  • How to deploy osb projects into managed server in weblogic

    i am new to osb
    i have a doubt
i created a managed server in weblogic admin console, it was running fine ,but i need to know how to deploy my osb projects in that new manged server. As of now it is deployed in http://localhost:7001/sbconsole

I think you need to extend the domain instead of creating the managed instance manually through Admin console. By default when you create a domain using OSB domain template, it deploys all of the applications needed automatically to all the instances. If you are trying to do it manually, then you need to follow the documentation to see which applications need to be deployed to use OSB services.
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/doc.1111/e15017/configure_osb.htm#BGBFGBFF
To deploy a project, Login to SB console http://<admin>:<port>/sbconsole > System Administration > Export/Import Resources.

    Thank you Sjoerd.
I have harvested the OSB projects into OER and then OSR using Exchange utility.
if dev server deployment is successful from OSB to OER and then to OSR - how to migrate the same artifacts from dev to Production?
How can we harvest multiple endpoints of OSB project to OER.
Plz provide any links or solution for migrating from dev to QA to Production.

  • How to publish edge projects to the web?

I've never published edge projects to the web before.
Sorted the web settings out to what I need but wondering but do I need to upload the whole edge project file (with the edge project, edge includes etc) or just the publish folder?
    Thanks
    Robyn

    Hi Robyn
The contents of the publish folder is all what is needed to deploy.
PS: the publish folder might have two directories, 'Web' and '.oam', depending on your publish settings. For publishing projects to Web, You only need (all the) contents of the 'Web' directory. If you have uncheked the CDN option in publish settings, then edge_includes directory will be available in Published content.
I hope that answered your query.
    Thanks

  • How to publish a project

I have opened a project in project pro 2013 and have saved the project to project online using the PWA site import wizard in project pro 2013.
The project was imported into project online 2013 and shows up in a number of the links in the "PWA Setting" page.
It however is not visible in the project center. From reading the posts it appears that I need to "publish" the project but I see no links or command to do so.
Also, when saving the project to the PWA site there were no "publish" prompts.
    Help would be appreciated.

    Hello,
From project pro you can publish the project using the following option once you connect to the PWA instance and open the project:
    File > Info > Publish:
Or from PWA, once you have created the new enterprise project and saved it, click the Task Tab and Publish:
    Hope that helps

  • JMS topic-cache topic is not getting broadcasting in other managed servers

    Hi All,
Please give me some idea in fixing the issue that im facing.
I have created the JMS topic in my weblogic console server which has 2 managed servers.
I have a feature in my application which is kept in a cache that will be used by my JMS topic. If my request hits managed 1 server im able to see the newly created feature.
But the same feature is not working when i make the request hit managed 2 server.
It means the JMS topic is not getting broadcasted properly in other managed server. I dont want to go for a server recycle which will resolve the issue.
Please let me know if im not clear enough.
Below is the description provided by my partner on the same issue in his words..
"The JMS Topic - 'CacheTopic' is not broadcasting messages created on one managed server to the remaining managed servers.
The same problem is observed in Production as well. Let us know if there is anything wrong in the way the JMS Topic is created or any other configuration is missing, that is not allowing the proper functioning of the Topic."
fyi...i have all my firewall enabled between the managed servers. And multicast property is also declared correctly only.

Please let me know if im not clear enough.No. Please explain again.
The JMS Topic - 'CacheTopic' is not broadcasting messages created on one managed server to the remaining managed servers. Is it a distributed topic? Or does it mean a topic message doesnt get delivered to all subscribers?

  • How to publish with iWeb on other website instead of MobileMe?

    Hi,
I used iweb 3.0 the last time one year ago to publish my website in my mobileme account.
    - how can I today publish on another domain?
    - do I need also a newver version of iweb to do it an dif yes do I need to buy it or is it aprt of OS-X Lion for example?

You will need to find a 3rd party webhost for your website, I have been using IX Webhosting for several years now with little to no problems "usually the problem was something I did" and they have been quick to solve any issue I have come across.
You specify where your iWeb site will be published from the Site Properties screen. Click the site name in the Site Organizer to display the Publish To pop-up menu. iWeb offers the following publishing options:
Choose where to publish your site.
Publish to MobileMe: This is no longer an option (I use IX WebHosting plans start at $3.95 a mo).
Publish to FTP Server: This publishing option provides you with a completely different collection of settings on the Site Properties screen. You’ll need to furnish iWeb with your Web server’s FTP settings (which should be furnished to you by the host) and your site’s address (or URL).
Publish to a Local Folder: The final publishing option creates a folder on your hard drive that contains all the files to display your Web site. Once again, you must supply the site URL as it will appear on the Internet after you copy or upload the site files to the server.

  • How to publish Motion project to desktop?

How do you export a motion project to your desktop?

    Hey wls1212,
Based on your signature, I'm assuming your still using Motion 4, but in case you've switch to Motion 5 I'll include that:
    Motion 4
    File Menu> Export
When the save dialogue appears, the second option allows "where" will allow you to select to save to. The Desktop is one of the option (or you can just type Command-D).
    Motion 5
    Share Menu> Export Movie
After you select your settings and click next, you can select where to save to, use the same steps from above.
    Hope that helps.

  • How to publish Aperture projects to iWeb

iPhoto has a button that enable one to publish photos directly from iPhoto into iWeb.  I can not find such a button since I moved up to Aperture.  Am I missing it?  Or, I may be going about it the wrong way.   I currently use MobileMe to host a family photo web site published by iWeb, and linked to several dozen MM photo galleries.  When MM dies next year I would like to keep all of this stuff together in the easiest way possible.  I know that I will need to use another web hosting service to host my iWeb published site.  But, I need to get my current MM photo galleries, all published via Aperture, "into" iWeb, not simply linked to it.  One way, if I were still using iPhoto, would be to use the iWeb button and republish all of the galleries directly into iWeb.  Can I do this from Aperture?  thank you!

I don't have hands-on experience with this aspect of Aperture, but it seems that Chapter 24 covers the Creation of Webpages.  It appears it is not using iWeb.

  • How to publish Captivate (swf) projects for free

    Hi Cap Users,
This is not really a question, more of a handy tip.
When I first started using Captivate I tried to find places where I could publish my projects for free. I've also seen lots of posts by instructional designers and students who want to get their projects 'out there' for little or no cost.
Here's a short vid that shows you how to publish .swf projects via Weebly.com. You'll need to create a weebly website first. It's all free and the the site builder elements are drag and drop, so you can have a simple site in place within minutes.
Weebly isn't set up for HTML5 as yet, but I'm sure that won't be far away.
Click this link to see a demonstration - saving your Cap file, uploading and publishing it.
    Happy publishing!

  • OSB Managed Servers - How to add one to the OSB Cluster

    Hi,
I have an OSB Cluster of two managed servers. There is an Admin Server that controls the two.
On the Admin Server I see that there are about 137 odd Applications and a list of Libraries installed.
However on the Managed Servers I see there is not a single application.
Does Managed Server show only the Custom applications? I feel not. Applications like AQAdapter, MQ Adapter, ALSB Routing, etc. should they all not be present on the Managed Servers?
If I create a new Managed Server that I want to Add to the Cluster there is no option to deploy those applications to the newly created Managed server in one shot. The only time it can get those applications is if the Applications were deployed to the OSB Cluster and not to the managed servers.
Is there a way (apart from extending the domains again and having those applications deployed to the OSB cluster) to have all these applications running on the Managed servers as well?

Does Managed Server show only the Custom applications? I feel not. Applications like AQAdapter, MQ Adapter, ALSB Routing, etc. should they all not be present on the Managed Servers?Your understanding is correct. Managed server should have libraries and adapters targetted to it.
Is there a way (apart from extending the domains again and having those applications deployed to the OSB cluster) to have all these applications running on the Managed servers as well? Yes, manually you have to target each and every application to the cluster but it may not be an effective process. The basic funda of cluster is to make applications independent of managed server, so that if you add/remove a managed server then it does not affect the existing configuration. I think you should follow the standard practice and always create a clustered domain where all applications are targetted to cluster and NOT to the managed server. You may like to refer -

  • Cannot create OSB project from Eclipse

I am working with OSB after a while. I have installed OSB and webgic server. When I have installed OSB the Oracle Enterprise pack for Eclipse has been installed.
Now, when I am trying to create an OSB project from Eclipse. But when I am doing File-->New-->OSB Configuration Project, it gives error message:
The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in "com.bea.alsb.ui" was unable to instantiate class "com.bea.alsb.ui.wizards.NewALSBContainerWizard".
    com/bea/alsb/core/containers/exceptions/ContainerException
Do I need to Install anything else?

I resolved this issue. First, I installed WebLogic Server with Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.3) + Coherence + OEPE (dowload here) and then, installed Oracle Service Bus v. 11.1.1.3.0. (download here ).
When install OSB, be sure to select the oepe that is located inside the middleware directory.
Doing these steps, after these installations, on path "Middleware directory/oepe_11gR1PS2" is the eclipse.exe. If you executed this file, it seems that the problem is resolved when try to create an osb project.
