First of all, the syllabus for each exam is in the exam description page, under the heading "Skills Measured". For instance, for exam 70-410, the exam description page is here:

I have some DBA eperience from another platform...but i need to aquire Oracle DBA skills asap...i am currently running XE on XP/pro at home.
my research tells me that XE is missing some of the features i need to prepare for the OCA exam, like EM.
my question is...what Oracle version(s) i can use to prepare for the OCA exam, it would also be nice if it was affordable.

What should I do to prepare for the Over The Air (OTA) update?
I will have my battery charged to 101%.
I will backup my Contacts no matter what. It took me to long to get then straightened out!

If you want to do a refresh for the os update by Factory reset. Then.
1. Make sure you know all your passwords to any app services. game services, music services ect.
2. SD is unaffected, most apps should be installed there anyway. IF developers did it right, all that is needed is a app redownload and a small file restore to games ect. THe gamedata, main files should already be on the SD. Very helpful for large games like order and Chaos online which is a very large MMO RPG. Instead of downloadign over a gig of data, it will patch 108mb, and check exsisting files only.
3. Backup contacts to verizon if you want, that is good for switching to any phone such as a non android phone. OR emergency back-up. COntacts backup to SD will only contain the name and number.
4. Programs or data that are installed on the main storage and not SD can be backed up with Backup pro or a similiar app. Then restored as it was with any related data.
5. Android has smart updating when it is OTA or from SD. Because it maintains file structures, it doesn't need to alter other exsisting stuff while it overwrites the OS kernal, Radio data, ect...
The only real issue you may run into are older apps no longer compatible with gingerbread. Same applies to ICecream testing. Icecream uses the basics of gingerbread but is scalable. The interface has been simplified and adjusted so it can run on an drid and android device. At teh core its still gingerbread modfied to run basic or run with full effects. SO if leaks or official ICecream hits all phones which is what google wants eventually, it is very adaptable across all phones and tablets.

I need to go on technofunctional side. in mm side what are the areas that i should cover best to get through an interview and topics on which people work less and should i learn other concepts like WM and CIN. And for a technofunctional guys what i have to learn in MM to indentify Technical aspects.
I have good knowledge on PP too, can go forward with MM and PP. is this combination works in industry or not.

Hi Poorna,
If u wanna to make a carreir as techno-functional consultant in MM/ABAP combination then u should be more thoro in MM bcoz going forward ur role will tilt more at functional side rather than technical.
For getting in MM, u have to have a knowledge of entire purchasing process, it may not be in SAP terms but in general terms. As far as SAP is concern, u should be clear in valuation, pricing & automatic acct determination.

There may be several kind of interviews, when I conducted technical interviews I let the guy talk about a topic, and I start asking about particularities. For me it is very important how accurate and documented is. And over all if the person is just trying to answer just to have a sound comming from his mouth, or if the person really knows what he or she is talking about. Im having an interview on LabVIEW with a company which masters in ATE (automate test equipments). Can anyone help me what are the important topics tht ill have to cover/ prepare for the interview? Further request to share your personal experience on LabVIEW interviews if any.. I've completed cLAD and the employer has shortlisted my profile knowing that.

Since they are the "masters" in ATE (as told by you) probabbly they will be more interested in knowing the details about the ATE that you have designed (or worked on ).
If i am there in such a interview panel i will defenetly ask questions regarding connections to various devices in the ATE (about the instruments connected to the ATE for performing the functional tests), The amount time that you saved while perfoming these tests automatically compared to manual tests, your knowledge on the NI hardware and lots of question regarding LabVIEW (that also includes the basic like lets start from Nyquist)

a. Certifications are usually available for latest versions. contact sap education @sap.com for the same.
b. Am not sure if you could take the exam directly. you need attend academy @ siemens/genovate or work on a sap projects and let your company sponsor you.

'Dumps' is short for Brain Dumps and these are not valid preparation materials. Using them can cause you to be banned from the Oracle certification program.

Well , you won't go for shopping when there are already guests in your home , will you? In case, that didn't make much sense, I meant that you won't start reading books, pdfs, looking at websites when you are going to have an interview already scheduled for you. I can bet my money( whatever little I have) that even doing this, won't bring you any good. If your question directly or indirectly is related to the questions that the interviewer may ask, once again, this would be a total wrong approach to go for an interview. In almost no time, it can be find out whether you are speaking some crammed line or from yourself. I had a chance to sit on the other side of the hot seat and the guy in front of me was giving all teh bookish answers. I twisted the questions and I was sure that he must have not read them anywhere, guess what happened. he started fumbling and finally gave up.
Interview is what you know, what you have done so far. Its not to start picking up LOTS of books, looking for the questions/answers and just think that the interview will happen from that only. I have some questions whose answers, at least the complete answers , you won't find anywhere. My suggestion is to just go for the interview, be honest about what you know and more about , what you don't know. You haven't committed a crime by not knowing some thing. I know nothing and I am never scared from the interviews ;-) .
