How to raise requistion for internal demand

Hi experts,
we need the ability to create a requisition for internal demand against a cost centre. For example, there is a material that we have to manufacture for an exhibition. How can we create an internal demand, that causes a production order to be raised and cost/ material to be allocated against the requesting cost centre?
Any hint will be very much appreciated!

i am now creating a planned order in MD11, however when i try to assign "cost center" to account assignment category SAP tells me that "Account Assignment Category K invalid"
could anyone tell me if this is a configuration problem or anything else. any hint will be very much appreciated!

How to parse XML for internal table

hi guys, I would like to know how to parse xml for an internal table. I explain myself.
Let's say you have a purchase order form where you have header data & items data. In my interactive form, the user can change the purchase order quantity at the item level. When I received back the pdf completed by mail, I need to parse the xml and get the po qty that has been entered.
This is how I do to get header data from my form
lr_ixml_node = lr_ixml_document->find_from_name( name = ''EBELN ).
lv_ebeln = lr_ixml_node->get_value( ).
How do we do to get the table body??
Should I used the same method (find_from_name) and passing the depth parameter inside a do/enddo?

Here is an example. Suppose your internal table is called 'ITEMS'.
lr_node = lr_document->find_from_name('ITEMS').
lv_num_of_children = lr_node->num_children( ).
lr_nodechild = lr_node->get_first_child( ).

    lv_num_of_attributes = lr_nodechild->num_children( ).
    lr_childchild = lr_nodechild->get_first_child( ).
   do lv_num_of_attributes times.
      lv_value = lr_childchild->get_value( ).

         when 2.

I have a scenario here that i have three (3) group of users, one group is able to have an inbound and outbound mail, meaning they can send and recieved emails from internal and external.The second group of users should have inbound mail(local mail) only (cannot send and recieved mails from internet), and the third (3) user is they can recieved an outbound mail but they are not allowed to send mail directly to the client,(Ex. [email protected],[email protected],[email protected]) instead they will use the [email protected] as the reply to the client. Please let me know how to configure group user 2 and 3.

Procedure is perfect which is given by Benoit, just elaborating steps.
Prevent form Sending Mails:
Create a transport rule on Hub Transport Server:
Organization Configuration -> Hub Transport -> Transport Rules -> New Transport Rule -> Give Name “Group2 - No Internet Mail”
Conditions: select "From a member of a distribution list" & select group "Group2"
Select another condition "Sent to users inside or outside the organization" & Select Outside.
Actions: select "send bounce message to sender with enhanced status code" & write your custom message like “You are not authorized to send mails to internet”
Prevent from Receiving Mails:
New User: You can select “require that senders are authenticated” while creating new users which will stop receiving mails from internet.
User -> properties -> Mail Flow Settings -> Message Delivery Restrictions -> Properties -> set Sender Authentication.
For Existing Users:
You have already a group named "Group2" so set sender authentication for all members with this single command.
Get-DistributionGroup "Group2" | Set-Mailbox -RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled $true
Same procedure mentioned for group2 can be followed for Group3 to prevent from sending mails.

Great advice from Maganti, just elaborating steps:
Prevent Group 2 send e-mail to internet by transport rule:
1. Login EAC with administrator, Mail Flow---> Rule, click “Create a new rule, then give a name “Group2 - No Internet Mail”.
2. Conditions: select "From a member of a distribution list" & select group "Group2"
3. Select another condition "Sent to users inside or outside the organization" & Select Outside.
4. Actions: select "send bounce message to sender with enhanced status code" & write your custom message like “You are not authorized to send mails to internet”.
Prevent Group 3 directly send e-mail to internet, however it can send message as group:
We also can create a transport rule which is same with Group2, then open Active Directory Users and Computers to add send as permission with another group (contain same users as group3).

How to raise PO for a material with transport cost but no material cost?

Hi experts,
My client wants to raise a PO in SAP for a material that will be purchased free of cost.
He only wants to invoice the vendor for delivery/transport costs.
Now, as I see it, a free-of-cost PO is not possible because it does not allow adding any pricing conditions. May be I am not aware of some tweak that is available.
Please provide your help on this. Thank you.

Firstly Prepare a Po with a line item that you want, then chick the Free check box.
then go to the Item tab (below), go to conditions & add freight (Freight % or Freight (Value) ) with the required amount.
you can change the Assignment from the Vendor to a Transporter / Freight forwarder, that you want.
That is it. you will have a Po with no Commercial Value but just Transport Cost.

I have configured IO- Budgeting in CO. It is working for all FI, MM, SRM. Now I have few questions related to this as below.
1 ) I can see in KO22 in budget column for Overall 25,000 where as in Assign 666.513. 56 how to edit this 666.513, 56 ?
2 ) What is difference between KO12 & KO22 ?
3 ) In KO12 I can see years from 2009 to 2014 I want to increase it it to 2020 because the project duration has been extend. How to increase the number of years ?
Experts guidance will be appreciable on this.

I understand that in assigned I am seeing the values of actually posted values. But if KO12 I am making blank, still system not allowing me to post even Rs 100 amount transaction. It says the below message :
Item 002 Order 4000002 budget exceeded

Diagnosis
Budget was exceeded by 1.141.153,85 INR in document item 002 Order 4000002 .
*Where as KO12 is complete blank. and in KO22 this is the situation :
Overall : Rs 25,000
2011 : Rs 5,000*

I wanted to know as to whether there is any way where can rasie alerts for Sender File Channels (similar to what we do for Reciever File Channels) as well.

In Alert Configuration while we are adding alerts for a particular aler category , the following parameters needs to be checked .
Connected to Message : Not Relevant
Sender Service/Party/Interface/Namespace needs to be mentioned.
Adapter Type should be selected as File

I realised that you just need to go to System Preferences > Sound > Input > and uncheck 'Use ambient noise reduction'. mmm answered my own question.

You can create a new account on your iPad e.g. tap on your existing id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and log out of it and you should then get a 'Create New Apple ID' option.
