How to open (parameterize) one dashboard out of another? (using BICS)

Hi there!
I've got two dashboards and I want to open one out of the other using a button or something like this...
Each dashboard includes a bw-query using 0CALMONTH (variable: input ready, optional, single value) as a characteristic.
I want to pass 0CALMONTH value just as i do using the report-report-interface in bw...
Has anybody an idea how to do it in xcelsius?
Using Flash variable and SWF-Loader?

Niel is correct, so if remote access is a possibility, you can use that.
However, the reason people usually ask your question is that the computer in question is inoperable or has been discarded. If that is where you are, then you cannot deauthorize.
When you reach 5 authorized computers, you can use the "Deauthorize All" command, and then just reauthorize the ones you want.

When you install it on the third computer or for the third time & when you to activate it, if it installed & activated already twice, there will be an option of deactivating it from the previous computers, please click on that.
Next it will allow you to activate on your new machine,
Now you can go back to your first computer, log out & log back in of Desktopp CC App, launch any product, if there is any product to buy, in that prompt there will be an option to " license the software", please click on that & sign in.
It will reactivate the CC on the first machine.
You have already deactivated it from one machine, hence you can activate it on third computer.

Sounds like a problem for forums/support from the DB provider, as this problem is normally solved through some form of HA provided by the DB (or some cluster software, but still not Java) with, normally, a shared (virtual) IP address.

How can I get one song out of an entire concert w/o losing the entire show

I have edited an entire concert, 2 hours, and have uploaded it to Youtube but I also want to get one song out that to give to the band for promotional use. How can I get that one song out of the entire show and still keep the entire show intact?
If I cut the song out and delete the rest of the show, I would have the song that i want but then how do I get back to having the entire show back on the timeline as I want to make it into a BluRay too.

Thanks Steve.. just so i am understanding correctly, I would save as and save a copy of the entire concert and then i could cut out all but the song i want and edit that song and when it is done i can save it so that later on i can re-render it in High Rez or for YouTube or whatever? and my original concert is still accessible for re-editing or re-rendering?

How can I transfer ONE website out of 11 to my client without deleting my live sites from the internet?

Aparently, in order give ONE website out of my 11 webites to my client
I have to...
1. copy ALL my files (11 live websites)
2. DELETE all but his
3. PROBLEM is, they DELETE from the internet
4. then I have to re-upload all the sites again???
this sounds scary!
....who programs Iweb anyway...(i'm serious, I would love to talk to them)
Is there not a more stable solution to giving one of the sites I have made to my
client WITHOUT having to DELETE ALL my live sites from the internet and then HOPE
that I can upload them all agiain with no problems???

How do I copy a page from one Pages document to another using Pages 5.0?

I posted this question on another page, and haven't recieved an answer to it yet. However I have found a temporary solution, so I am posting this here in case anyone else has a similar problem.
The issue here is that I have just upgraded from Snow Leopard to Maverick (10.9.1), and my Pages also upgraded (to 5.0.1), altering my Pages documents. This is the issue, as as far as I can see the new Pages does not offer some of the basic needs that the old Pages did! In other words it is worse than the previous version.
Using the upgraded new Pages 5.0.1 seems to result in some major editing problems for me. If you upgrade, make sure you KEEP the old version of Pages 09 (v 4.3). That is what has saved me! If you have the same problems I have had - explained below, you will still be able to close the new version and open your Pages document in the old version, provided it is not a new Pages document. If it is, it will be possible to export it as a Pages 09 document and edit properly.
After upgrading to the new Pages 5.0.1, when I open documents in Pages and try and copy a section from one document to another (easy before using the thumbnails) many of the Menu items previously available are visible but appear faded and are not possible, including Insert>Section Break/Page Break/Page Number and Edit>Cut/Copy/Delete/Undo/Redo
This even happens if I duplicate the Pages document and try and do any of these from the Duplicate (which should be an easily editable copy).
My solution has been to simply open all Pages documents that Iwant to edit (or may want to edit in future) in the old Pages app (v 4.3), which I never got rid of. That has meant I can continue editing and copying a section (of 1 or more pages) from one Pages document to another.
If anyone reading this has figured out a way to edit Pages documents using the new version 5.0.1 please post an explanation, and I will try it!

And there are those who don't like me repeating the same message over and over again in this forum!

When the user clicks on the appraisal document name, a seperate window(not full screen) is generated to display the Appraisal docuemnt.
The code is as follows:

Hi Pramod,
This FPM navigation is achieved using settings made in Launchapd Customizing ( LPD_CUST ).
a) Execute Tran LPD_CUST
b) Go to Role HAP - Double Click to open it.
c) Open the second folder on the LHS menu - there you will find 2 entries
d) Click on second entry - in the entry setting you can see that it is configured for WD Application - HAP_MAIN_DOCUMENT
e) Click on button Show Advanced Parameters
f) There you will find a input box named as Window Features - here you can specify window features like
height=700,width=1100,position=center,menu=no,status=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,toolbar=no
save the settings come out and test ur app again.
change the height and width and other features as per ur req.

How do I make one window progress to another in swing

Ive got to design a simple quizgame interface using Swing. Its got to have a player's front-end - gives a selection of questions where the user selects one of five answers, a scoring front-end - displayed after game that allows user to enter their name and a manager's front-end - used to enter questions. The thing is I only have to design the interface. I want to have a front window that leads to the managers front end, scoreboard, and game seperatley. I also want the system to report back when the players got the question wrong or right and then take them to a scoreboard. I dont know how to keep this all seperate from the normal code in the program being written by someone else. I also dont know how to make one window lead to another etc. Please can someone help. does anyone have some code I coulkd adapt for this purpose Im really stuck!!!

Have a look at CardLayout. Rather than adding removing components, you can keep your three screens separate. Basically, you have three JPanels only one of which will be displayed at any one time. If one has textfields and you switch to another and then back, the text in the textfields will still be there.
Here's some snippets from an application of mine:
