How to re-download deleted apps?

Hi,
I live in Singapore.
Accidently, I deleted some of my apps permanently and can't seem to get them back.
I have been dealing with some problems so I want all of my apps in the condition they were when I bought my MacBook Pro (October, 2012).
How can I do it?
Do I re-download the software? What should I do?

Dare I ask where you paid $80 for fresh re-install and they did not apply all the updates for you? I hope you took it to an authorized repair centre or an apple store. We could have stepped you through it but I didn't want you to lose any important data.
It looks like you are having some problems with file permissions, this is a little complicated to fix but lets try.
in a previous post I stepped you through how to boot into the recovery partition of your computer but I will repeat here.
Shut down you macbook
hold the option key and press the power button, continue to hold the option key until a screen comes up with a couple of icons and you want to select the one that says Recovery HD or similar
Once you are in the recovery, you want to select disk utilities
and there will be an option called repair disk permissions, follow the prompts
reboot your macbook and try the update one more time.
If this isn't clear then let me know before you attempt it and I will find some more detailed help for you.

You can delete them from your computer's iTunes and/or from your device, but you can't currently permanently delete them from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they are less visible : hiding and unhiding (the ability to hide items directly on a device doesn't appear to work in iOS 6)

You can custom install the Font Book directly from disc #1 that came with your computer when it was purchased. Follow the onscreen custom install instructions.

The App Store is a pre installed app that cannot be deleted.
Swipe to the left of your Home screen. Type in app store in the search field at the top of the window.

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

There is a difference in what Kappy stated and what you stated. A major paid upgrade (v2.x to v3.0), yes, costs money, as it would in any other delivery stream. Updates (v3.0 to v3.1) to a a major version are free.
Most apps sold through the Mac App Store (MAS) are the type that use the simple drag & drop installation. Those are downloaded directly to the designated apps folder and installation is done. Large pro-type apps download an installer to your Apps folder. Those you can install at your leisure. The MAS does not have a lot of apps using this type of installation.
Be sure to always backup your MAS purchases, because there is no guarantee that the app will always be available for download in the future and it is your responsibility to archive copies.

When you download something from the iCloud, it is a brand new licensed copy. Your iCloud account just contains a notation that you have this app. It isn't storing an actual copy of the app from your Mac.

They are not taking up storage space. Apple knows you installed them at one time (="purchased", whether you paid money or not), and merely keeps a list so that if you wish to reinstall any of them on this or a future device, you can. This is useful if maybe you deleted them due to space constraints, and now have a device with more memory and wish to reinstall.
It's also useful for taking a trip down Memory Lane looking at all the useless apps you installed once then immediately deleted once you realized they were total garbage ...

but they will forever be tied to your appleID so you can redownload them for free there is no way around that but they are not taking up storage or anything when they live in purchase

If your iPad is on iOS 7 then after hiding them on your computer you may need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in for them to be hidden from the Purchased tab
