Could not complete your request because DynamicLink is not available
I read on one of these formus that I should uninstall and reinstall the program or update my photoshop cs6
I tried to update and it told me to use the Adobe Application Manager, which in turn gave an error and told me to use the Adobe
Support Advisor, which didnt work

I followed the instructions it gave me to correct this issue:
If you receive the error "Installer has detected that a machine restart is pending. It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart try again," do the following:

Camera Raw 7.3 Update replaced Photoshop CS6 Standard with CS6 Extended Trial version

How do I get back to Photoshop CS6 Standard edition after Camera Raw 7.3 update?
After installing the Camera Raw update photoshop now runs as the Trial version of Photoshop Extended.

I upgraded CS6 and Lightroom 4 today and then when restarting Photoshop CS6 this evening I get a dialog about registering with my e-mail for Photoshop Extended Edition Trial.
I have never owned the Extended edition and did the update from my existing product using the Adobe Update manager. There should have been no reason for this mistake to occur.
I've done upgrades like this many, many times before and have never had my system react this way. You clearly have a bug in your update process and should fix it pronto. Do you know how confusing it is to get a dialog like this? Should I let it register me for a product I don't own? Is that going to somehow trash my legitimate license (now there's the process of activation, I'm always concerned that I'll mess things up and end up unable to use Photoshop until support can help me out)
I'll go find my serial number and re-enter it, but I think this is a serious bug - and will make me much more cautious about waiting to apply updates until I've read the forums to make sure it's safe to do so

The update for Photoshop CS6 Creative Cloud (64bit) downloads but failsto extractand install

The Adobe Application Manager reports an update for Photoshop CS6 Extended but when I tell it to update, it goes through a download and reports "Unable to extract downloaded files. Press retryto download again. U44M11210"
Repeated attempts to download and install have failed.

Trying to install Photoshop update to 13.0.5 with Adobe updater/Adobe Application Manager. It's downloading completely, then trying to install. Constant error message: U44M1P7.
How can I proceed? Can not find helpful advice, when clicking on "weitere informationen" (more).

never had any problems before. Have not changed anything in the library. Each and every update before this one allways worked perfectly.

First : manually you can download from adobe
and the others
Second : adobe bridege - help - updated
Now i have all update from first and second.
Only i want to know the place to keep it
