I have a dvd that I imported to my computer using handbreak, but it wont open in itunes. How can I put it in itunes so that I can sync it to my iPod Touch?

You don't generally copy installed programs, but rather use their installers on each machine.
You can authorize the new computer from the Store menu. The menu bar is initially hidden but can be revealed with CTRL+B.

I also just tried an experiment. With the movie file on the desktop, begin to drag it across to the playlist area of the iTunes window. Hold the Option key while dragging. The file will copy in place, without adding itself to the Media folder.
I like to drag to the Playlist area because it is immediately accessible. I'm sure if you drag to the upper portion it will still get in there. But then you have to find it to work on it.

You can't put films in the cloud yourself, whether they will show in the cloud for redownloading depends upon what country that you are in, if the rights-holder allows redownloading, and if the film remains in your country's store. You can delete a film from your iPad via the Edit button at the top right of the film select ion screen in the Videos app or via Settings > General > Usage > Videos (that should also give you an Edit button top right of the screen or you can swipe/drag across a film form right-to-left) - but the film might not then show in the cloud for redownloading. - you must use any remaining store credit on your account
- download all purchased content

These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
Note if you have failed to move contacts and calendar items across you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should merge the existing data from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

Sorry, there is no way to move that file out of the Profile folder, or specify a different location for it, built into Firefox.
One extension that might be able to help you do that is Pike's Bookmark Backup extension. BB allows you to specify which files are backed-up and where those backup files are saved. It also has a backup interval setting, IIRC. <br />
