How to post unloading charges

Hai
My requirement is
We have two vendors
1.P.O vendor
2.Unloading Vendor
Both dont have any relation.
we dont know the unloading charges at the time of creating the  P.O
We pay the unloading vendor the unloading charges at the time of Goods Receipt.
We want to pay the P.O amount to the P.O vendor and Unloading charges to Unloading vendor.
The unloading charges need to be added to the material cost.
How do we do this?
Some say, do it using unplanned delivery costs in MIRO, if we do that the unloading charges are paid to the P.O vendor which is not requirement.Instead it should go to Unloading vendor.
Some one help me

Hi,
Create a condition type for your unloading charges in your Pricing procedure,,Now while creating PO go do the conditon select the detailed view and change the defaulting vendor that is PO vendor to your unloading vendor,then while receiving goods ammend the value in the PO and do GR so that it will added to material price .Now while doing MIRO, you can select planned delivery cost and post the vendor invoice.

  • How to post Freight Charge in INbound INVOIC Idoc? (MM Invoice Verif)

    Hi Folks,
    Would like to post an inbound invoice(810) IDoc  that has multiple line items that may or may not have variances(quantity, price, etc.). MM Logistics Invoice verification is the process used for posting our invoices for raw materials. We would like for the line item variances to continue to post to the PPV account. Our problem is freight. Freight in this instance is in the header of the IDOC(segment E1EDK05). For example, we create a purchase order with 3 line items for $100.00 each totaling $300.00 for the purchase order. We receive an EDI Invoice for $345.00 which contains a $45.00 charge in the header for freight. We would like for the freight to be posted to the appropriate account. Currently the $45.00 difference in P/O total and Invoice total is being posted to the PPV account. Your helpis appreciated!
    What if Freight charge is populated as Line item in the inbound invoic idoc. Will the inbound program allow this kind of posting??
    Throw some light experts.
    Thanks,
    Matt

    Yes, you can include the freight cost in line item as well but that would not be advisable. Why don't you include Fright Cost in your pricing procedure ??? Do check the following link

  • How to include Freight charges and unloading charges in Material price.

    Hi All,
    Can you pls. advice how we can include freight charges & unloading charges in Material price (MAP) when receive in system.
    Current Situation :
    We buy Switchgears from vendor, which transported with special vehicle arrangement from different service provider and gets unloaded at warehouse by another service provider. Currently business create seperate PO for Material vendor, Freight Vendor and for unloading service provider. But MAP is only updated with Material cost only. How can I include delivery cost and unloading cost in MAP thro standard SAP process.
    Your solution will help business heaps.
    Regards,

    Hi,
    Create three condition types namely basic material price, freight charges & unloading charges.
    For  basic material price , you can copy PB00 and rename your basic material price condition type.Now freight charges & unloading charges condition type in M/06 , do not maintain condition category ( keep it blank ), so that it will added to inventory cost .For freight charges & unloading charges do not maintain account key & accrual key in Pricing procedure.
    Cretae PO , now you will see all cost added to NET price in PO and you can for doing GR where all cost are inventoried as materisl cost.

    Hi
    Create MIRO, change the tax code to V0- No Tax in the header level as well as item level, so that you can able to post amount without service tax.

  • Re: how to post a new question?

    Apologies. After a half hour of being logged in to this confusing support forum and searching, I cannot see how to post a new query. Therefore I'm replying to an existing query.
    I need to understand the scope of my Skype pay-as-you-go account. I have only ever used it to call form Canada to a UK landline, except one time from Croatia to USA, which DID NOT appear to have been charged at the same inexpensive rate.
    Where do I find this information? Thanks.

    Hello
    1. At the top of this page  click on Rates and subscriptions and then               New topic [left hand side].
    2. With Skype [or any VoIP call provider] the originating location of a call is irrelevant. The sole criterion is the country to which or within which you are calling. e.g. a call to the USA from any country worldwide [including from within the USA] costs 2.3 cents per minute or part thereof.
    Rates for both Subscription and PAYG calls can be seen here: Skype subscription
     I hope this is helpful.
    TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

  • How to make frieght charges fixed irrespective of the qty

    hello sap gurus
    how to make frieght charges fixed irrespective of the qty
    my client

    Hi Deepak,
    This is not possible in the standard.
    Condition types (with calculation type 'B' "Fixed amount", FRB1 for example) are always posted dependent on the quantity in SAP standard functionality.
    The calculation is made as follows:
    FRB1 (Fixed amount) = (Condition amount * GR Quantity) / PO Quantity
    The problem here is that it is unclear how the posting logic should work especially if you have partial goods receipts or return deliveries.
    For example, if you order 10 pieces with 10 GRs of 1 piece each:
    should the system now post this condition with the full amount with every GR?
    Should it post it only with the first GR?
    And how should it be when you create a document to cancel a GR?
    So the system always posts with regards to the quantity.
    Best regards,
    Esther.

  • HOW TO: Post a SQL statement tuning request - template posting

    This post is not a question, but similar to Rob van Wijk's "When your query takes too long ..." post should help to improve the quality of the requests for SQL statement tuning here on OTN.
    On the OTN forum very often tuning requests about single SQL statements are posted, but the information provided is rather limited, and therefore it's not that simple to provide a meaningful advice. Instead of writing the same requests for additional information over and over again I thought I put together a post that describes how a "useful" post for such a request should look like and what information it should cover.
    I've also prepared very detailed step-by-step instructions how to obtain that information on my blog, which can be used to easily gather the required information. It also covers again the details how to post the information properly here, in particular how to use the \ tag to preserve formatting and get a fixed font output:
    http://oracle-randolf.blogspot.com/2009/02/basic-sql-statement-performance.html
    So again: This post here describes how a "useful" post should look like and what information it ideally covers. The blog post explains in detail how to obtain that information.
    In the future, rather than requesting the same additional information and explaining how to obtain it, I'll simply refer to this HOW TO post and the corresponding blog post which describes in detail how to get that information.
    *Very important:*
    Use the \ tag to enclose any output that should have its formatting preserved as shown below.
    So if you want to use fixed font formatting that preserves the spaces etc., do the following:
    \   This preserves formatting
    \And it will look like this:
       This preserves formatting
       . . .Your post should cover the following information:
    1. The SQL and a short description of its purpose
    2. The version of your database with 4-digits (e.g. 10.2.0.4)
    3. Optimizer related parameters
    4. The TIMING and AUTOTRACE output
    5. The EXPLAIN PLAN output
    6. The TKPROF output snippet that corresponds to your statement
    7. If you're on 10g or later, the DBMS_XPLAN.DISPLAY_CURSOR output
    The above mentioned blog post describes in detail how to obtain that information.
    Your post should have a meaningful subject, e.g. "SQL statement tuning request", and the message body should look similar to the following:

    can't reproduce, does it still look unformatted? Or are you simply kidding? :-)

    PS: Just noticed that it actually sometimes doesn't show the proper formatting although the code tags are there. Changing to the \ tag helped in this case, but it seems to be odd.

  • How can i get charged when my device is still suspended and no call is made?

    Hello, Verizon
    I have to complain that I was charged $106.09 for this month's statement.
    But my device (removed) is still suspended, up until this week as far as I know, and I have made no call. How could I get charged for the month until April 9? I am currently not in the US territory.
    It must be a mistake to charge me the groundless amount. Please double check.

        ashurbanipal,
    Thank you for the information. We definitely want to figure out what has happened, because you should be able to suspend for up to 90 days before the service is reconnected. For review please follow my handle TonyG_VZW and send me a DM with your account info and billing password so I can review your account. I am sure we can figure out what is going on together.
    Thank you,

  • FEBA - How to post two or more transactions at the same time?

    Hi,
        one of our banks sends the statemets with many lines that belongs to the same transaction. We have to post partially one line, and afterwards the other line. Any of you know how to post two lines at the same time from the bank statement?
    Thank you in advance,
    Miguel

    Hi,
    I'm sorry for replying so late.
    The solution I reached was to change the a few things in the standard.
    Now I have a new "context menu item". I select two or more transactions and I right-click the mouse. I select that "context menu item" and the next part of the code adds the total amount of the transactions to look for the correct post for the first transaction. Once posted automatically, the next transaction is posted automatically by the system.
    I hope you understand my English. I've problem with technical FI terms.
    Here you are the code:
    First I added a new contextual menu item:
    CL_FEBAN_ALV_GRID=============CCIMP
    call method e_object->add_function
        EXPORTING
            fcode = 'BS_POST_ITEMS'

        call method e_object->add_function

                fcode = 'ZBS_POST_ITEMS'
                text = text-Z02.

                text = text-004.

  • How much $$$ will Verizon charge me if I don't return the Fascinate after receiving replacement?

    How much $$$ will Verizon charge me if I don't return the Fascinate after receiving replacement?
    I spoke with customer service and couldn't get a real number.  She just said it "could be up to $500, or more"
    to be determined after they don't receive it within the 5-day period.
    Is there a way to find out for sure how much it's going to cost?
    Thanks!
    Here's the reason I'm asking:
    I forgot to drop it off at FedEx on the way to the airport.  My entire family is now on an overseas trip and won't
    be back for 8 weeks.   The Fascinate, packed in Verizon box with FedEx box, is now sitting in my car trunk at
    the airport long-term parking lot.  I was supposed to stop by the FedEx office at the airport cargo area to drop
    it off, but forgot about it during the rush....   (yes, I do realize it's a stupid mistake that may end up costing a
    lot of money)

    Hi and good morning!
    I would like to review your account with you and ensure I can help resolve any concerns you have about being charged for this device. Please PM me directly so we can discuss this together. Also, include your name and mobile number with your PM to me.
    Thank you so much and have a safe overseas trip!
