Hi,
if i remember correct <600> is the value for bullets.
you can insert this using sap system symbols ---> select bullets (before this place your cursor where ever you want the bullets.
eg:
P1 <600> test.

HI,
If u use templates or table,then use borders to print the horizontal lines.
Eg : Create template-->Table painter->click select pattern button->Display framed pattern->select 3rd one.it will display only horizantal lines.
if want to print horizantal line under the text, then create one paragraph or character formate with Underline in smartstyles.Use that paragraph or character to u r text element

How to print check box in smartforms. I am using Include Sap Symbol but in the print it is coming as #. Do we need to do any setting like we do for barcode?

see my requirment was to print TM as superscript for HLL ,already smartstyle is there, and also a character format with superscript is also defined.
then aftet HLL how it prints as superscript.
for HLL we are using another character format and for superscript we are using the another character format.
If posiible send me the code to write in smartforms

How to print page dynamically in smartforms

Hi All,
Please help on below case...
1. I have developed a smartform which has 5 pages in total . Through driver program passing 4 internal tables...
first page - will print all times... - consuming first internal table data
second page - need to print dynamic - consuming data from second int table
third page     - need to print dynamic - consuming data from second int table
fourth page - need to print dynamic - consuming data from thrid int table
fifth page    - need to print dynamic - consume data from fourth int table
dynamic condition is determined in driver program ... but how to implement dynamic determination in smartforms..
sometimes ...based on data ...we need to print first page , and fifth page only ...
as of now all 5 pages are printing ...
Expect the advise from expertist...

I want to print next page in smartform.
The situation is :-
I am passing an internal table containing list of personal numbers.
I have to print their details . Every candidate's detail should be printed on a new page .
I have designed the whole form , but I am not print their details on a New Page.

1. First of all you need to set a Flag at the end of every Personal Number.
2. Than Right Click on the object Like Main Window
--> Create --> Flow Logic --> Command
3. From First Tab of Command General Attributes Check the Check Box Go to New Page and Select Your Page
4. In the Conditions Tab Give you Flag Condition.

I have requirement to print Employee photo using Smartform.
Here I want to give breif backgorund to uploading employee image procedure,we are uploading employee Image using transaction code OAOH by providing Business Object PREL and Document Type HRICOLFOTO. Click on create button on second screen by providing employee Code XXXXXXX and infotype 0002 after click on enter button system ask path for uploading image file.After storing image we can see the employee image by using transaction code PA30 after passing employee code.
These employee image I want to print in Smartform layout.If any body have done this type of the requirement.Pl.explain me .

How to print the values in smartforms

Hello Abapgurus,
This is my problem which i explained below.
IF the text has 11 rows and you can only print 8 rows in the
current page, THEN go to next page print all 11 rows at the fresh page.
How can i achieve this.I need to achieve it in smartforms.Not on scripts.

Hi Maruthi,
In smartforms create a loop. And inside loop create a Folder. In "Output Options" tab of folder there is a check box "Page Protection". Select this check box.
The above option will work only in man windows. If created window is not not a main window then make it as main window from its General Attributs tab.

You can't directly print a checkbox as such in a smartform. But, there is a workaround.
Create two GraphicElements (for checked / unchecked). Assigned images to (for tick and untick) them.
In the conditions tab of GraphicElement enter conditions -
1. for checked - field = 'X'
2. for unchecked - field = ' '
To add images of tick and untick to system, Use transaction SO73.

In my smartform i have 3 pages (FIRST, NEXT & LAST). FIRST contains some header detail and items. NEXT contains rest of items and this page would be repeatable if more item comes. now after NEXT i want to print LAST page. How to achieve this. PLease let me know. I looked into forum but haven't get exact answer so far.

According to your scenario you are having 4 orders and each order has to print seperately with the last page .right?
The best soln would be,
1) create another internal table same as the one you have and delete adjacent duplicates using order, so you will have 2 internal table one with 4 orders (it-1)and other with all the items(it-2).
2) In the driver program ,

How to create two different pages in smartforms.In my requirement the first page contains Table data in main window and in second page only the hard coded desription should be printed containg instructions,but the second page is mandatory after first
page is completed,the first page may have n number of pages after printing those pages my second page should trigger.Help me if any one knows.

hi ,
once a main window size is declared , then that space will be placed in each page created.
eg. if a table with header and footer is created, first of all the space for header and footer are allocated and body page is allocated.
so we cannot dynamically change the size of the main window , even it is a copied main window.
Otherwise another option is to continue the main window into the second page.
for that first page main window -> create table -> add page break command to page 2 -> hard code description in template.
page attribute for first page --> GOTO assign same page ( for continuing the same page)
Page attribute for second page --> no need default is enough

Hi Kesav,
You can do this in Print Control Dialog, when you give printer name as LP01 or LOCL , just below that, one input field 'Page Selection' is available,
You can give like
Pages selected for printing
You can define which pages should be output in the page selection.
All pages are printed if an entry is not made here.
You can either specify individual pages or a range of pages. These entries are separated by a comma.
Examples:
4     only page 4
2-5   pages 2 to 5
-20   up to and including page 20
3-    from and including page 3
4,8-10,15-   pages 4, 8 to 10, and page 15 onwards.
And If you need to control the rpinted copies from the program , you can try with the OUTPUT_OPTIONS-TDPAGESLCT parameter of Functionmodule (which is generated from Smartform).

How to print a table in smartforms(4.6c)

hi all,
In smartforms, when i'm trying to create a table node under a window, it is not automatically creating the sub nodes like header,item, footer. (instead there is a check box for header and footer nodes, but nothing is there for item data). I'm using SAP 4.6c version. i dont know whether this is the reason for my problem. If this is the reason, plz let me know how to implement a table type ouput in 4.6c smartform?

Steps:
1.Create Table Node under Window.
2) Define line types ie. row format.. width etc.
3) In each, Header/Main area/ Footer assign the line type you created.
and then create node for the variables.
