How to Open d00 and i00 files of Jinitiator for forms 6

We are having a problem locating the forms60all.jar on the client machine from the jcache. We suspect it is somehow wrapped into these d00 and i00 files.
Can anyone help us open these files?

Indeed, I can even rename .kar (Karaoke) files to .mid, import them into GarageBand for MacOS X and see the lyrics along with the score. Using File Sharing for iOS apps in iTunes.app, I have tried to import .mid and .band files (made from .mid files with GarageBand for MacOS X) using this mechanism. I get no errors but it doesn't seem to work. That is, neither the .band file nor the .mid file are accessible from within GarageBand for iOS as far as I can tell. What should I be doing instead?

As I understand it GarageBand for iOS .band projects can be imported to GarageBand for OS X, but the reverse isn't true. GarageBand for iOS does not import midi files.
The File Sharing section of iTunes doesn't validate the files you put into it, but if the app doesn't like the structure of the file it will just ignore it.

Special > Hypertext > Command "open document" will do its best to open the target document inside FrameMaker, which may not be much help; Special > Hypertext > Command "message …" will use the application you specify. The user guide for 7.0 says this about absolute links, and I don't think anything has changed since:
For example, to start PaintBrush and open the Ship.pcx file on drive C you would use the command message system pbrush.exe C:/Ship.pcx

I don't know if this will help but I had a similar problem that started yesterday. I have two macs. Once can't open MS Office files from the other Mac but can open Office files on each Mac. Drove me nuts for about 2 hours today - on the phone with Apple twice and Microsoft once. Finally found a similar post from 2007 that suggested to turn off and on file sharing by unchecking the "Share files and folders using AFP", on both computers and rebooting. That fixed it.
Funny thing, it was only with Office files I created since updating the software last week. Old Office files opened fine.

Firefox4 always cannot remember how to open these types of file

When I download certain types of file, for example, .rar file, firefox4 always cannot remember how to open these types of file next time. The check box “automatically use the same method to handle the file” in the download popup window looks grey and cannot be checked. Also, these types never appear in the list of option-application. I check previously installed firefox 3.6, these types are all called (application/***). What’s more, when I want to turn off computer, as long as firefox 4 is opened, it will lose response and prevent Windows from turning off. Whatever I do, reinstalling firefox, deleting profile and even reinstall Windows, I cannot get rid of those issues. I think these are bugs of firefox4. I hope they will be fixed as soon as possible.

This was so annoying!! It took me a good couple of hours but i figured it out, you need to do the following: Go to the folder where you saved the download (in my case i saved it in My Downloads) -> click on 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 12' -> click on 'PSE 12' -> click on 'Setup' (select the icon which is a box with a shield) -> follow instructions and....voila! You will need to restart when it suggests so save anything else first, then when it reboots you should see the icon on your desktop....hpe this helps!
