This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

As you can see, the stuff circled in red doesn't give me an option to download from Cloud Beta because it already says "downloaded".

You should copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

HT1296 How can I sync the content on my iPad 1 to my new computer without losing anything?

My old computer (a PC) is crashed and is no longer usable. I hadn't synced my iPad to that computer in several months. Now, I have a Mac Air and when I plug my iPad 1 into it, I get a message that states the iPad is synced with another iTunes library. I'm given the option to Erase and Sync, but that will mean that I'll lose what's currently on my iPad. Is there a way to avoid that?

This will work with all purchased content on the iPad.
If you have synced photos on the iPad that you want to transfer to the Mac, you will need a third party app like Photo Transfer - or an application like TouchCopy, that will transfer everything into the new iTunes library - if you care to check that out.
1) Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on iTunes. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
2) Now connect your iPad to your MBA and start iTunes.
3) When iTunes starts, right click on your iPad under Devices in the left column. Select Transfer purchases etc.
4) After it finishes transferring all your apps to your new MBA, right click on your iPad and select Backup your iPad.
5) After it finishes backing up your iPad, right click on your iPad and select Restore etc.
6) After it finishes restoring, left click on your iPad , then click on the Apps tab on top, and check the box next to Sync Apps, then click on Apply below.
If everything on your iPad looks good after the sync, go back and click on iTunes / Preferences / Devices and UN-check the box next to Prevent your iPod etc. The only other thing you may want to check is if your contacts, bookmarks, etc. are syncing correctly now. If not, go to the Info tab after connecting and make sure you indicate which features you want to sync with what sources.

I lost my itunes folder with all of my content; however the Ipad still has the content is there anyway to get it back to itunes? This includes movies, photos, etc.

You can copy iTunes purchased content via File > Transfer Purchases when connected to iTunes. For content not purchased from Apple then have you not got a backup anywhere ? If not then you could try searching for third-party programs that can copy them off.

For photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app such as Simple Transfer (which has a free lite version called Simple Photo & Video Transfer) which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.

The ipad is not a storage/backup device. The sync is one way - computer to ipad. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything back

Perhaps you and your end users have different expectations on how nested bookmarks appear in Reader. The user interface for Bookmarks in Reader for iOS is indeed different from the one in the desktop version of Reader.

Did you ever use your computer to set up your iPad? If so, then you just use iTunes to do a backup of your old one and use that backup to set up your new one.
However if you never associated your ipad to a computer you kinda have to piece meal it. Try a service like dropbox. Upload things like photos and the such there. You will then download them from dropbox when you're on your new one.
Also, content from iTunes, you can just redownload that, so no need to back it up (the only catch is if the file isn't available in iTunes to redownload

I almost expect a hailstorm of RTFM but I am really stuck. While I am at Home I want to use my iPad to watch some of the Movies that are stored at my MacMini. So i switched on the Privatfreigabe (don't Know the english Term, probably something like Home use) and entered my Apple id on both Machines. Ok Problem solved, i needed to log off and on again. iTunes Seemed to have a hickup. All good now, i'm a happy Camper

Can iFrames somehow be used as a workaround to play interactive SWF's on an iPad?

Is it possible to somehow leverage iFrames to allow an interactive SWF created in Indesign to display on an iPad? I have created some rather complex interactive SWF's that simply can't be replicated using Digital Publishing or any other solution I can find. I was curious if there is a way to leverage the iFrame capability as a work-around. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That's the answer I was expecting unfortunately. I am aware of Adobe Edge, but I am pretty sure it will not be capable of replicating what I have built within Indesign... I have really taken the interactive aspects of the program to their limits.Can I send you a private message with a URL that will display an example of my work? I doubt you've seen anything quite like what I've done.
