How to mass change part of a phone number in AB?

Here is my problem:
In Brazil we need to add a carrier code to the number while performing a long distance call. Example: in the following number (61) 5555-5555, the "(61)" is the area code and the "5555-5555 is the number. To make a long distance call to that number I need to use a carrier code and the number ends up like this: (021 61) 5555-5555.
Since I moved to a different carrier with better prices I need to change the "021" part of all my numbers to "041". Is there a feature or add-on that can make this process automatic?

If there is look for it at VersionTracker or MacUpdate or one of the several AppleScript sites. Otherwise, you will need to write an AppleScript to do the job.

Currently, the order in which the phone numbers appear (in a contact) is dependent on the sequence to which you enter them. There is no way to change that order other than re-entering them in the desired order.

Have you turned on MMS Messaging in Settings?
See Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging and turn this ON.

The phone number used when my MSDN account was established is no long a valid (non-working) number. I want to start using the MSDN Azure benefit but to activate it requires it to send you a text or get a call at the phone number on you account. I've
search all over my profile and can change my email address, time zone, country, language, yada, yada, yada, but nowhere have I found a way to change the phone number.

You did NOT erase all content in the phone if the previous owner's phone number is still associated with iMessage. Erasing all content will put the phone in an as new state, requiring activation, which you can NOT do without a SIM card. If the original owner did not remove their iCloud account and they had find my iPhone turned on, you would not be able to activate it at all without the credentials for the original owners iCloud account.

Have you tried applying the update by going to Help>Updates within Photoshop Lightroom? The update should be using the same licensing? Did you perhaps customize the installation location? Finally which operating system are you using?
