How to modify default Space Around Component in NetBeans 6.0?

Hi,
Does anybody know how to modify the default Space Around Component in NetBeans 6.0? I use Panel and either they stick completely to the border or stand too far. I can't find any options to modify this in NetBeans 6.0. I have tried using the 'Space Around Component...' functionality, but as soon as I move an element, NetBeans automatically replaces the values I have entered with default values I am not interested in.
Does anyone have the solution?

I think you just have to move the component holding the alt key... that way you can put the components wherever you want to..... it was alt, or shift, or another special key, try it... i don�t remember right now

How to modify default.aspx in sharepoint 2007

I am new in the SharePoint and I am working in a project has two English and French websites.
I have a subside in both English and French websites are using a calendar web part.
But, as the theme used in the English site is different to the French one, the Calendars colors are different.
I got the default.aspx pages are using different style sheet files in the header so my assumption is that I can change the link of style sheets in the default.aspx French site to be the same as English one and then the calendar's color would be the same too.
(It should be mentioned I compared both of calendar.css files are the same but core.css files are different)
However, I don't know how can I get the default.aspx page to edit or which permission do I need to have or SharePoint designer must be installed in my machine or any extensions in the web server?
Also, I tried to edit the masterpage in the sharepoint designer but it gives me below error:

Default.aspx is stored in the "root" of each site. Can you advise if you want to change the styling and colours or just the content.
If it's content you want to change, edit rights and the Site Actions --> Edit Page will be sufficient. You'll see slightly different things depending on if you're in a publishing site or not but it's easy enough to add copy from here.
If you want to make changes specifically for one page, you can consider copying the masterpage, giving it a relevant name and then setting that as the master page for the site level (not the site collection level).

I m unable to find that file (menudef.mmb) on my hard disk. I m using form 6i, there is no such file available for modification on my PC.
Although when i use form45, there is menudef.mmb available in its folder, but no such file in forms 6i.

Page layout: How to remove free spaces around an iview?

Hi,
I have created a page layout template into the EP 6.0 and I want to remove each free space in the top, bottom, right and left, around from the area of an iview.
It's look like an edge.
I think this space is pattern of each iview, they have approximately 5 pixels from de principal area (content) of iview.
Someone can help me?

Hi,
I think you have to set the 'Add Padding inside Tray' to <i>no</i> in the Properties of your iView.
It's in the <b>Appearance - Tray</b> category of the properties.
You will also find some other interesting Properties such as :
- Show Tray (the frame around the object with the name at the Top)
- Show Object in Tray (the name at the top)
- Tray type (the "look" of the frame around the object : 3 possible values : fill, plain, of transparent)

How to modify cache space for OSB

I have a large proxy service 544kb, when I delete something or add something to this proxy via OSB console or Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse there will be an error ' An unexpected error occurred, Please click Cancel and start over again.'.
This is because namespace for an 'assign' node changed and OSB can not find the element under original namespace.
After I correct the namespace, the problem seems be resolved.
But for the next time, while editing something this error occurs again.
I doubt that, it is because the file size is larger than the default compile memory size.
Because another proxy service 485kb, does not have this problem.
Do you know where to enlarge the default compile memory size?
Any other suggestion is also appreciated.

I am using OSB 11g.
I've resolved the problem.
I have a common logging frame work, in order to save time, I just copy and paste the codes for logging.
Seems the copy & paste in large(more than 512k) proxy service file caused the namespace problem.
I just deleted the logging codes and manually added logging codes one by one, it works.
But I still don't know the root cause for this problem, cache for compiling is smaller than 512k or other?

First explain, I am a Chinese Windows user, my English fighting is only 5（very poor）.Then I will try to use some simple English to tell you my problem.
I use the method used in windows8 to modify default installation path of WindowsApps,but defeated.
Why I want to modify default installation path of WindowsApps?
Because when I installed software that is suitable for the traditional model, my C disc had only 10GB space.
I think Win8.1 is perfect.And I like the traditional mode and Metro interface.(I heard Win9 can’t use two modes at the same time,but I think simultaneous use of two modes the operation is very nice.)
The method used in windows8:
First,Enter WinPE,create a file that is the mirror image of WindowsApps in D disc.
Then,Enter Win8.1,make User get thechanges to the “Appx” folder under theregistry.
Last,Amended registry master key of “packageRoot”as “D:/WindowsApps”
This operation can be completed in Win8,but default in Win8.1.
So,could you tell me how to modify default installation path of WindowsApps?
If it’s impossible ,I hope Microsoft team could solve it.

In my opinion it's a bad idea to change this, as most software is set to install on drive C: and not all of it may be using the proper CSIDL system calls to get the locations.
You can be sure the majority of testing is done with applications installing in the system default location on C:.
A much better idea is to save a few Yuan and buy a much larger SSD for the system drive, then use the default drive C: locations for the operating system and installed programs.

How to manage the space between a table and its title?

Have tables where titles are very close to the main text and need a couple of points to separate these elements. How to reshape this space?
1. Titles were separated by a return that is not visible... (any code is revealed by ID)
2. When a Return is inserted after the title, nothing happens aparently, but this return is now visible and could be used as a «paragraph space after» value:
3. A solution could be Grep to catch the end of paragraph assigned to titles to insert a return;
but Grep only catches the right border of the table (the yellow mark shows the big blinking cursor);
Grep cannot see the end of paragraph in the tables's title.

I think you and Bob are not in synch here.
Bob suggested that you could use paragraph spacing, but for that to work you do need to use separate paragraphs for the title and table, which you don't seem to be doing. Using GREP to find the end of the paragraph only works if there IS and end to the paragraph. As far as I know there is now meta-character to use in Find/Change that would allow you to find a table and insert a paragraph break ahead of it, but I bet it could be scripted.
I'm not quite sure what you were trying to find in the GREP you posted. Did you actually have a paragraph return inserted already after the title? In that case you only need to redefine the style for that paragraph to add the space (or redefine the style for the paragraph that holds the table itself). You don't need the GREP. But the reason it does nothing is that you've found a location -- the end of the paragraph, but haven't found any actual text to modify. To do anything you would need to use something like .$
But back to NOT having a separate paragraph... If you put the cursor in any table cell and go to Table Options > Table Setup tab you'll see fields to set space before and after the table that should do what you want. That was the second part of what he posted.

HOW TO override/modify default PTG homepage?

I want to know how to override default portal to go homepage. I've create my wireless app that is already well deployed in a container and already working in PTG. I want to know how to modify the default ptg home. I've removed all apps from ptg to the guests users and just give access to guest to my application. I need a simple default homepage and i need to remove the SETUP link that is always displayed in /PTG/RM page. Also, can anyone tell me how to create a simple url to access my wireless portal?
for instance i have to write : portal.myorg.pt/ptg/rm and i would like to just hae to write : wire.morg.pt
How can i achieve this?

I'm using a beta of 10G at the moment. What I did is change the oracle logo (logo.gif) with our own company's logo (http://host:port/ptg/images/logo.gif) (also the wbmp and png file) .
If you can get access to the webtool http://host:port/webtool/login.uix you can click on the system tab and look for
System > Wireless Server: Administration > Device (look at component configuration).
From here you can enable/disable standard interface options

How to modify a pod in dashboard component?

I am new to flex and programming in general. So please do forgive me if I do not express my query clearly or with the right info.
I am trying to build an application to show case photographs and one of the components I am using is the Dashboard built by WASI and can be seen here. It has several pods but I would like to have one of the pods load up with my own default position, width and height yet still retain the characteristics of minimizing, maximizing & drag and drop. Other than through the pods.xml file, I do not know how to modify (or which other file I should modify for that matter) so that when the application loads, it always starts with the particular pod at my desired height (top to bottom), width (about 1/4 of screen real estate) and position (left side of the screen)

b) bind the filename property with attribute 'FILENAME'
3. Create a button 'UPLOAD'
a) create the action method for this button and save the contents of file in database

In Personal Data DC of ESS in NW2004s, I have created my own VACs and have changed Configuration component's "loadConfiguration" method to add this newly created VAC to an existing perspective.
Any changes done in the method "loadConfiguration" are not getting reflected. even if i throw an exception it has no effect.
When i see the application proprties,CcPerPersonal is not specified as com.sap.xss.hr.per.de.personal.cc.CcPerPersonalDE as it used to be in NW2004.
how WD Framework recognizes which configuration component to refer to?

The generic Cc loads the appropriate configurations. In this case , the configuration is done using Self service administrator. To make these changes to be reflected , please use your local Cc in application properties.. as we do in ERP 2004. both in componentDC and componentName
