How to post invoices in AP that has been paid by employess and make corr

Hi Guys,
Do you know how to correct book AP invoice in Oracle 11i that has been paid by employees and how to make correct reconciliations in the books on Supplier and Employees side? Employee paid by cash for AP invoice that has been borrowed to him from company.
Thanks
Karol
.

if this is a normal practice in your organization, then you can do the following:
1-define a natural account in COA for this employee.
2-create a bank account for payable and use this account as cash account.
3-make payment from this bank account for supplier invoice paid by the employee.
4-when making payment to employee, enter a Standard invoice while selecting employee as supplier and in distribution select account defined in step#1 and make payment of this invoice form actual bank or cash account created as bank in your application.
i hope this will solve your purpose.
Rgds,
Fahd

You can't. You can take a screen cap of it, but the container doesn't allow access to the individual images used in a SWF or FLV.

You will need a document storage, player, or manager to save the file (DropBox, File Manager, Box, VLC, MoliPlayer for example).
To actually save the file, with it open in iMessage, tap the file icon (lower left) and select the app to save it in.

    - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
    iCloud: Find My iPhone
    - You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.

Hi  I would like to know how I can view a video that has been send to me via email. When I tap on the video icon it only gives me option to send as a mail or to open in drop box which I don't want to open in.

    Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are doing this from your phone (as you mention) then you can use the new iPhoto Photo Journal feature to do this.
Unfortunately, iCloud does not offer equivalents to Mobile Me’s iDisk, Gallery or Web Hosting services. You will need to find a third party solution to replace these services. You might consider DropBox, SugarSync, MediaFire or any other service that offers online storage.

  • How can i delete a toolbar that has been added?

Somehow I have a toolbar for a shop at home site that has been added to my list of toolbars. It takes over my browser when I'm surfing and takes me to places i have not selected. How can i delete this toolbar? I believe I have the latest version of firefox and i am running windows 7

This sounds like spamware you might have installed by accident. If you go into Add-Ons (Firefox -> Add-Ons) it should be under 'Extensions'. Click the 'Remove' button and that should get rid of it.
You might also find it under 'Programs and Features' in Control Panel. Remove it if it's there.

  • How to check the sales order that has been PGI from a range of dates.

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I have a query on how can I check the sales order that has been PGI from a range of dates in SAP?
    Thanks,
    Madelyn

    Dear Madelyn
Go to VA05, give the date range and execute.  List of sale orders will be generated.  There you can see a tab "Status"  in which, the status would be like
    -  Not delivered
    -  Partially delivered
So based on this, you can decide whether the order is still open or completed.
    thanks

  • Clearing/Addressing GR/IR item that has been paid

    Hi All,
I am soliciting input in trying to resolve an issue related to GR/IR clearing.  The GR/IR account was not regularly cleared using MR11 or F.13.  While trying to reduce the line items we have come across a few that have me puzzled. The following are the issues:
    Scenario One
    - Good receipt was completed - two line items  80 and 20- for 100 quantity amounting to 295.00.
    - Invoice receipt was completed for 20 quantity amounting 294.78 and Paid
    - An additional invoice was created for the remaining 80 amounting 236.00 and Paid
    - Both checks have been cashed, so reversal can not be completed
    Scenario Two
    - Good receipt was completed for $100 with multiple lines
    - Invoice was completed with only one line for the amount of $100
    - Item has been paid
    Question
What steps should be taken to clear this item from the GR/IR account?
Thank you in advance for your professional advise.

Thank you very much for your comments and input
    Let me elaborate further:
    Scenario One:
There are two lines in this PO but only one is causing an issues. So all references below are related to one line alone
    PO Quantity is 100pcs @ 2.95 per pcs = 295.00
    First GR is for 20 pcs @ 2.95 per pcs = 59.00
    Second GR is for 80pcs @ 2.95 per pcs = 236.00
First IR is for 20pcs for 294.78 - Vendor made an error on the invoice and user entered the Invoice for 20pcs totaling 294.78
Second IR was made for 80pcs @ 2.95 per pcs = 236.00 - User then paid the vendor - As of now, we have over paid the vendor due to errors in invoicing
Vendor issues a credit memo for 236.00 and user reverses the second IR
The PO history shows the following:
    GR  80  236.00
    GR  20  59.00
    TR.  100 295.00
    IR-L 80- 236.00-
    IR-L 80  236.00
    IR-L 20  294.78
    TR.   20  294.78
F.13 will not clear this amount as the quantity does not reconcile. My assumption is using MR11 would not be correct as quantity was actually received.  Another piece invoice for 20pcs can not be reversed as it has been paid/cashed.
What can i do to address this?
    Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

That is "activation lock". You won't be able to use the iPhone unless this is cleared by the original owner.

  • How do I unlock iphone 5 that has been completely disabled, tried going to itunes?

How do I unlock iphone 5 that is completely disabled?  It says to go to itunes, when going to itunes it says I need to have phone unlocked!  Thanks!

If you mean your passcode lock:
If You Are Locked Out Or Have Forgotten Your Passcode or Just Need to Restore Your Device
      1. iTunes 10 for Mac- Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
      2. iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
      3. iOS- Understanding passcodes
If you have forgotten your Restrictions code, then follow the instructions
below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will
simply be restoring the old Restrictions code you have forgotten. This
same warning applies if you need to restore a clean system.
A Complete Guide to Restore or Recover Your iDevice (if You Forget Your Passcode)
If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.
Try restoring the iOS device if backing up and erasing all content and settings doesn't resolve the issue. Using iTunes to restore iOS devices is part of standard isolation troubleshooting. Restoring your device will delete all data and content, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, and calendar information, and will restore all settings to their factory condition.
Before restoring your iOS device, Apple recommends that you either sync with iTunes to transfer any purchases you have made, or back up new data (data acquired after your last sync). If you have movie rentals on the device, see iTunes Store movie rental usage rights in the United States before restoring.
Follow these steps to restore your device:
         1. Verify that you are using the latest version of iTunes before attempting to update.
         2. Connect your device to your computer.
         3. Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
         4. Select the Summary tab.
         5. Select the Restore option.
         6. When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the Back Up
option (see in the image below). If you have just backed up the device, it is not
             necessary to create another.
         7. Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you (as long as you've backed up,
you should not have to worry about restoring your iOS device).
         8. When the restore process has completed, the device restarts and displays the Apple
             logo while starting up:
After a restore, the iOS device displays the "Connect to iTunes" screen. For updating
to iOS 5 or later, follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant. For earlier versions of
iOS, keep your device connected until the "Connect to iTunes" screen goes away or
              you see "iPhone is activated."
         9. The final step is to restore your device from a previous backup. If you do not have a
backup to restore, then restore as New.
If you are restoring to fix a forgotten Restrictions Code or as a New device, then skip Step 9 and restore as New.
If you mean unlocked from your carrier, then contact them as they are the only ones who can unlock the phone.
