How to prepare logotype for web? help please

Hi, I created a logotype in Illustrator and would like to use it in my website, in the highest quality so that it looks crisp and perfect.
This is what I did:
1. I created outlines in illustrator of the logo in the size that I want it to be on the website
2. save as PDF (print quality)
3. opened it in photoshop, changed resolution to 72
4. saved image for web in RGB, in maximum quality as JPG
The letters in the logotype dont look so crisp. what am I doing wrong?
- I noticed that when I create outlines in Illustrator and save it as PDF and then to the web. the fonts looks heavier. Can I skip the phase of creating outlines and just leave the fonts as they are and save as PDF? it looks much better.
- Re colors do I need to choose in Illustrator the colors in RGB before saving as PDF or it doesnt matter?

A quite different suggestion:
Just keep the logotype as live Type and:
Open Save for Web (press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S/Cmd+Shift+Option+S together) and select PNG24 or GIF (the former is superior, the latter applies to all browsers, including IE versions before 7) for crispness, tick Anti-Alias in the Image Size window where you set the desired size in pixels by pixels, and tick Transparency, especially if you want to show the background witin the Bounding Box.
PNG gives you all the colours you need, GIF is restricted to 256 colours/shades. You may use a PNG fix for presentation in IE 5.5 and 6.

Skateboard movie compression for web, HELP. please

can anyone help me here?
ok,here is the situation.
i want to get the best compression using h.264 (file size,quality etc) for a 6 min fast moving skateboard film with graphics and slow motion sequences.
i have compressor and quicktime pro too.
please give me some advice on whats best.
i would like the quality to be near the origianl final cut file.
would be great if someone could describe exact settings.

I would stick with David's suggestion. You're going to have to compromise size and quality. Any time you're dealing with web media you need to be sensitive to file size and download times. In order to accommodate an acceptable file size that caters to your market you'll have to compress the video which in turn will degrade quality. If your not happy with 800 kbps h.264 try again with a slightly higher or lower bit rate.

Mozilla, like many other software companies, thoroughly test their software before releasing it to the public and I'm sure that no problem you are having is intentional.
I do not work for Mozilla but I do have experience of releasing software for public usage.
Firefox has no way of knowing what other software is already on your computer and with millions of combinations it isn't always possible to test for every scenario.
You can go back to the old version of Firefox but that won't always solve your problem.

Thanks Barney, I tried that but all that comes up in Spotlight are the log files that show the file paths! I don't know how Steam works. Are all the files held by Steam on their server perhaps?

Do you have location services turned on? See Settings > Privacy > Location Services
In any event Maps can be used to obtain directions by supplying the start and end locations after touching "Directions" in the upper left corner.

My Ipad has been locked (after wrong passcode) and tried to connect to Itunes but no success. Much appreciated for your help please.

2. Turned off device (slide to power off).
3. Pressed and hol the Home botton and pluged in the sync cable.
4. Hold Home button until "Connect to iTunes" but this message did not appear

Photoshop CC2014: Can't use save for web option PLEASE HELP

Whenever I try and save a small animation as a gif (or anything in save ffor web) this happens http://prntscr.com/4gpseu This happened in CS6 I upgraded thinking it might fix it

As you can see from my screen capture I had no problem problem doing a 30 frame animation with Photoshop CC 2014. You screen capture looks strange. Your save for web screen capture shows frame 2 almost 8MP in size and all pixels are pinkish where the color map shows colors all a single gray for the animation no variation in color are all ??? You selected to only use 128 colors instead of the possible 256 and to do no transparency dither . Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences. I showed in my screen capture I was using CC 2014 had 30 frames in my frame animation. Showed what my Save for web looked like. Your Save For Web Capture looks very strange to me. Look at your's here then look a my screen capture. Even when I use the preset you chose GIF 128 No dither and a large image my save for web look nothing like your..

We are currenlty doing our upgrade to ECC 6.0.
There are 2 things which you need to consider.
First run SE95 - this will give you the list of SAP core modified objects. These you will have to create in SPAU and SPDD.
Then pull out the list of Z objects created. Just the Programs, Function groups, Classes, and any other BADI implementations...
If you also doing a unicode upgrade, then run UCCHECK tcode for the unicode problems...
The major upgrade problems would be in the obsolete FMS like WS_* ones...
Also the SAP querys needs to be re-genersted. ECATTS need to be migrated to SECATTS

How to configure SSO for web dynpro ABAP (not web dynpro Java)

Hi Experts,
    I am testing SSO in IDES for web dynpro ABAP (Not for web dynpro Java / not for portal). When I am entering url of web dynpro application in web browser like internet explorer, then it should ask for user id and password first time, after login whenever user would access that url, it must not ask for user ID and password (url would be access web browser in mobile). For this I select to configure single sign-on for web dynpro ABAP. I have done below works:
1). I have created a web dynpro application having url: http://susws076.sap.swk:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zadb_hello_world2
2). I run TCode SICF and access service node to "Zadb_hello_world2". Double click on it, hit change. pressed "logon data" tab, select "Alternative logon
     procedure"
   Then deleted all logon procedure other than "SSO Authentication" and saved.
3). Go to "STRUST" and create certificate, choosed "Environment==> Logon Ticket" fill the required parameters and execute. It is OK (no red traffic
     signal).
4). Execute TCode "RZ10" to change profile parameter, insert new parameter (indicated by red arrow)
After all this settings I opened a browser enter above URL and hit enter but there is an error
There is no login page. It directly showed this error page. No cookies is saving.
Can anyone tell me what all the settings/configuration other than this I have to do. And is there any wrong setting done by me?
