How to manually update PowerShell V3 build from CTP2 to production

Hello,
We have PowerShell V3 CTP2 installed on a  Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
The server isn't connected to the internet. 
How can I update PowerShell (and whatever else is necessary) to bring it up to the latest production version?
$PSVersionTable gives the following:
BuildVersion: 6.2.8158.0
PSVersion: 3.0
CLRVersion: 4.0.30319.296
PSRemotingProtocolVersion: 2.103
WSManStackVersion: 3.0
PSCompatibleVersions: {1.0, 2.0, 3.0}
Another server that had PS CTP2 is connected to the internet and (I assume) got updated with Windows Update to the latest PS. 
For comparison, this is $PSversionTable on the updated server:
BuildVersion: 6.2.9200.16481
PSVersion: 3.0
CLRVersion: 4.0.30319.18444
PSRemotingProtocolVersion: 2.2
WSManStackVersion: 3.0
PSCompatibleVersions: {1.0, 2.0, 3.0}
I couldn't find any hotfixes that would update PS. 
Any help is appreciated,
