How to pass hyperlink

Hi all,
I don't know how to pass a hyperlink content to a email.
Please help.

$email = "[email protected]"; //senders e-mail adress
$recipient = "[email protected]"; //recipient
$mail_body = "The text for the mail..
http://localhost/index.php.";
//mail body
$subject = "Subject for reviever , "; //subject

//optional headerfields
mail($recipient, $subject, $mail_body, $header); //mail
command :)
?>
How to pass a hyperlink of this "
http://localhost/index.php"
in $mail_body?
I am using DW.

You wouldn't want to pass that hyperlink since it points to a
file on YOUR
hard drive.
But in general, you would do this -
$mail_body = 'The text for the mail..<a href="
http://www.example.com.">Go
to
the link</a>'; //mail body
(note the use of single and double quotations)
If you are sending a plain text email, this may or may not
work as a link.
If you are sending an HTML email, it will work as a link.
