How to name the OCP certificate?

HI,
I passed all the four tests for OCP Developer. I am wondering what I should put on my resume since I haven't got the certificate yet. Can I say like "OCP on Internet Application Developer track"? Can somebody tell me the official way to name it? Thanks.

So i said
PARAMETERS: p_cncldc AS CHECKBOX.
everythibng is fine and I get the check box on the selection screen. when i execute the report i get the name of check box as p_cncldc. but i want the name of the check box as "Want Free Gift".
How to name the check box as "Want Free Gift".
if i am saying
PARAMTERS: Want Free Gift AS CHECKBOX. it says a syntax error saying it canot be more that 8 chars.
Some one please help. I am new to Check boxes

How to script the add certificate exception in Firefox 32.0.2 ?

I meet some issues with the Firefox certificates management. Here is my context:
- Firefox v32.0.2 on Windows 7 32 bits
- a self-signed certificate created with OpenSSL 32 bits
- Firefox and self-signed certificate have been deployed on 11000 workstations with some automated process (scripts).
The self-signed certificate is used to securize data flows with https protocol between two WebServices and different applications. There is no security problem with Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome.
I have already deployed and installed the self-signed certificate with an Microsoft Active Directory GPO (there is an addon GPO for FireFox) and it is OK
Issue:
When the application WebService calls Firefox, a message indicates to the users that the connection can't be certified and ask them to add an exception.
the WS URL is appeared and the users must click on "Confirm security exception" (the checkbox "Conserv this exception permanently" must be checked)
It is a bit "dangerous" to let the users with these different choices and this is not very friendly.
So, I want to create a script which automates all these manipulations and deploy this script with a GPO.
Is it possible ? How can I script this certificate exception and the different choices?

How to get the ssl-certificate trusted on lion-server

I'm in the process of setting up lion server to create a small (international) research group collaborating on a project.
So I want to use the server to exchange data, use a common calendar, address-book etc.
To do so you need to get a SSL-certiifcate (unless you do everything on VPN).
So I selected the server in server.app (Hardware) and selected SSL certificate edit
created a certificate signing request that I exported and saved on my computer
I received a ssl.crt that I also saved and dragged into the window and replace the original certificate with the signed one
and also imported the certificate in to the keychain
All following the steps described in:
Managing iOS deviceswith OS X Lion Server by Arek Dryer
the book describes that the certiifcate should now be trusted and valid. However, I keep the message "This certificate was signed by an unkown authority"
So I somehow did something wrong.
Any suggestions what I should do?

I was able to check on the status of the certificate:
The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. The fastest way to fix this problem is to contact your SSL provider.
since it is a non-commercial server I used a 'free?' SSL-certificate provider that will charge you when you contact them, so you have to figure it out by yourselve
I guess I would be helped if there is a step by step manual how to install a root certificate

I believe there is script that you could use to address this issue on multiple devices at once.
Please open a TAC case so that TAC Engineer would assist with this.

Thank you. That's what I've always done and had before last week when I was trying to solve a problem and kept running across instructions that had me breaking down and going the certificate way. In the end, the solution didn't even work which
was very frustrating. But I didn't use any EXE, like the one described in that article.
I'm not a developer though we're always sent here from the user forum when we have vb questions. In the ngs we always received help even though we weren't developers but just power users.
I just need to get back the state I had before I followed the instructions for certificates. I didn't use any executable but couldn't for the life of me describe what I did. I followed an MVPs directions and the macros worked fine, just like
they had for years before without signing the macros, so I left it be. The macro didn't do what I needed but, hey, fine. Then I went a couple weeks after and edited one of my very own macros in the vbe and whammo, now I can't use any of them.
And I don't know what to search for the reverse the steps as I obviously am not knowledgeable enough to figure how to backtrack out of this whole thing. All I'm left with is nil resolution to the problem I was trying to fix while not having the functionality
I had achieved a few months back with new macros that worked like a dream.
Can anyone direct me on how to get back to unsigned macros, please, without having to require certificates?

Download the settings file from the Azure portal to get your subscription ID and Management Certificate key.
After you have downloaded the file, open the file with Notepad.
You will find everything there - except the storage Account Name:

How to load the ssl certificate to oracle wallet

I have oracle 10.2.0.3 on Unix.
I have a oracle wallet created. I need to load ssl certificate to the oracle wallet. I have CA certificate and server related certificate. In owm interface, there is Certificate:(Empty) and Trusted Certificates. Does anybody know where my certificate should go, Certification:(Empty) or Tryusted Certificates? By the way my certificate is from Verisign.

Thanks. I have added my LDAP certificate to Oracle wallet.
Now my doubt is :
Before adding this cert to my wallet , i have tried to connect my application through SSL , am able to connect it.
I have used DBMS_LDAP.open_SSL function for conencting.
Before adding the new cert my wallet conatins :

cwallet.sso
GeoTrust.cer
Equifaxb64.cer
After adding the new cert also i am able to conenct through ssl my concern is , how we can figure out whether the ldap package checking my cert or not?
How DBMS_LDAP.open_SSL works?

Hello to everyone, I am Karthick from India, currently I am working as a System Engineer in a esteemed institution. So far we have only workgroup network setup now we are planning to migrate our workgroup to domain network. So we planned to install
Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit server on Wipro Netpower Z1531 server and we have totally 150 systems in our premises and also a broadband connection with 512 kbps download speed and 144 kbps upload speed.
My questions starts here,
1.) what should be my FQDN name for my first domain controller? Our server will be connected to internet for downloading the updates only, so what settings I have to configure?
2.) We don't want other clients communicate with our server i.e. outside of our premises via router or any other.
3.) If suppose in future if we want to access our server from outside either from different town or different country what should I do for that access

FQDN name for my first domain controller
- FQDN is (by default) is your server name + FQDN of the Domain name
Domain Name - you can select whatever you want. It is an internal name. However, you can also, configure to match with your external domain name. Do you some search of
Split DNS structure.
My recommendation is to review the IPD guide for AD. You should be able to get all information.

How to replace the hardwired certificate in the DocSign example

Hi,
I am trying to replace the hardwired John Doe certificate in the DocSign example with my own. I have created my own certificate (pfx file); when I use this certificate instead of the hardwired one I receive an error. Obviously I am not doing it right...
Should I hash the document, encrypt it with the private key, BER encode it and put that result into the hardwired variable?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't believe that you can 'delete' the certificate per se. Which cert are you referring to? The one that comes up when you browse to the webpage of the WLC, the eap device cert, or the webauth cert?
config certificate generate webadmin
config certificate generate webauth
will tell the WLC to generate it's own certificate for the webadmin, and webauth.
I'm not sure that the webadmin will clear the eapdevcert or not
