How to quickly find roll of authority-check ?

Is there a way to find the roll which defines the passing of an object when exuctued by
AUTHORITY-CHECK
with finance and controlling sometimes users have 10-30 rolles which has the same object .
I was wondering if there is a standard report or something else where you can give the username, the object to be checked and which returns all the rolles and their appropiate attributes in each roll
kind regards
arthur de smidt

Have a look at the report tree in transaction SUIM.
"User -> Users by Complex Selection Criteria -> By Authorization Values " will probabely do what you want. Hit the 'roles' button in the report's result.
Hope this helps
Jurjen
"User -> Users by Complex Selection Criteria -> Users by Complex Selection Criteria" also allows you to enter a username to filter on.

  • How do i find list of authorized computers

How do I find list of computers authorized on account?

Soooo..... I only have one laptop computer (running Windows 7).  I was synching my iPad, and all of a sudden I was told that my laptop was not authorized (strange, because I have used it to synch with my iPad before).  I authorized it, and was told it was now the second computer authorized.  WRONG, it's the only computer ever authorized.
THAT's why I want a list of authorized computers.  I suspect that I'll see the same one listed twice.  And if Apple is going to randomly de-authorize my computer, and then increment the number of computers authorized every time I overcome this fault, then that's a problem!  It's gotta be some kind of fraud if it can't be fixed.  They license the softwarse (and sell the hardware) saying I can authorize 5, but I can now only authorize 4 for the rest of the year (or is it 8?), because I can only deauthorize and re-authorize once a year.
On the other hand, if someone sneaked in my house, symched with my iPad and broke into my account and authorized ANOTHER computer, I want to know that too, so I can de-authorize them, and call the police.
It's not like there isn't an electronic record somewhere, because how else is iTunes supposed to keep track of the computers authorized?

  • How to quickly find sent items in Mail?

After ugrading to Lion, I'm quickly coming to realize that Apple Mail is one stinking pile of a mess. Prior to Lion, if I wanted to find an email, say to a certain person that contained an attachment, I could highlight the sent mailbox, type the person's name in the search window and boom, all of my sent mail to that person would appear and be sorted by date sent and I could quickly scan for the paper clip icon and the subject line to find my mail fast. How in the world do I get this functionality back in Mail in Lion???

If I quit Mail manually, items get deleted.

  • Activity Monitor: how to quickly find "not responding" processes?

Is there a quick way, in Activity Monitor, to identify the apps/processes that are crashed/"not responding" other than scrolling down the list, looking for those highlighted in red?
If there's a particular column/attribute to sort on, I haven't figured it out.
    Thanks!

Ah, in that case, watch your CPU usage.
When Activity Monitor starts, select either +All Processes+ or +Active Processes+ in the toolbar, and sort the list by the +% CPU+ column, so the highest numbers are on top, and select the CPU tab towards the bottom.
For this purpose, also select +View > Update Frequency > Less Often+ from the Menubar.
Various processes will "spike" up and down normally as they do things, then are idle, so you need to watch it for a while and get a feel for the processes that are using the most CPU, and the +% Idle+ at the bottom.
When the slowdown occurs, see if something changes significantly, especially if the +% idle+ goes to near zero. If that happens, see what process(es) are using the most CPU.
If the process(es) involved aren't familiar to you, post their names here (and/or check this out: http://triviaware.com/macprocess/all)
You may also want to select the +System Memory+ tab towards the bottom. Keep an eye on the total of Free and Inactive memory (if they're near zero, you may need more), and the +Page outs+ (if that's high, it's another indication you may need more memory).

  • How to quickly find purchases and sort order of songs?

I just purchased an entire album and some random songs from another artist. First of all, what's the quickest way to access my purchases? Nextly (word?) how do I customize the order of the tracks so I can burn a CD the way I want to?

You have to make aplaylist in order to burn to a CD. Once you have the burn playlist, you can either sort by the columns, of if you have the little black triangle in the header row at the extreme left, you can drag tracks into any order you like.

  • How can i find out who signed into itunes with my id

Someone signed into an iPhone4 with my info last night. i have an iPhone5. How can i find out who

BTW, just checked through my email history and I can't find a similar message to yours. I recently had my iPhone 3GS replaced with an iPhone 4 so if there is an official alert program in place I should have received something like it. I think we can be reasonably confident that it is a scam. If you used any link in the email to visit what you thought was an Apple site, and signed in, then you should definitely change your password from within the iTunes application. Store > View My AppleID > Top Edit link.

This helped meRe: can i check/edit authorized computers?? Jul 5, 2012 7:25 AM (in response to koraygoksu)
In order to see which devices are authorized on your account:
    Open iTunes
    Click Store
    Click Account
    Click View Account
    Enter your password
Look in the second section iTunes in the Cloud
To the far right you'll see Manage Devices
Once it's clicked you will see all of the devices currently authorized in iTunes/on your account
I was going to say, "Hope this helps," but based on the above, I'm pretty sure it did!

Re: can i check/edit authorized computers?? Jul 5, 2012 9:27 AM (in response to Tina16)
For anyone who may come across this thread, Tina is incorrect. That doesn't show all the systems that are authorized to a given account, only those which are set up for automatic downloads or redownloading, which isn't the same as those that are authorized to an account to play protected content. There is no way to see a list of those systems which are authorized to the account.

  • How do I find out what accounts are authorized to sync with my iPod?

I'm trying to download a video onto my iPod classic, but I keep getting a message saying it won't download because the iPod can only contain information from five different accounts. But when I checked how may accounts were authorized, iTunes said there were only two accounts out of the available five that were authorized. I really want this movie on my iPod but I'm not sure where to go from here?

"How do I find out what computers are authorized to use my Store Account? "
The ones that you authorized.  There is no list.
"Do my iPhones count towards the 5?"
    No.
    ONLY computers count.
