How to post downloadable media in a Muse Site

Is there a provision in Muse for adding downloadable media (PDFs), like the Media Module in Business Catalyst? I want people to be able to download PDF articles and worksheets from the site.

I am new to website design and am trying to figure out how to make downloadable links for some PDF flyers, PSD templates I am creating. Not sure if "downloadable links" is the correct term for what I'm trying to say but in a nutshell I am creating Business Flyer's in PDF form and Photoshop PSD template files that I would like to be able to have my users click a link that allows them to download them right to their desktop. Any help would really be appreciated!

How do I add cookies to adobe muse site?

Hello,
I am creating a site in Adobe Muse, which I also host through the webbasic adobe business catalyst account.
I want to add a cookies message onto my site and to that of client sites that I create.
I searched the forum and there appears to be a guide showing how to get the cookies set up in adobe business catalyst itself. However, when I try to follow the instructions, I fall at the first hurdle because it tells me to go into Site Manager and then into Pages. However, I don't have anything that says Pages. Mine only has two options; Web Forms and System Emails. The only thing in the Web Forms folder is Contact Form.
I have no idea how to get the cookies message onto my Adobe Muse site. Please...does anyone know the answer?
Also, if someone from Adobe reads this, it would be great if Adobe Muse had a widget for this...considering it is now a requirement for all websites that use cookies to be able to get consent. I hope it's in the next update.

The online content editing is disabled by default for sites published through Muse to BC and hence the Pages tab doesn't appear for you under Site Manager. However, you can always enable the Online Content editing feature by logging into the site admin -> going to the My Details section (by hovering over your name at the top right) and enable the option as indicated in the screenshot below.
Please refer to the following post for a reason as to why the option is incompatible with Muse (but doesn't affect any functionality as such if you enable it).

The only voice over files I've come across had the audio file separate from the photo. Control-click on the thumbnail of the photo with the audio and select Show File from the Contextual Menu. You'll be taken to that file's folder via the Finder. See if there's an second file associated with the photo or what the extension of the file is.
You may have to open the file with Quicktime Player Pro or iMovie and strip the audio from the file. Let us know what you find.

I had Google Chrome before but then it crashed and no longer worked. With Google Chrome I was able to Download public media like music, videos, etc. Now that I have Firefox, I don't know if there is a "download" option that can so the same things.

How can you move pages from one Muse site to another Muse site?

I am trying to move pages from one Muse sitemap page to another Muse sitemap. This is so I can have multiple people working on creating hundreds of project profile pages and then transfer them into the master file that will be the final site.

In this case your best bet would be to have the other people just provide content without the template and then you can just plug content in rather than doing a select all.
You can open up both your site and their site at the same time in Muse to help the copying process.

Drag and drop is pretty fast. You could get the pictures that way.

I am trying to get the User Manual and updated BIOS, Drivers, Utilities etc. for the MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming MB. When I go to the download site all I get is a run around - full circle. I go to Service and Support>Download>Z77A-GD65>Z77A-GD65 Gaming>Download and then right back to the product page. Around and around I go!! and it sounds like you are expecting it to take you somewhere else (all the downloads are always on the product page as MSI keep them all in one place so they they are easily found!)
i have to say if you are not understanding this then there is not much that we can do here as we have been explaining why it sends you to the product page AS THE DOWNLOADS ARE THERE!

How do I download or copy my saved sites, usernames and passwords to an Excel document? (I also need to download or copy my bookmarks)

I need to put all password info and my bookmarks in Excel documents for my private drive without typing each one into the document. The only method I've found so far is Alt-Print Screen then Ctl-V. This only copies the information as a picture and leaves me a lot of work typing everything into a document. Life is too short......Please Help!

Downloading Media Files from server daily at a particular time on a day

Hi to All,
Actually I am building an application which downloads all the
media files from the server(includes both video and images) after
the download is complete. I will start the slide show of the
downloaded media files accessing them m locally.
ow my problem is I have to download all the media files once
in a day at a particular time on a day from the server(The time is
set in backend).
I can acheive this by running a process and connecting to a
server. But if I close the application window how the process can
run and how it can download media files from the server daily.
Is there a way so that I can create two applications one for
downloading the media files from the server which runs always and
runs in the background. Another one is my main application which
displays the media files that are downloaded and saved in the local
filesystem.
All suggestions are appreciated.

From what I have read you have two options. None of them very nice. One , allow the user to select the files he would like to download , send them out as one fat daddy zip file. The second option is to cue up the selected downloads. When one finishes , the other starts , basically daisy chaining them together. However , you may be able to use javascript to get around this , I'm not sure I stay away from that stuff.
