How do I go about using Photoshop Elements 13, in order to merge photos to obtain a panoramic view?

Photoshop Elements is a more basic software than CC and the user interface is different, that's why you don't access to Photomerge in the same way.

It's not clear from the title of your post if you are trying to do the Photomerge from Elements 13 or CC ?

Just upgraded my MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012) to Yosemite 10.10.3 including Photos 1.0 which is not syncing with Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Editor (already installed and prev ok with iPhoto)....any ideas please?
In iPhoto it was possible to go into the iPhoto prefs and set up Elements as an external editor. After using “Edit in” the image was saved back to the iPhoto library. Photos for OSX is very new, so I’m not sure whether that is possible with the new app. Have you looked for the prefs/settings? You could ask a question on the Apple forum:

That feature is only in PS. Elements as you buy it has only limited support for smart objects. If you use File>Place to add something to your image it will come in as a smart object (within the limits to which PSE understands smart layers). However, if you know someone who can write an action for you in PS you can install it in PSE, or you could look into something like elements+ from simplephotoshop.com.

Yes, it is.
The easiest way for me is access the custom shape tool, and within that the Symbols library. You will find the copy right sign. Just drag it out. It will be on its own layer. Enter the rest of the info with the Type tool.
The symbol can also be found in the character map on a Windows system.
If you have multiple photos that you wish to mark, it is very efficient to make a copyright brush and apply with a click of the mouse.

I had purchased Adobe Premiere Elements along with Adobe Photoshop Elements for my MacBook Air
I had purchased Adobe Premiere Elements along with Adobe Photoshop Elements for my MacBook Air OSX Mavericks. Due lack of space I had to reiinstall OSX and could not retirieve from Seagate Back-up drive software in workable condition. Options please?

All you should have to do is to go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com.
Sign in with your Adobe ID and Password.
Then go the web page's Search field and type in "My Orders".
Follow the "My Orders" link to your orders, find the order corresponding to the version in question.
There should be an opportunity there to download a new set of installation files.
Do you have your purchased serial number? If not, I am not sure if it will be included in the "My Orders"
area. But, it should be in the "My Products" which you can access from the Search field. Click on the
name of your product in "My Products", and the serial number should be revealed.

....partially resolved, in case anyone else with sim prob.....
....with Photoshop open you click "Open" (top left) and 'Finder' opens up in the window with 'Photos' listed.
Select which pic you want to edit (duplicates must be created first in 'Photos") and it opens in Photoshop Editor
It's all a bit messy but seems to work. -
IPhoto with Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 and Adobe Bridge
I have not used iPhoto before now as I have been downloading photos from my Canon and Nikon cameras using their software. I have now moved everything into iPhoto but cannot find iPhoto using Adobe Bridge so I am unable to do any editing using Elements 4. Previously I could find the Canon and Nikon photos using Adobe Bridge. With a simple click on the relevant photo it opened up in Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 and I was able to edit it. Now using Bridge I simply cannot find iPhoto thus I cannot use PSE4. Can someone help before I go crazy ? I havde called Apple support but they have been unable to help me and suggested using Discussions@Apple
Many thanks for your quick response although, as a new iMac user, the mere mention of the word "corrupt" scares me ! I previously used a PC with Windows XP and PSE3 and loved being able to sort all my photos into albums with PSE3. Unfortunately the PSE4 which I have installed on my iMac doesn't let users sort their photos into albums and the only alternative is Adobe Bridge. I only recently started to use iPhoto after a visit to an Apple Store and it's great being able to catalog my photos so easily. Unfortunately PSE is far and away superior to any editing software that iPhoto has to offer. Anyway, I'll cross my fingers and try your suggestion first thing tomorrow morning.

How to launch DxO ViewPoint 2 in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12
Does anyone know how to launch DxO ViewPoint 2 in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 when it does NOT show up in the filters list? On my old computer, I would see it listed at the bottom (under Digimarc) but with my new computer, after I have reinstalled all programs, it isn't listed there. DxO says their Version 2.1.8 / Build 39 / 64 bit is now completely compatible to correct distortions when used as a Plugin in Adobe Elements 12. I would appreciate any help.
DxO support advised to uninstall / reinstall, then during the installation, select a 'custom' installation and select the Photoshop application in the list of software that displays. This will install the plug-in for Photoshop. It now works perfectly. Thank you for your quick response.

I just purchased a camera packaged with Adobe photoshop Elements 11. I have a mac book air- which does not have a cd drive. The package did not come with a code or anything that would provide me with another way to install photoshop that came with my camera. Is there any other way i can install this on my camera without using the provided cd or buying the software again?
That doesn't help the user with the serial code though.

The step I was missing was to change the mode via the control button at the top of the user interface from "Quick" to "Expert". Under the "Quick" mode Photomerge Panorama is grayed out. Thank you for your input! -
How do I reinstall images to a ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 9 program fro a backup CD??? computer was infected and sub sequently
repaired , reloaded ADOBE now wish to reload images from backup CD....HOW do I do it????I'm going to assume that you have reinstalled PSE9 but now want to get your catalog back. If you created your backup using the inbuilt PSE File> Backup Catalog feature, then in the newly installed version you would run File> Restore Catalog.
If you used a third party backup tool, or just copied the image files elsewhere then a lot will depend on whether or not you also backed up, or can still access, the catalog files. Give some more detail about this 'backup CD'.

I created a manual in ID CS3, but now the person I created it for wants to be able to edit it himself. The only InDesign that we had for his machine (to remain legal, I mean) was ID CS. I have saved my file as an InDesign Exchange file from CS3, then
