We need to copy the Standard smart form and its' driver program in 'Z' types repectively.
But inorder to trigger our Zmsartform for a given applicaiton or Tcode then we need to configure it in the NACE.

actually there are only a few steps to do:
Just call transaction SCOT and doubleclick your SMTP node. Click on the "set"-Button behind the supported address type "internet". Choose "PDF" as output format for SAPforms.
By the way. You can also generate a PDF-File from a Spool with report RSTXPDFT4.

Nagaraju,
Standard scripts cant be modified.
Only thing is you need to copy it to z-form and have to do modifications as per ur requirements.
Here is the procedure to copy standard form to z-form.
goto SE71 t-code, then select the menu path : Utilities -> Copy from Client
then it will take to another screen, give the form name as Standard form name, if u r copying a stadard invoice means, type RVINVOICE01 and target form, ZRVINVOICE01. Now press execute button, it will copy the form into 25 languages. Now come back to se71, enter Z-form name and do the required changes.

The system asks for access key only of two reasons:
1) You may be having problem of access rights. You would have to contact basis peopl.
2) You may try to name an object not complying with the rules. You may have to check with the same.

In your Inbox, click on 'Registration', then on 'Register Objects', then you will have to choose your installation and give details about your object.
The details you can get by going to your object and clicking on 'Change' - the pop-up screen which asks you for the access key gives you all the details you need to fill in on OSS1 to get your key.

After getting into the site,select quicklinks, then click s to goto SSCR, in
that select registration,
after giving the proper details, u can get the access key

Hi sasidhar,
1. Either standard or Y sapscript layouts,
   we can check their standard programs
   in this manner also.
2. goto se71
   open the layout in DISPLAY mode.
3. FORM------> CHECK -
> TEXTS
4. a small window will come.
    click ok (tick button)
5. Again a new window will come
which will list out all the DRIVER programs,
which use this layout.

I use Java Decompiler (JD) in it works fine for me. Also, I guess you know it already, but just in case, there is a detailed explanation on how to extend standard OAF pages in the OA Framework Developer's guide and how to deploy the changes.

I recomend you read the tutorial on Jars, you can then use the Archive Wizard in JBuilder ( File -> New -> Archive ) to create a JAR file.

1.Can we modify a Std Smartform.It is allowing us to change the logo and all the windows too.If so let me know the logic behind it as I was in a thought that whatever it may be we can't modify any sap standard unless we have a Access Key.
2.I have two clients 100 and 300 in the same server.100 is client and 300 is testing.I am working this kind of set up for the first time.I mean in the earlier we used to have different servers for different clients.What is the point in having two clients in the same server.

Hi,
It is always better to copy the Std samrtform/Script and to modify them as per the client requirements.
Don't forget to attach the modified form in the NACE transaction in the place of the Std form to the driver program and output type.
Generally during the implementation time, we create multiple clients for the different environments. One for workbench related work, one for customizing and other for with good quality testing etc.
Smartforms are client dependent and if you create form in one client it is not available in other client of the same box( i.e the devlopment),
so you have to explicitely copy the forms to other clients.

Why you want to copy badi when you can implement one.
you can modify "HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_D1 "
i.e you can change attributes like: filter value, multiple use , filter dependence etc.
and yes it allows you to make a Zcopy.
go to se 18 enter HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_D1
and select copy option it will allow you.

1. In transaction NACE select application and then select click on the output button on the application toolbar.

2. Select you output type which you will be using and click procesing routine.
3. Enter your smartform name in smartform textbox.
4. Enter thr program name in the program text box. This is the program through which you are calling your samrtform funtion module.
5. finally in the form routine enter the routine from where the processing will start in program mentioned above.

Hello,
as Brian already mentioned, theres no simple answer to that, but copying the whole application seems not to be a useful solution.
I'm trying to give you some hint/ideass (no ready build solution). Doing it that way will work without modifaction. But you stille have to be ware of changes in the superclasses.
In the customizing for the PC UI you can change the involved classes, structures and so on.
If you want to insert a new field on a screen, you can copy the original structure for the field group and make an append.
You can then change the structure for the Business Object (for a specific event and view) in "Define Application Layout". Don not forget to enter change mode and import the table entries!
e.g.
Original Fieldgroup: ACT_ADVANCED_SEARCH_F4
Bus.-Obj.: CRMD_BUS2000126_F4
Event: Init
Position: Search Area
Do not forget to rerender the layout structure afterwards (Customizing - Fieldgroup - Layout generation)
For bringing in a new class try the following.
Take the existing class as the superclass for your new one... Let's say ZCL_CRM_BSP_AM_HEADFM_1O will derive from CL_CRM_BSP_AM_HEADFM_1O.
Redefine the needed methods.
Last step is to replace the "pointer" to the new class.
Go to Customizing - Application set, Choose the Business Object and go to Model Access. Here you can enter your ZClass.
Voila.

Can't you just add the fields with the layout option in the tcode ?? with other words are all the fields selected in that particular layout the programm comes up with
if the fields can't be selected a quick sollution can be to make a query with SQ01
