How to paste image to jpg?

Hey.
I recive an email included an embeded picture. I use gmail app and i can copy picture to clipboard, but i dont know how to paste the picture to new file and save as jpg. I can paste to new mail im gmail app or origin Apple mail app. I cant paste to pages document. Do You know some app wicth i can use to mąkę new jpg file?

The App already includes the feature. But the image has to be sent as an attachment rather than embedded in the email.

You could always try to open the email through the default mail app. Embedded Pictures in emails can be saved just fine from there.

    Hi Everyone!
    I need to send e-mails with pictures sometimes. Whenever I paste an image, it's pasted as TIFF and not JPEG. Many e-mail clients can't read TIFF images - gmail has a problem with it too.
    I read about a workaround where you attach a script to a filter which would convert every image in outgoing e-mails to jpg, but I really don't have time to play around with scripts.
    I'm thinking about moving to a different e-mail client, but before I dish out the cash - I was wondering whether anyone knew if Leopard's Mail.app solves this problem?

    A way around the google images thing would be to drag and drop the pictures from the browser onto your Desktop and them drag them into your Mail message.
    The problem seems to be that when an image area is copied to the OS X buffer area it must internally use the raw TIFF structure and not record what the original format was. If you stick to using the image files themselves using the method above I think you should be fine. An extra step I agree but hopefully not too painful.

    Just a few days ago when I could paste (cmd V) an item in Photoshop CS5, I would get a pop up -- Paste as pixel, smart object etc. 
    Now I don't get the option. How do I make it appear?  I need to get that option window to popup after pasting.

    Try resetting your Preferences:
    Windows - Hold down CTRL-SHIFT-ALT then double-click the PS icon.
    Macintosh - Hold down CMD-SHIFT-OPTION then double-click the PS icon.
    Click "Yes" when asked to delete the settings file.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Error message below. The preview is fine . I can discount the first 2messages as its a new computer so plenty of disk space and upload doesn't seem to be interrupted. I have uploaded to iphoto before. have tried to upload 3times with the same error message. I had to photo my slides with a Kaiser Baas photo maker , which apparently doesn't scan but takes photos in megapixels of the slides. I am wondering now if the format is incompatible though they are jpg files or the colour type wrong. The image files are  around 1-3 mb each and  72 ppi. I think  I will now scan them properly with a scanner to 300dpi anyway to improve quality.
    Apple  talks about image files not being too big for uploading but gives no sizing of what too big is?

    2. Low Disk Space. If your computer is running on low disk space, your files may be assembled incorrectly. Create more space by deleting unused files.

    I have tried to paste it in the two following ways:
    1) to create a text box and paste the text. The result is that some of the characters are not showed correctly.
    2) Paste it directly without any preparation. This result into a single "image" or group of images. I can cancel modify each character one at a time, or I can dissolve the group, but the result is the same.

    And, you of course can copy/paste without tiling.

    Did you use migration with the new OS or did you reinstall the CS4 apps from the original media? If you didn't, then you should uninstall CS4 making sure to check the box to remove preferences, run the Cleaner tool (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then reinstall CS4. CS4 is totally untested and unsupported on the latest versions of Mac OSes.

    You want to save the images as JPG where? back in Aperture? to some external location?
    What you asking doesn't make sense from an Aperture standpoint. Your RAW images can be exported as JPG at anytime by doing an export version command. Thereis no way to turn a RAW image into a JPG and have it stored in Aperture without exporting the version and then re-importing it. But then it will have no connection to the original master it came from.
    So if you could explain ain more detail what it is you are trying to do we might be able to come up with an answer.
