How to prevent PO changes in ME22N after Order acknowledgement?

Hi everyone,
        Can anyone tell me how to prevent PO changes (ANY) in ME22N after Order acknowledgement?
        I would like to make it possible without release strategy process or authorizations.
        Do you know some User Exit or Customazing way?

Dear Jaime S,
You can do this by restricting in authorization SHDO and also by marking "changes not possible after release" in Release strategy procedure.
And also you can navigate the menu to, SPRO------>IMG------>Material Management--->Purchasing(OLME)------->Purchase Order---->Define screen Layouts at Document Level---->And go to ME22n And Select the right parameter and in this you can make it display, optional or required entry for the fields.

Can someone tell me how to prevent an error which [The WIP work order associated with this transaction is currently locked and being updated by another user. Please wait for a few seconds and try again.Transaction processor error].
How can you prevent that error?
P.S.
Oracle support　told me [When you make data of mtl_transaction_interface, give same transaction_header_id to all data. Then, you kick worker with appointed transaction_header_id. Or, you set up being uncompatible with workers].
I cannot allow that making with same transaction_header_id and being uncompatible with worker on my system.

I want to find out the changes done in process order after its creation.Right now in administration tab in process order i can find the date , time and user name who made the last change.But even i want to see what changes that user made.So where can i find out this data?

if your manual changes don't 'stick' after a restart of the browser, please look out for any suspicious extensions (like 3rd-party-toolbars or things you have not installed intentionally) presently installed under '''firefox/tools > addons > extensions''' or the programs section of the windows control panel and remove those entries.

There can be a few things that might cause this issue where music is not alphabetically organized on your phone. Resyncing content is certainly one of the steps to use to troubleshoot that. Next I would quit all the running apps on your iPhone:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes and then restore it as a new device and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.

How to get the changed data of an order?

I'm trying to use BADI ORDER_SAVE to check if the user has changed the status and based on some conditions, I want to avoid saving the order. My problem is that with function moule CRM_READ_ORDER I can only read the "old" (current) information from database, but not the changes in the screen that the user is going to save ...

You can get the current document data with FM:CRM_ORDER_READ on BAdI:ORDER_SAVE. This FM reads not only DB data but also current data.
FM:CRM_ORDER_READ reads the document data as follow order.
1.Buffer data
2.DB dta
You can see it on LCRM_ORDERADM_H_DBF03(form orderadm_h_read_with_guid) called by CRM_ORDER_READ.
If you try to create the order and see the data via CRM_ORDER_READ before saving the order, you can see the data,aren't you? It's the evidence CRM_ORDER_READ reads new buffer data not only DB data.

How to determine a change to a Sales Order Header Text?

Hi All,
Is it possible to compare text entered on a Sales Order Header with what was stored previously?
I know I can use READ_TEXT to retrieve previously stored text but how do I compare with what was entered at VA02?
I'm at VA02, I'm selectin 1 line item. then I'll go to menu Goto->Header->Additional Data B -> Text tab.
when i click save..how do I compare the text entered with what was stored previously?
Any ideas? thanks alot....its kinda urgent.

When create sale order Qty = 10 and Lot_xx = 10 but i want to reserve qty = 7 and . In this business will be reservation Qty order for jot and lot only
acction plan below 2 case :
Case (1)
Via Release sale order form :
Enter sale order number and check box prior reservation only.
Via Shipping Transaction form :
Line sale order will be slip 2 line
Line 1 status is stage/Pick Confirm Qty = 7
Line 2 status id Redy to Release Qty = 3
Go to ship confirm
---> Line 1 status is Interface
Line 2status is cancle
***** I dont want Line 2 is cancle i want this line backorder. I believe oracle will be can setup option to choose backorder or cancle line sale order after release sale order. But i don't know to setup this.

You can write a simple pl/sql logic to get the correct org id. I am assuming that you have two responsibilities in the same operating unit and one should default with A and one should default with C. Both use the same order type.
When the resp that is responsible for org A, will have org A from order type.
For resp that is responsible for org C, you can create a pl/sql logic where you read the current responsibility using fnd_profile.value('RESP_ID'). If the resp_id is responsible for C then return organization_id of C.
You can find example code for order line entity for attribute tax code.

our situation and requirement:
my client use make-to-order style to create sales order, normally one item in sales order.
And this item stand for a dummy material, which include several components.
Limited with material purchase delivery schedule, sales orders need to be made as planned sales
orders to drive MRP to run out material requirement in ahead. Therefore, planned sales orders will
often changed as final assigned customer request.
1. Could be a possible to define components level to release sales order?
2. If components in sales orders is replaced or added, even whole sales order released, production order initialized, how to deal with it?
Scenario one: components in sales order added, modified in sales order, which will automatically create another production order for replacement action? if not, how to do?
Scenario two: components in sales order replaced, how this sales order requirement transfer to production order?
3. what about costing calculate for this changing?

ADF FACES: how to prevent navigation in the UPDATE_MODEL_VALUES phase

I have some complex cross-field correlations to verify on data submitted. I can't do this in the PROCESS_VALIDATIONS phase, since all the model values are in consistent at this point depending on which component is being processed.
So, I'm trying to perform the business logic tests in the UPDATE_MODEL_VALUES phase. This is all working well except for one thing. How do I prevent the view from changing in the case that cross-field issues are detected?
The scenario is that the user has filled out the form and activates some control that would normally navigate the user away from the current view. I detect an inconsistency and need to place a message in the context and prevent the navigation. This is easy if I do this during the PROCESS_VALIDATIONS phase by just throwing a ValidatorException.
I just can't figure out how to accomplish this in the UPDATE_MODEL_VALUES phase.
Any suggestions?

I spoke too soon. Maybe my case is more subtle. I have a page with a af:showOneTab. In one of the showDetailItems, I have this validation occuring. Thus, when the user clicks on one of the tabs, and the current page has a validation error on it, I want them to stay on the current page.
Calling renderResponse doesn't seem to prevent the change (although a true ValidatorException thrown during the validation phase does).
So, I'm still stuck with how to prevent the change in tabs when I detect the error in the UPDATE_MODEL_VALUES phase.

In the unlikely event that I misread the question, I think the OP is referring to the shell icon... which there is nothing to be done as this is OS controlled..
If not and this has to do with the frame icon, simply have the icon packed into the source jar where you can determine access rights... ? The image remains available to the app but is not visible to the user..., at least , the majority of users who don't know what a jar file is.... :)
