How to put AVCHD and AVI formats in a timeline using Adobe production suite?

I shot an event with two different types of cameras (AVCHD camera and tape camera with AVI output). I converted the video of avchd into 1080p first, then put it with the tape output together, the video was jittery. How can I put them together in a timeline to have the best video as possible?

The video was taken from capture card by using the adobe DV Format. I copied the settings of capturing bellow to give you more info of how I did it. I'm not sure if this the right way to do it.
For editing with IEEE1394 (FireWire/i.LINK) DV equipment.
Widescreen NTSC video (16:9 interlaced).
48kHz (16 bit) audio.
Drop-Frame Timecode numbering.
General
Editing mode: DV NTSC
Timebase: 29.97fps
Video Settings
Frame size: 720h 480v (1.2121)
Frame rate: 29.97 frames/second
Pixel Aspect Ratio: D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16:9 (1.2121)
Fields: Lower Field First
Audio Settings
Sample rate: 48000 samples/second
Default Sequence
Total video tracks: 3
Master track type: Stereo
Audio Tracks:
Audio 1: Standard
Audio 2: Standard
Audio 3: Standard
The final output of the two format (AVCHD and .AVI) should be Widescreen 16:9

Try using VLC or installing both QuickTime 7 and Perian. Nothing will work with all AVIs; some of them require codecs not available for Mac OS X.

Images in cells ahs been removed by Apple along with over 90 other features in Pages 5.

Thank you for your reply. My problem is much simpler than you are thinking. As a teacher I prepare sheets with random number generators.

On a PC I was able to start a page of A4 with one set and then drag and drop down and across the page.
On my Macbook I can get the numbers in but the lines do not copy. I asked at one of my One to One sessions and it had my 'trainer' stumped. He said he would make enquiries but so far no news. I am using Numbers.
I hope I have explained my 'problem' satisfactorily.

Check your regional S&T pages for specifics. Generally commercial usage is allowed during school and after graduating, but in some regions extra restrictions may apply if e.g. your software is subsidized by your government or the license owned by the school and you just "loaned" it.

I am running windows 7, firefox 4 v6, and AFP 10.1. I have tried reinstalling AFP and upgrading to the firefox beta. I first experienced this after installing ADP 10.1 and have uninstalled that program until I can resolve this issue.

How to put in and get out (format and procedure)the calibration constants to/from EEPROM?

I am trying to have an 'E-Series Factory Cal' and 'E-Series User Cal'. I want to be able to select/make my own calibration constants (user cal) and use them in the calibrating procedure. Does anyone have an idea on how to do something like that? I need to know how to pass these new calibration contants to a function (and which function), how to get them out, and what format do these constants need to be in.

Consult the E series manuals. I have found them to be very useful for finding information of this sort. Unfortunately for you, it has been a long time since I have used E series cards, and don't remember the calibration procedures offhand. I do know that there are a lot of cal VIs in the DAQ palette that should be VERY helpful.

New to avchd and hd formats since upgrading from Pre3 to Pre10 ???

i have used Pre3 on XP with Mini-DV media for a long time now and am quite familiar with editing and exporting the edited videos to YouTube or to DVD. But now i have win7 64 bit, Pre 10 and a Sony XR160 HD camcorder and am now starting to shoot my videos on HD ( so far using the FX format of 1920x1080 / 16:9, 24 Mbps). editing on Pre10 is a little different and it is taking some to get used to but i did a small project fine but now i am confused about how best to output these HD videos. Should i save them as avchd and burn it to DVD or Blu-ray? or save them as some form of HD? can I burn avchd or HD onto DVD or Dual layer DVD??? or should i be getting a Blu-ray burner??? can you help bring me up to speed with all this new technology?

As far as I know, you may not DIRECTLY go from HD to a DVD without down-rezzing the project (DVD resolution is FAR below HD)
There is a way to put a LIMITED amount of HD on a DVD... you do, of course, need a BluRay player to play back HD

U can't Play Avi Videos In Nokia 5610 , Avi video Can Only Play By Softwares Named Divx, Smartmovie e.t.c and These Software are not Available For S40 Handsets.
Ur Nokia 5610 supports 3gp and Mp4 Videos .
Just downlaod Nokia Video Manger from www.nokia.com/videos and Convert ur Videos To Mp4 Format and The U can Play Those Videos.
