How to print panoramas using an epson pro 4000

Hello,
Could someone tell me how I can print a panorama of ca. 40x120 cm using CS2 on a Mac (OSX 10.4.11) using an epson pro 4000 printer?
I manage to print an A2 part of the panorama, but I just constantly fail to print the whole panorama image. I set the page setup to "A2 (roll paper - banner)". I tried setting a custom size, but this does not work at all, I get an image of 18x20 cm!!! There are no problems printing custom panoramas on my R1800, so its definitely a pro 4000 problem.
Please help, I am desperate!!!!! So far epson has not been able to help me and none of the dozen forums I have been to so far have been able to help me either...

This doesn't make sense. The printer is exhibiting behavior noticed when a network printer is connected to a laptop while the laptop is connected to a VPN. But in this case, neither the printer is connected on a network, not is the laptop connected to a VPN per se.
Are you sure all the latest drivers for your laptop have been installed? That's pretty much the only thing I can think of right now.

How to print double sided with macbook pro on Samsung CLX-3180?

Hi,
I recently switched to using a macbook pro but cannot figure out how to print double sided/two-sided.
The printer I am using is Samsung CLX-3180 and it allows double-sided printing. I was able to do this with my windows computer previously.
The frustrating thing is that I see the two-sided feature but I cannot figure out how to turn it on. There is no option to change it.
It is listed here.
First, I go to "show presets."
Then, I click on "copies & pages" but I cannot turn it on.
Does anyone know how to turn it on?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I would like to assist you today with printing on envelopes with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw.
Please refer to the document below for step by step instructions on how to load envelopes in your printers paper tray:
Loading Plain Paper and Envelopes
Once you have your envelope loaded properly, open up the program that you want to print envelopes from. Because Word seems to be the standard program that people print envelopes from I'm going to provide you with the envelope printing instructions for that specific program. Should these steps not work for you, be sure to respond to this post with your Operating System and the program that you're printing from.

How to Print Envelopes from Word:
1. Open Word and click on Mailings at the top
2. Select 'Envelopes' from the top left hand side
3. An Envelopes and Labels page should now open. Enter your Delivery and Return Addresses.
4. Select 'Options' on the bottom right hand side.
5. Under the 'Envelope Options' tab ensure that your Envelope size is appropriately selected.
6. Select the 'Printing Options' tab at the top. You now need to select the appropriate Feed Method for your product.
7. Make sure that you choose the 'Face up' option.
8. Also ensure that 'Clockwise Rotation' is not selected.
9. Hit 'OK' and 'print'

Printing problems using a macbook pro and an hp photosmart 309g printer

I am using a macbook pro with lion 10.7.4. I have been printing on a wireless hp photosmart 309g printer and all of a sudden, on 90% or more of what I try and print, every once in a while a line wil print but the rest is faded or you might say smeared. I have been having it for over a year (the printer) and it has worked just fine with my macbook pro. Could someone please tell me if they have had this problem. It is not my ink, I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it....... PLEASE HELP ME.

You can try resetting the printing system. Just secondary click below the list of printers in the white space, when you are in print and scan preferences.

I've had a MacBook Pro since January 2013 and and Epson 610 series printer-scanner-fax for several years. I may be replacing the printer. For my purposes (printing some articles from the internet, Word documents, book reports, and some PHOTO QUALITY PICTURES) it has worked just fine. The good thing about AirPrint is that it works with OS X as well as iOS, and there's no software to install or keep updated. The printer must be connected to a network with its built-in interface.

The simplest approach might be to turn the wireless functionality off on the printer when your daughter is using the iPad.
When you need to print, switch it back on again. There should be an option on the printer panel to switch off wireless.

How to print when using Windows 8 Adobe Reader

How does one print a simple .pdf document using Adobe Reader in Windows 8. With the document open, the print button is visible on the tool bar but clinking on that only brings up the screen asking where do I want to save the document. It is already saved...I just want to print it! Clicking on file and then selecting print results in the same. I've never had this problem before. I have been a long time Adobe user but always WIndows 7 or Windows XP. This Windows 8 is killing me.

This sounds like you have 'Print to File' set; uncheck it (Advanced button on the Print panel).

Epson Pro 4000 will not print

I have been searching and calling epson about the drivers for the 4000 using 10.6 and with no luck and a time frame they told me to contact apple that they are going to supply one I would like to know if there is a drive for me to print with my equipment or am I just going to have to install the old operating system?

What type of 4000 is it? You're sure it's not listed here:

Apple won't write a driver, it will have to come from Epson. If Epson releases a driver, Apple will make it available with Software Update.

How to print black using color ink

I am low on black ink at the moment but have a full color cartridge. I realise what I wish to do is more expensive than usual but right now I need to print quite a few documents in black but dont think I've enough black ink to do the job. I have an HPDeskjet 2050 3 in 1 printer/scanner and I cant find an option to select to use color to make black. If anyone knows how to do that on this printer please let me know otherwise "I got me some 'splainin to do" tomorrow at work.

Printer: HP 6330 All-In-One
My color ink cartridge completely ran out of cyan (left only with yellow and magenta) and the black ink cartridge was completely emtpy. In order to print an acceptable black and white doucument, I tried different settings until I found the right combination. The output was a very dark purple. The document took about four times as long to print due to the highest dpi setting, but the quality was very good in a pinch.
Keep in mind that the doucument was printed from Adobe; the source document was from MS Word. So, some settings may not appear in other applications. However, a similar approach may be applied to obtain the best result.

window.print will print the current displayed page
also...it wuill not print directly...but will open the print dialog box of ur default printer i guess.
