How to put attachments in a folder? (PSE 10)

Hi,
In the manual is indicated that you can resize pictures (under the Share tab) to use them as eamil attacments and then put them in a folder to manually attach them to a message in the email client of your choice. Unfortunately I cannot find this option in the Organizer part of the program.
Using the Fotomail or Adobe mail options is not possible in a Win 7 64 bits Outlook environment and I don't want to change to a 32 bit version of Outlook.
Does anyone know how this is done?

Try File >> Export As New
You can make copies and choose the size.
If you have lots of photos it’s probably easier to put them in a zip file which is compressed. You could then upload it to a free hosting site such as send space.
You only then need to email the link to friends and family and they can easily download the folder to get all the images in a single click.
The problem with sending large attachments is that they sometimes get blocked by isp’s or treated as spam; so the recipient never gets to see them.

While uploading only that page from Muse to your host, use the "Host Directory" option to upload it to a different folder. You can choose to upload selective page by disabling/enabling "export page" option for the pages from plan view in Muse, as shown in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vpuIEjtVdZRS

1. Firstly confirm, have you enabled "Add to Portal Favorites"? This you can check after clicking "Options". This option button is in Title Page. If you can see the "Add to Portal Favorites" then your users can add their application / iViews / folders in favorites on theirself which browsing the portal.
2. If you cannnot see "Add to Portal Favorites" then goto PCD->Containt Provided by SAP->End User Containt->Standard Portal Users->iView->com.sap.km.iView
Open Portal Favoriates iView and then go to its properties. Clicke YES to Show 'Add to Favorites' Option property.

How to put email into spam folder?

I get a lot of spam email on my Galaxy S4. I use the email app that came with the phone. My ISP is Time Warner Cable and I use their Road Runner email setup. On my phone I have to go through about 15 clicks to add one email address to the spam filter.I see no way to click on the email address and "Add to Spam Filter" in one click. I have to click on the email itself and the address, then the email address to open a new email, click on the address to highlight it so I can Edit and cut it, discard the new email, left click at the bottom of the phone to get to Settings, Spam addresses, Add the address by pasting it, then back out to my Inbox which is another 2-3 steps. Surely there is a shorter, simpler way.
Also, I am getting numerous emails from a ".tk" address instead of .com, .net, etc. address and I am not allowed to add these to the spam folder. Any ideas?

As far as what to do with the .tk emails...I don't know. I use Gmail, and I can set up filters, and the info syncs with my phone - emails that I set to go straight to folders and "skip the inbox" do so on the computer as well as on the gmail app on my phone. Using gmail, I could set a filter so anything with a .tk would go straight to the trash and I'd never see it, on my laptop or on my phone.
If you haven't looked into using gmail to pull in your RR email, I would recommend it. Gmail offers a lot of control over what happens to the incoming stuff, and it syncs beautifully on Android devices (d...uuuh!) !

How to put new bookmark into folder

If I try to add a new bookmark to existing folder, it simply moves out of the way.
Ditto if I try in sidebar.
On previous OS, pausing the new bookmark over a folder was all it would take to add it to previous folder. Now that doesn't happen.
Clicking "Share" icon in tool bar does not list the folder (Favorites) I wish to place the new bookmark into.
As usual "Help" is no help.

Hello Amy. Maybe I'm being dense but when I click on Show All Bookmarks I am presented with a new screen. It has a sidebar like the old Firefox but the folders are shown but none of the new bookmarks i want to organize. I must be doing something wrong
OK Amy. I got it. In the center panel there is a choise of "Bookmark Menu". When I click on that all my unorganized bookmarks appear and I can sort them. Thanks very much for your help.

To take photos from iPhoto and put them onto a folder on Desktop, first create a folder on Desktop. Right-click on Desktop and create a new folder.
Then, open iPhoto, and you have two ways to export photos:
1. Select the photos you want to copy to Desktop with Command key (or go to Edit menu > Select All, if you want to copy all photos), and then, drag them to the folder on Desktop.
2. Select the photos you want to copy to Desktop with Command key, go to File menu > Export, and follow the steps.

Create a parent folder on your computer to store the named folders of photos that you want transferred to your iPhone. Under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, select the parent folder. All named folders of photos within will be transferred to your iPhone as separate folders or albums.

Let's see if we can square this away for you. With backing up your iPhone, it will back everything you have using iTunes and if you use iCloud, by default, backs up everything. After you have made a backup you can restore that to put the contents of the backup on your replacement iPhone. If you want to put certain things back on, you will at least need to export the content to your computer, like your photos and videos. If you only want to put certain things back on, then you will need to sync that over with iTunes. All the information you will need are in the articles below.

But none of the 11 videos is housed in an Event. They are just 11 short videos in a row. I tried to make an empty folder to name as RISE UP, but the application would not let me do that.
If the files have not yet been imported to iMovie '08 then select the "Import Movie..." File menu option. When the import window opens, in the lower area:
a) Select your destination hard drive in the "Save to:" block
b) Select the "Create new Event:" radio button
c) Name the new event
d) Select whether you want the files copied or moved to the new event

There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto: You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.
(Note the above illustration is not a Finder Window. It's the dialogue you get when you go File -> Open)
You can access the Library from the New Message Window in Mail:
There's a similar option in Outlook and many, many other apps. If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
If you want to access the files with iPhoto not running:
For users of 10.6 and later: You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu.
Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.
For Users of 10.4 and 10.5 Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser

With respect, you actually cannot store folders on the left side of the Dock - only on the right side. I wonder if you're talking about Launchpad, which looks like a silver rocket and shows you your installed applications? It's not actually a shortcut to the Applications folder, though. You can certainly drag Launchpad into the left side of the Dock from the Applications folder.
