I need to create so many pages within website the site is graphic based
need scroll effect to the pages not for the section is it possible

i need exact effects horizontal and vertical for diccrent pages , i can obtain wih scrollmotion
but problem is that when i switch from one page to another it not provide that easing motion effect

Visually, you can do just about everything in Muse that was done on that website by using anchors and scrolling effects on the objects. However, you would effectively have a huge, single page web site layout. From skimming the source code on the first page I think the people behind that web site used some special JQuery scripts & plug-ins to make all the "sub pages" transition into view as scrolling items in their own DIV containers rather cause a complete page re-load. I suppose they chose this method to improve search engine optimization since it's probably better to have multiple pages with different tags and metadata than just one single page.

How can I scroll one full page at a time using the mouse wheel?

I've had this problem for 3 years now. When I nudge my scroll wheel (IntelliMouse Optical) one notch forward or back, Safari moves 1/4 of a page up or down. How can I get one nudge of the scroll wheel to move one full page up or down? Firefox has an add-on, SmoothWheel, that can be set to a full page. Are there any options for doing this in Safari, without having to go to the keyboard? I tried Smart Wheel, no setting for that.

p.s. Please don't tell me to get another mouse, I've tried dozens of them and the old IntelliMouse Optical is the best one for me. (I'm also stuck on an ancient Apple M2980 keyboard. I love those old keyboards.)

I can't use the keyboard to scroll. I need to keep my hand on the mouse, otherwise I'd never get anything done. Since I have no problem getting Firefox to scroll one page at a time, and I'm constantly jumping between 3 browsers, it would be nice to be able to scroll a full page at a time in Safari, just like I can in Firefox. How to set selecting a page to whole page instead of sections?

Hello all and thanks in advance for the help.
I have users that are on acrobt 9 and we have to print to image our documents so they can not be modified and we submit them. I have 5 users that use this feature and the new users that print to pdf (with print to image selected) their documents, once they are opened, and you click on the page it selects sections of the page instead of the whole page.
I would like for once they are printed to pdf with print to image selected, and you open the document and click on the page for the whole page to be highlighted in blue when I click on any part of the page. The new users have the page divided up into 8 sections.

Unfortunatelyly this image splitting seems to be something WORD 2007 and 2010 do to information sent to the Adobe PDF printer. I have no idea why, but it seems to be what is happening. This has been an issue ever since the new versions of WORD were released. The result does not occur with WORD 2003. Unfortunately this does not provide you with a solution, but may explain your problem to some extent. As far as I can tell, it is a quirk of MS Office. It is interesting that when you use the PDF addon from MS, the graphics are fine. However, the plugin may not be able to obtain a graphic PDF as you want.
An alternative (not normally recommended) is to print the PDF you have to another PDF with the print as graphic selected. That one may give you full page graphics like you want. Unfortunately this is an extra step.

An alternative method which I prefer is to use a normal lower thirds title and give it an outline of around 3 or 4 pixels in the Inspector.
I find that this is quick and easy to do (if you have made a custom one) and shows up well against almost any type of background.

The latest Microsoft Intellipoint software (for mac) that comes with the mouse seems to have messed up my scrolling in Safari and Navigator.
I've tried USB Overdrive, playing with settings in system preferences, etc, nothing helps. In Intellipoint I created a Safari preference and set it to scroll one full page, but it doesn't.
Any ideas? thanks

Ok, so I'm attempting to do this...I've created a mysite.businesscatalyst.com brand new site from a blank template (for the record, it is a webmarketing account). What I want to do, is simply add a blog to my existing site www.thegadgetguy.ca but because it's the one included with the Muse subscription, I have now learned it cannot be upgraded to the webmarketing version which has blog capabilities.
So...
Now that I have Muse open with this new blank website, what on earth do I do with it? Do I have to re-create a page in the style of my existing website (www.thegadgetguy.ca) - and if so, can I simply copy and paste a page style - and then when I publish it, publish it to the gadgetguy Muse site?
How exactly does this work? It's not by any stretch of the imagination a user friendly or easily identified process.

How to implement animation effection when page opening?

I have seen some Flash page, when you open it, at first, it
shows an animation first, and then show up the real page.
I would like do my Flex page like this. When open the page,
it shows the big company logo, and it is going to shrink and move
to left corner (where is the location of logo display on real
page), and in same time, the real page come out. Or, the real page
already in there, the big logo on top of it, and it shrink to small
and move the logo location.
I know Flex have some effection, but I don’t know which
one I can use. And I don’t know how can I make it work when
the page opening. Or, I need use a swf file show the animation, and
bind the swf file on the flex code?

Try the download on the following link. The download itself is for the 4620, but for the exact same issue. Based on the file name of the download it doesnt look like it is specific to that model of printer, so its worth a shot.

Section starts are a page property.
If you don't want the text to misalign when you edit, break your text into individual stories for each section. Editing will then cause either an overset at the end of the section/story (in which case you can add a page or pages, or it will shrink away from the end of the last page leaving blank space. In Either case, your section starts will remain on the page where they are supposed to be.

What instructions? It sounds like you have got the wrong ones and are trying to delete a page in the Thumbnails, which will delete th entire section.
If you have a blank page in a Word Processing template, it is because there is some text on it, even a return, tab, space or page break:
Menu > View > Show Invisibles > backspace over whatever it is to get rid of it

How do I stop links on pages from being highlighed with color? Doesn't happen with Explorer - just Firefox. It is annoying

When I open web pages using Firefox, all of the outbound links
on the page are have a colored shading around them. Not only
is it annoying, sometime it's the same color as the link text which

If the background of links is red then that is probably caused by an extension like SEO or SearchStatus that has the option set to highlight noFollow links.
You can check the options of such an extension.
You can click the icon on the Status bar to open the SearchStatus options and un-tick "Highlight NoFollow Links"<br />

How can I re-order the pages in my document with having to cut and paste everything?

Hello, I have a larger sized document and I need to reorder the sections of my document. However there are many images so cut-paste seems to screw up my formatting since pages like to move text around automatically but not images (like if I hit backspace until the text goes back to the previous page, the images will stay on the same page without moving back).
On the previous version of pages (pages' 09 I believe) I could simply click and drag the page thumbnails around. However I cannot seem to be able to do this in Pages'13... Am I missing something here?

Pages '09 offered two types of documents.
Word processing documents included a text layer, and consisted of sections made up of multiple pages. If no section breaks were inserted, a fifty page document could consist of a single section. Text could be placed directly into the text layer, and Objects could be placed on the page as Floating Objects, independent of the text, and able to make text flow around themselves, or could be placed as Inline Objects, inserted into the line of text running from beginning to end of the document, and moving with the text as it was edited.
In a Page Layout document, each page was a single section. There was no text layer, so only objects could be placed on the page. Any text had to be contained in a Text box or in a Shape. Unless grouped, each object was independent of the others.
Changing your images from Floating to Inline objects may be the key to your document rearranging issues. They can be changed back to Floating after being moved to theor new locations.
