How to open km document in same window

Hello all,
When working with KM Navigation iView such as AdminExplorer, I need to open a document in the same window or IFrame. I can't seem to find a way of doing so. The document always pop-ups.
Can anybody help?

for that i have written following code in process request of the controller:

Instead of giving the link in Process form request, give the link directly in Destination URI property of the button and in target property write _blank.
Note : use normal button not submit button

Acrobat 9 Pro: Open all documents in same window - don't want!!

In Acrobat 7 there was a setting under
Edit/Preferences/Documents that said "Show each document in its own window"
I had this unchecked.
I can't find this setting in 9, there is no such option (at least what I can find). I don't want all documents in separate windows, I want them in the same window! How do I fix that??

But that's just plain stupid! I don't want 20 windows open when I drag 20 files into Acrobat for printing. I just want one.
I wonder why they have done it like this.
There are a lot of things missing from Acrobat 7 that I wish they hadn't removed. I thought upgrades was supposed to make a program better, not worse! Now I have to find work-arounds for a lot of things that was easy before and now doesn't work at all or works but takes a lot of time to do.

How to open BSP in the same window of WD?

Hi,
I have a WD that I would like to link to a BSP.
I added a link and put the relative path to the BSP.
Once I click on that link, the BSP is opened in a new window.
I want the BSP to open in the same window, replacing the WD.
I tried putting in the TARGET of the link: '_self', frame name and more but it does not work.
(BTW, I am trying to call SRMSUS BSP).
Any ideas?

How to open search results in same window in Firefox 22 Always did before last update

Before the last update I would do a search on let say google and when I found what I wanted and clicked on it the window would switch to the result in that window, now it opens a new window. Another issue is I noticed when I have gmail open in a window and open another window that result comes up then switches back to the original window that was open last and the new window stays minimized on the bottom taskbar and I have to go back to open it again. How to open links in the same window, without changing preferences?

What I want to know is if there's a way to force a click on a link to open in the current window just one time, if the page was using target=_blank or other methods to open a new tab/window.
The context menu doesn't have an option for that, was hoping for a modifier key option or something, or perhaps a plugin that would add such an option.
I know there's an advanced pref to change the behaviour of clicking on links to control new tabs, windows, etc. I don't want to change the default, I just for certain links want to prevent the new tab on a one-up basis.
(currently on Firefox 30 for Mac)

Firefox actually doesn't have any built-in preference for overriding the target attribute. If you are on a site where you know the link is coded to open in a new tab, currently, the best workarounds are:
* drag and drop the link on the address bar
* right-click > Copy Link Location and then paste in the address bar
Neither is convenient...
You might be able to find an add-on for this. For example, Tab Mix Plus, Tab Utilities, and other multi-functional tab-related extensions might have an option to force links into the same tab. In a brief search, I saw one called TargetKiller that is more focused on this but recent reviews mention conflicts with other extensions. If this is a frequent pain point, you could search further on the add-ons site.

There are a couple ways you can do this, here's one:
1. On the Windows 8 Start screen, move your mouse to the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Right-click in the corner, and a menu should appear. Click File Explorer.
3. The Computer window appears on the Windows desktop. Click the file location from the navigation panel on the left. (Example: If the file you're looking for is in the Documents folder, click Documents, and browse to the desired file.)

Does anyone know how to open pages document with windows vista? i saved it onto a usb stick but when i tried to open it on the computers in my university which support windows vista, it didnt reconise the file and opened with a page of question marks!!!! Im panicking now!!!!!

You cannot open it on Windows Vista. The only application in the world that opens a Pages document is Pages, and it is Mac OS X only.
Your options:
1. Find a Mac with Pages installed, and save the document as doc or pdf, which you can open on Vista.
or, if that is impossible,
2. Open the files in a texteditor like Notepad.exe on Windows and try to piece text fragments together to get at least part of your original text back. The images should also be available somewhere, even though all formatting is gone.

Opening PDF Document in New Window

I have requirement to open pdf document in new window. I'm using Travel Expense form. I'm using the FM PTRM_WEB_FORM_PDF_GET. When I give 'X' to i_display_form, it displays the pdf document in same session or window. But I would like to open the pdf file in new window.
The FM gives me pdf data of type RAWSTRING. Is there any FM or class where I can pass this data and open it in New Window.
Can anyone please suggest on this.

hi,
i recently updated my iPad to ios8. and when it asked me to install iCloud drive i said yes.
Now when i open pages on my iPad, there are no documents.
when i go to iCloud.com on my mac i can see those documents, so they still exist.
how can i open my 'iCloud' documents on pages on my iPad?
most forums say i need to install the beta version of os yosemite, whom installation is not working those days.
the only thing i can do was to open a document on iCloud.com on my mac and send it to me via email. from my iPad i could read that email and open the document in pages. But this work only with small documents, a document bigger than 20 Mo, cannot be sent via email ( i'm using gmail)
please help me, i really need those documents, i'm working with them.

Opening .pdfs in the same window/tab.

I look at a lot of .pdfs (Journal Articles) in my browse. Generally, I only download a fraction of the ones I look at. Recently, Firefox has stopped opening .pdfs in the same window/tab. Instead, it prompts me to download every .pdf I want to look at. I then have to save them, open them on my desktop, look at them, and then delete the ones I do not want to keep. Does anyone know how to get Firefox 10.0.2 to start opening .pdfs in the same window/tab again?

Opening URL in the same window

I have a webdynpro Java Application which is opened on the click of the iview which is created for it.....now i want to specify a URL for it which should open it in the same window.....rather than an external window.....how can i achieve the same...? how can i specify the URL in the Default Plug (event handler) of the Interface View Controller.....so that it opens up...

Open Web Dynpro in same window

Hello Everyone!
We've got a really really big problem.
We use in our KM a Web Dynpro. In the Image Map we want to call this Web Dynpro and open it in the same window. But at the moment we are just able to open the Dynpro in another window.
Is there a possibility to open it in the same window?
