How to map many finished product in one bom

Sir,
i hav one raw material sheet in which i will cut number of finished products.how i map in bom.all finished product has cut in differnt quantity.

Actually this is purely based on the client reqmt.
If they need to maintian the diff bom for all the product . you should need to maintained. even though you use same raw material for all the products.with diff qty and if they need to calculate the costing inoccur for the each product
or
you can use as co -porduct as forum member told.

Destination means the external backup drive. Source means the internal startup drive.

As per my knowldge, it is not possible to maintain same material code in this scenario.
All you can do is to make 2 matrial codes for finished and semifinshed material and at the time of STO betweem the plants, Do material to material transfer (movement type 309) either before issuing for STO from plant 1 or after receiving in plant 2.
Will explain the steps:
Material code M0001- finished good (handle) in plant A.
Material code M0002- Semifinished goods (handle) to be maintained in plant A and plant B.
STO (material code M0002) for stock to be transferred from Pant A to Plant B.
Material to material transfer (M0001 to M0002)in plant A using movement type 309.
GI (Material M0002) from Plant A against STO.
GR (Material M0002) at Plant B.

Multiple finished product from one ram material

Hi Everyone,
I have a scenario like from one ram material there are multiple finished products are produced. For example,
they are procured the nuts with the shell and its seperated from shell by performing an operation. At the time of operation the nuts may be brokern into small pieces. They have some specification so based on the classified the finished product. How can i map this scenario in sap.

Look at by-product and/or coproduct funtionality.
You can specify that certain byproducts can be produced. These can be received as other FG materials or semi-finished good materials,

How to map every request url to one servlet

HI experts,
I have a requirement like below,
i want to map every request to a uinque servlet.

http://localhost/krish/images/hel.wav
etc.............the no requests unlimited.
So if i write mapping in web.xml its hard to write hundreds of urls.
so i need some other process to map all these urls to one servlet ( processrequest.java)
which will process all those requests.
How do i do it?

use url-pattern as /images/* then it will call the same servlet for all URL like you mentioned

That is just an intermediary state to get to the excel version. Actually I get many small XML files (as shown above) from client and I want them all combined in an excel sheet with common column headings... like this...

Finished product in one plant and finished product in another plant

Hi ,
In one plant client is manufacturing a finished and he is selling from the same plant and this product he is doing stock transport (sto) to another plant where he is using it as semifinished in the assembly.
Ex.Bike handle is manufacturing in one plant and selling it from the same plant to the customer.Here this product is a finished good.Where as same material is used as during the assembly of Bike in other plant where this product is used as semifinished.
Please guide how to make the same material code as finished in one plant and as semifinished in other plant.

I removed registration of a product on one Apple ID, and am trying to register under another. After removing product from profile, I log into the other account and try to add. It says it's already registered. How do I get all products on one ID?

Does anyone know how to consolidate all products that I own under one Apple ID? I have removed registration, but when I try to re-register the SN, it says it's already associated to another Apple ID.

Your best bet would be to try resetting the password to the account that you would like to use via iForgot
Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account.

How to map two different subnets to one SSID

Hi Experts ,
we have two offices in same city at different location however we are planning to bring both the office at same location.
Now lets say site A has controller 5508 configured with 24 AP's with 10.10.10.x subnet for internal SSID and Site B which is shifting to Site A campus has different subnet ( 10.10.20.x ) for same SSID.
Site B has no controller since they had connection with H-reap and they were using different subnet for internal SSID ( 10.10.20.x ) .....
Now i need to add their AP's in Site A controller which will be extended wireless LAN however we would like to keep same subnet ( 10.10.20.x ) what Site B has for wireless clients which is really confusing me ....
I have already client subnet for site A with 10.10.10.x /24 subnet and nearly 200 users are already using this wireless client subnet....
How do i add their ( Site B ) subnet / 10.10.20.x with same SSID configured which is globally only one SSID ?
limitations :
I can not create new SSID for site B since same will be broadcasting even in Site A AP's
Is this possible to map one more subnet of site B to existing SSID with already different subnet ( 10.10.10.x ) ?

Well first off, you need to bring that subnet over to site a without breaking any routing. Once you do that then sites B subnet will have a different vlan than site A of course. Now with both subnets working in site A, you create a dynamic interface on the WLC for that new subnet. Create an AP group for both sites, you can name it by vlan or by any name you want. Now in the ap group for site A, you define what SSID's you want and map the vlan to that ap groups. Then add sites A AP's to that group. You do this also for site B's AP's and map the SSID to the new subnet you brought over and move the AP's to that group. The APs from site B would have to be setup in local mode not hreap.

In my company, we use PRTools which we use for creation of bolts (For e.g.M6) . These tools after getting damaged refurbished into other PRTools which we use for other bolts production (for e.g.M8).
can u suggest me, any process where i can map the activity & maintain the inventory properly.

Actually, these PRTools is having different material code with valuation type for e.g. material no. 22/1234 valuation type "T1-new" and used for creation of M6 bolts.,
If damaged, this PRT we return to store with valuation type material no. 22/1234 "T1-damaged".
Now, after refurbishment process this tool is coverted to material no. 22/5678 and valuation type as "_T1-Refurbished_"
this tool is now cannot be used for the manufacturing of M6 bolt. This is used for manufacturing of new M8 bolt.
Both the tools can be used on the same equipment.
Now my problem is that how can I map this process in SAP .
Please advice

I'm not sure if SQL Plus supports this feature. But programmatically it is possible if you use oracle procedure. Also if you're using some front end application (like VB, ASP etc) where you need the concatenated result then you can easily concatenate all rows under a loop on Recordset.

How to breakdown a finished product back to its raw materials

I have a scenario.
My insuatry is a piston manufacturing industry. I make final pistons and send it to my customer. Some pistons are rejected and they come back to our plant. Now I want to use raw materials/semifinished goods that I used to make the piston. I open the piston and use those parts. How do I it in SAP means I need to break a finished good back to its raw material position.

My scenario is :
I get back a rejected piston from my customer and then I dismantle it to get back my RM/SFG.
What I am doing is : My BOM is Piston has 4 components ( 3 RM + 1 SFG).
I make a production order of 1 SFG which is a part of piston and in components section I give piston quantity is +ve and all three RM quamtities in negative.
When I do GR for SFG I am only able to see that SFG in MIGO , I am unable to see the 3 RM quantities in MIGO with movement type 531.
DOes 531 movemnet type happens automatically with 101 movement type or we need to do separate 101 and 531. As per my understanding 531 happens along with 101( also please let me know if any setting is required for the same)

How to enter many receiving lines for one PO Line

we are working in oracle applications 11i
From Oracle Inventory Responsibility->Transactions->Receiving: Enter Purchase Order Number: Receipts Window:
we have a line with item quantity of 100 (for example). I need to receive that item on many lines (depending on our descriptive flexfield inputs).
how do you suggest I enter those receiving lines for the PO LINE? I can see that I cannot I enter lines in that window so I am not sure If I can use dataload.
I need a solution that can be applied to receiving transactions window too.
Any ideas please?

If you enter a partial Qty and save it, then it will be a seperate line on the receipt.
Ex: Rcpt 120 first time rcv 10, next enter the same info and then use Add to receipt button and enter rcpt number i.e. 120 and enter the next Qty say 30.
Now if you query view Receving Txns form for rcpt 120 you will see 10,30 on separate lines. If you want suggestions on how much to enter on each line is going to be challenging (may be using the note to reciver can help)

How to connect many devices with only one FW800 port in iMac?

I am upgrading to a new Intel iMac from a 2004 vintage Dual2.0GHz PowerMac. I currently have 8x d2 Quadra drives chained by FW800, and 2x Iomega drives connected vis FW400 hub which also connects HD cams.
My questions is that with only one FW800 port in iMac, I think my devices connectivity is the following?
(1) Get a FW 800 hub (I can only find 2 port ones at the Apple store and BestBuy)
(2) Connect the d2 Quadras to one port of the FW800 hub
(3) Get a FW 800 to FW 400 cable
(4) Connect my 6 port FW400 hub to the 2nd port of the FW800 hub

In addition to your listed considerations, you should consider the following.
Many storage needs do not required FireWire 800 speed. For example, USB 2.0 works fine for your Time Machine backup drive. If you are just storing user data such as your iPhoto or iTunes media files, USB 2.0 is more than fast enough. So, as much as possible, if any of those external drives have USB 2.0 connections and the data storage does not need FireWire 800 speed, offload as much as possible to USB 2.0. I used to be a +FireWire snob+, but since getting an Intel iMac, I find that USB 2.0 works quite well for most data storage purposes.
There are new hard drives that are power efficient and as large as 2TB. Consolidate your data storage needs onto a smaller number of very large drives, partitioned as needed. This will make your setup more reliable (smaller number drives), and save reduce power consumption. If any of your current externals are SATA, you can probably replace the existing drive with an extra large one.
So, I think you setup should be, extra large FireWire 800 drive connected to the FireWire 800 port directly. Using a 9-pin to 6-pin cable, connect the FireWire 400 hub. Connect any non-storage FireWire 400 devices there. Do some data transfer testing to make sure having the 400 hub there on the chain does not cause the 800 connection to slow down.
Connect other drives as needed using USB 2.0, existing or new. Retire the smaller of your external drives.

It's allowed but it's pretty bad style to use gloabal variables and a sequence structure alone or together. To run two functions in parallel, the simplest mcthod is to have two different while loops. As long as there is no data dependendy (wires connecting the output of one to the input of the other) they will be completely independent. If you need to pass data from one to the other, one good technique is a queue. Also, instead of a sequence structure, you should look at using state machine. A sequence structure doesn't give you any flexibility. There are shipping examples and design templates avialable for both queues and state machines.
Since you didn't attach your program, there's no way of telling why you are seeing a delay. At the very least, attach an image of the block diagram.
