We've seen these questions come up a bit, so here's a brief summary A "port" is when you switch your phone service to Telstra from another provider but would like to keep your phone number You can do this in a Telstra shop (shops can be located and appointments be made here https://www.telstra.com.au/telstra-store, or over the phone by ringing 125 111 Once a port request is made, Telstra gets in touch with the other carrier. Whilst a request can be submitted anytime, the actual processing between carriers only happens during business hours. The process can take up to 48-72 hours, but it can also be much quicker - it depends on both carriers Hope this helps.

Hi,I want to port my old phone number from Three to Telstra. I signed a new iphone with Telstra several months ago, at that time, my Three mobile was still in contract, but Telstra sales told me I can porting my number when I finish my three contract . Now my Three contract has finished, but when I call Telstra call centre, after one hour waiting, they told me need go to shop to do it. and then I went to shop, shop guy told me they don't have system to do it, I still need call customer service!!!! and I made a call at shop, waited for 40 mins no one answer!!!!!!!! today, I used online 24X7 support. Support told me I can't do it !!!!!!If I want to port old number, I need have another Telstra mobile service!!! and I need pay my current service as well!!!!!!!!I can't believe it!!!!!! It's very not professional!!! I already done porting with Optus , Three and Vodaphone many times at the same situation, they don’t have such ridicules rules!!!! I really don’t want to waste hours and hours again on waiting queue!Please help me out this issue soon. Before I thought Telstra is the best one in Aus, so I transfer all things to Telstra, phone, internet, mobile phones.Now feel like the service even worse than those small companies. Very not happy!!!!

It will be displayed in the SD (BIlling document) itself, you clikc on the VF03. The customer name and number will also appear in the SO document also Tcode VA03

how to create custom infotype and how to configure with its subtypes. when i am creating infotypes i am not getting how to configure subtypes.
plz help me for this with an example code.

Hi Kiran,
Please fallow the below steps to create the custom infotype. If you have any quires let me know.
For Creation of Infotype first Go to Transaction PM01, Enter the custom Infotype number which you want to create, it should be a 4 digit number and have to start with 9xxx.
then select the `Employee Infotype' radio button
after that select the `PS Structure Infotype'
then click on Create A separate table maintenance window appears
then Create a PS structure with all the fields you want on the infotype
Save and Activate the PS structure
now Go back to the initial screen of PM01
Click on `All' push button. It takes a few moments
Click on `Technical Characteristics. Infotype list screen appears
Click on `Change'(pencil) button
Now select your Infotype and click on `Detail' (magnifying glass) button
Give `T591A' as subtype table & also Give `T591S' as subtype txt tab
Give your subtype field as subtype field & Save and come back to PM01 initial screen
Click on `Infotype Characteristics' Infotype list screen appears
Click on `Change' (pencil) button & on New Entries
and then Enter your Infotype number and short text Here we have to set different Infotype Characteristics as per the requirement. (Better open another session with some standard Infotype's infotype characteristics screen and use as the reference
to fill yours). Now save ur entries
Now the Infotype is created and ready to use.
If you want to change the layout of the Infotype as per your
requirement
In the PM01 initial screenSelect `Screen' radio button and give
2000 as the screen name, then click on edit.
In the next screen.. Select `Layout Editor' and click `Change'.
Screen default layout appearshere you can design/modify the
screen..change the attributes of the fields..etc.
Save and activate. (Don't forget to `Activate at every level)

How can i see how large an app is and how much data is stored

In ios7 I could select an app and see it's size and how much data is stored in using it on my iPhone.
I can't seem to locate that option in ios8.1
to refresh and app I had the option of deleting it and reinstalling before based on the information held by the app.
is this clear?
MyFitnessPal is taking a long time to load, thought I would see how large the app is and how much info is stored
but as I've redundantly stated here I can't find that option in my phone now.

For me it take a few seconds to load, you may find that the app is being slow to open if it is still downloading some data for it's own caches etc. Try to ensure it has a good internet connection. Obviously it could just be that the service in question is also having issues, so consult their support too.

Can anyone help me? Concerned that I may have some kind of malware. My cursor arrow and trackpad are behaving strangely, The cursor used to be a solid black arrow but now seems to have horizontal white lines running through it. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Applying OSS note is a critical activity in the system. Usually this task is carried out by the basis, as they maintain the system and the notes, support packs, etc.
A OSS note has potential to impact the system in several ways. So it is better to work with the basis if you need to apply a OSS note to be applied.
Transaction code is Snotes. But pl dont attempt to apply by yourself.
Reg your other question as how to use the OSS note, there is nothing like using aOSS note. Just apply and depending on what the notes do, it may change the config, or download a program or something.

Look at the USB stick in Disk Utility and check whether it may be partitioned or have other software on it taking up space.

You aren't being hacked. Your wireless network is probably misconfigured and/or hacked. Turn on WPA security and then reboot it.
