Are there external storage devices (or can you just rely on iTunes Match) to move music you've bought from iTunes off my iPad so that it will stop hogging all the space on my iPad's hard drive? Please, I'm desparate and don't want to delete any of my music.

You don't need iTunes Match if you have a computer running iTunes. Simply transfer the music into iTunes and then delete it from the device. Or you can just delete it from the device and then download it again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the music with. The only caveat with this delete and down pload method is that the music must still be available in the iTunes Store in order for you to download it again. When you transfer the music into iTunes on your computer, if isn't available in the store any longer, you still have access to it via a sync with iTunes.

Thank you for the question. You can remove all the music stored on your iPad mini from the Usage section in Settings:
View usage on iOS
Tap Settings > General > Usage to view the amount of space each app and its content takes on your device.
Tap an app for more detailed information about its usage.
Depending on the app, you may also be able to delete some of the app's content, or delete the app and its content.
After you have tapped on Music in the Usage section, swipe from right to left over “All Music” to get the option to tap Delete. This will remove all the music stored on your iPad mini.

Rudegar, a new, out of the box iPad only has about 13+ GB free space, so you can't install 16 ea 1GB movies. Plus if you use all the available space, you won't be able to install any apps, music or pics.

Otherwise copying the files to a thumb drive or DVD then taking the thumb drive or DVD to the other computer is probably easiest. Photos that were synced from your computer can't be deleted directly on the iPad - they are deleted by moving them from where they were synced from on your computer and then re-syncing, and they should then be removed from the iPad.

If the printer supports AirPrint then you should be able to print to it if the iPad and printer are connected to the same wifi network - the printers that support AirPrint, and a bit of info about it, is on this page.

Doesn't really make any difference. If the user has access to the files where they are, then you can just add them to iTunes. If not, you can copy them to that user or give him access.
Simplest way is to just put all the files in one location on the computer where everybody will have access to them. Saves space and such. Then change each user's iTunes "Library Location" so that when they rip CD's, the music is put in that single location.
Every user has his own "library", but the library is more like a link to the files, not the files themselves. Follow me?
